Salmos 126

1 Um Canto de Ascensões. Quando Yahweh trouxe de volta aqueles que retornaram a Zion, éramos como aqueles que sonham.

A song of degrees, or Psalme of David. When ye Lord brought againe the captiuitie of Zion, we were like them that dreame.

2 Então nossa boca ficou cheia de gargalhadas, e nossa língua com cantoria. Então eles disseram entre as nações, “Yahweh tem feito grandes coisas por eles”.

Then was our mouth filled with laughter, and our tongue with ioye: then sayd they among the heathen, The Lord hath done great things for them.

3 Yahweh tem feito grandes coisas por nós, e estamos felizes.

The Lord hath done great things for vs, whereof we reioyce.

4 Restaurar nossa fortuna novamente, Yahweh, como as correntes no Negev.

O Lord, bring againe our captiuitie, as the riuers in the South.

5 Those que semeia em lágrimas colherá em alegria.

They that sowe in teares, shall reape in ioy.

6 Aquele que sai chorando, carregando sementes para semear, com certeza voltará com alegria, carregando seus roldanas.

They went weeping and caried precious seede: but they shall returne with ioye and bring their sheaues.
