Neemias 11
1 Os príncipes do povo viviam em Jerusalém. O resto do povo também lançou sortes para trazer um de dez para morar em Jerusalém, a cidade santa, e nove partes nas outras cidades.
And the rulers of the people dwelt in Jerusalem, —and, the rest of the people, cast lots, to bring in one out of ten to dwell in Jerusalem, the holy city, and nine parts in [other] cities.
2 O povo abençoou todos os homens que voluntariamente se ofereceram para morar em Jerusalém.
And the people bestowed a blessing on all the men, who willingly offered themselves to dwell in Jerusalem.
3 Now estes são os chefes da província que viviam em Jerusalém; mas nas cidades de Judá, todos viviam em sua posse em suas cidades - Israel, os sacerdotes, os levitas, os servos do templo e os filhos dos servos de Salomão.
Now, these, are the chiefs of the province, who dwelt in Jerusalem, but, in the cities of Judah, dwelt every man in his possession throughout their cities, Israel, the priests, and the Levites and the Nethinim, and the Sons of the Servants of Solomon.
4 Some dos filhos de Judá e dos filhos de Benjamim viviam em Jerusalém. dos filhos de Judá: Ataías, filho de Uzias, filho de Zacarias, filho de Amarias, filho de Sefatias, filho de Maalalel, dos filhos de Perez;
And, in Jerusalem, dwelt certain of the sons of Judah and of the sons of Benjamin, —Of the sons of Judah, Athaiah son of Uzziah, son of Zechariah, son of Amariah, son of Shephatiah, son of Mahalalel, of the sons of Perez;
5 e Maaséias, filho de Baruque, filho de Colhozeh, filho de Hazaías, filho de Adaías, filho de Joiaribe, filho de Zacarias, filho de Silonita.
and Maaseiah son of Baruch, son of Col-hozeh, son of Hazaiah, son of Adaiah, son of Joiarib, son of Zechariah, son of the Shilonite.
6 Todos os filhos de Perez que viviam em Jerusalém eram quatrocentos e sessenta e oito homens valentes.
All the sons of Perez who were dwelling in Jerusalem, four hundred and sixty-eight, men of ability.
7 Estes são os filhos de Benjamim: Sallu, filho de Meshullam, filho de Joede, filho de Pedaías, filho de Colaías, filho de Maaséias, filho de Itiel, filho de Jesaías.
And, these, are the sons of Benjamin, —Sallu son of Meshullam, son of Joed, son of Pedaiah, son of Kolaiah, son of Maaseiah, son of Ithiel, son of Jeshaiah;
8 Depois dele, Gabbai e Sallai, novecentos e vinte e oito.
and, after him, Gabbai, Sallai, —nine hundred and twenty-eight.
9 Joel, filho de Zicri, foi seu superintendente; e Judá, filho de Hassenuah, foi o segundo sobre a cidade.
And, Joel son of Zichri, was in charge over them, —and, Judah son of Hassenuah, was over the city, as second.
10 Dos sacerdotes: Jedaías, filho de Joiaribe, Jachin,
Of the priests, Jedaiah son of Joiarib, Jachin;
11 Seraías, filho de Hilquias, filho de Mesulão, filho de Zadoque, filho de Meraiote, filho de Aitube, o governante da casa de Deus,
Seraiah son of Hilkiah, son of Meshullam, son of Zadok, son of Meraioth, son of Ahitub, chief ruler of the house of God;
12 e seus irmãos que fizeram o trabalho da casa, oitocentos e vinte e dois; e Adaías, filho de Jeroham, filho de Pelalia, filho de Amzi, filho de Zacarias, filho de Pashur, filho de Malchijah,
and their brethren who were doing the work of the house, eight hundred and twenty-two, —and Adaiah son of Jeroham, son of Pelaliah, son of Amzi, son of Zechariah, son of Pashhur, son of Malchijah;
13 e seus irmãos, chefes de família dos pais, duzentos e quarenta e dois; e Amashsai, filho de Azarel, filho de Ahzai, filho de Meshillemoth, filho de Immer,
and his brethren, ancestral chiefs, two hundred and forty-two, —and Amashsai son of Azarel, son of Ahzai, son of Meshillemoth, son of Immer;
14 e seus irmãos, poderosos homens de valor, cento e vinte e oito; e seu superintendente era Zabdiel, filho de Haggedolim.
and their brethren, strong men of ability, a hundred and twenty-eight, —and, he who was in charge of them, was Zabdiel, son of Haggedolim.
15 Dos Levitas: Shemaiah, filho de Hasshub, filho de Azrikam, filho de Hashabiah, filho de Bunni;
And, of the Levites, Shemaiah son of Hasshub, son of Azrikam, son of Hashabiah, son of Bunni;
16 e Shabbethai e Jozabad, dos chefes dos levitas, que tinham a supervisão dos negócios externos da casa de Deus;
and Shabbethai and Jozabad, over the outside business of the house of God, of the chiefs of the Levites;
17 e Mattaniah o filho de Mica, o filho de Zabdi, o filho de Asafe, que foi o chefe para iniciar a ação de graças em oração, e Bakbukiah, o segundo entre seus irmãos; e Abda o filho de Shammua, o filho de Galal, o filho de Jeduthun.
and Mattaniah son of Mica, son of Zabdi, son of Asaph, leader of the praise who giveth thanks, in prayer, and Bakbukiah the second among his brethren, —and Obadiah son of Shemaiah, son of Galal, son of Jeduthun.
18 Todos os levitas da cidade santa eram duzentos e oitenta e quatro.
All the Levites in the holy city, were two hundred and eighty-four.
19 Moreover os porteiros, Akkub, Talmon, e seus irmãos, que vigiavam os portões, eram cento e setenta e dois.
And, the door-keepers—Akkub, Talmon, and their brethren who were keeping watch in the gates, were a hundred and seventy-two.
20 Os resíduos de Israel, dos sacerdotes e dos levitas estavam em todas as cidades de Judá, todos em sua herança.
But, the residue of Israel, the priests, the Levites, were in all the cities of Judah, every one in his inheritance.
21 Mas os servos do templo viviam em Ofel; e Ziha e Gishpa estavam sobre os servos do templo.
Howbeit, the Nethinim, were dwelling in Ophel, —and, Ziha and Gishpa, were over the Nethinim.
22 O supervisor também dos Levitas em Jerusalém era Uzzi, filho de Bani, filho de Hashabiah, filho de Mattaniah, filho de Mica, dos filhos de Asafe, os cantores, estava encarregado dos negócios da casa de Deus.
And, the overseer of the Levites in Jerusalem, was Uzzi son of Bani, son of Hashabiah, son of Mattaniah, son of Mica, —of the sons of Asaph the singers, to take lead in the business of the house of God.
23 Pois havia um mandamento do rei a respeito deles, e uma provisão acertada para os cantores, como todos os dias era exigido.
For, the commandment of the king, was upon them, —as to a fixed provision for the singers, the need of a day upon its day.
24 Pethahiah, filho de Meshezabel, dos filhos de Zerah, filho de Judá, estava às mãos do rei em todos os assuntos relativos ao povo.
And, Pethahiah son of Meshezabel, of the sons of Zerah, son of Judah, was at the hand of the king, in every matter pertaining to the people.
25 Quanto às aldeias com seus campos, algumas das crianças de Judá viviam em Kiriath Arba e suas cidades, em Dibon e suas cidades, em Jekabzeel e suas aldeias,
And, as for the villages in their fields, some of the sons of Judah, dwelt in Kiriath-arba, and the hamlets thereof, and in Dibon, and the hamlets thereof, and in Jekabzeel, and the villages thereof;
26 in Jeshua, em Moladah, Beth Pelet,
and in Jeshua, and in Moladah, and in Beth-pelet;
27 em Hazar Shual, em Beersheba e suas cidades,
and in Hazar-shual, and in Beer-sheba, and the hamlets thereof;
28 em Ziklag, em Meconah e em suas cidades,
and in Ziklag, and in Meconah, and in the hamlets thereof,
29 in En Rimmon, em Zorah, em Jarmuth,
and in En-rimmmon, and in Zorah, and in Jarmuth;
30 Zanoah, Adullam e suas aldeias, Lachish e seus campos, e Azekah e suas cidades. Assim, eles acamparam de Beersheba até o vale de Hinnom.
Zanoah, Adullam and their villages, Lachish, and the fields thereof, Azekah, and the hamlets thereof, —so they encamped from Beer-sheba, unto the valley of Hinnom.
31 As crianças de Benjamin também viveram de Geba em diante, em Michmash e Aija, e em Betel e suas cidades,
And, the sons of Benjamin, [dwelt] from Geba, to Michmas and Aija, and Bethel, and the hamlets thereof:
32 at Anathoth, Nob, Ananiah,
Anathoth, Nob, Ananiah;
33 Hazor, Ramah, Gittaim,
Hazor, Ramah, Gittaim;
34 Hadid, Zeboim, Neballat,
Hadid, Zeboim, Neballat;
35 Lod, e Ono, o vale dos artesãos.
Lod and Ono, the valley of craftsmen.
36 Dos Levitas, certas divisões em Judah se estabeleceram no território de Benjamin.
Howbeit, of the Levites, certain courses of Judah, pertained unto Benjamin.
