Lucas 17
1 Ele disse aos discípulos: “É impossível que nenhuma ocasião de tropeço venha, mas ai daquele por quem eles vêm!
Then said he unto the disciples, It is impossible but that offences will come: but woe unto him, through whom they come!
2 Seria melhor para ele se uma pedra de moinho fosse pendurada em seu pescoço, e ele fosse lançado ao mar, em vez de fazer tropeçar um desses pequenos.
It were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and he cast into the sea, than that he should offend one of these little ones.
3 Tenha cuidado. Se seu irmão pecar contra você, repreenda-o. Se ele se arrepender, perdoe-o.
Take heed to yourselves: If your brother trespass against you, rebuke him; and if he repent, forgive him.
4 Se ele pecar contra você sete vezes no dia, e sete vezes voltar, dizendo: “Eu me arrependo”, você o perdoará”.
And if he trespass against you seven times in a day, and seven times in a day return to you, saying, I repent; you shall forgive him.
5 Os apóstolos disseram ao Senhor: “Aumentai nossa fé”.
And the apostles said unto the Lord, Increase our faith.
6 O Senhor disse: “Se você tivesse fé como um grão de mostarda, diria a esta sicômoro: 'Seja arrancado e seja plantado no mar', e ela lhe obedeceria.
And the Lord said, If all of you had faith as a grain of mustard seed, all of you might say unto this sycamine tree, Be you plucked up by the root, and be you planted in the sea; and it should obey you.
7 Mas quem está aí entre vós, tendo um servo lavrando ou criando ovelhas, que dirá quando vier do campo: 'Venha imediatamente e sente-se à mesa'?
But which of you, having a servant plowing or feeding cattle, will say unto him by and by, when he has come from the field, Go and sit down to food?
8 Ele não preferiria dizer-lhe: 'Prepare meu jantar, vista-se bem e sirva-me enquanto eu como e bebo'? Depois você comerá e beberá'?
And will not rather say unto him, Make ready wherewith I may sup, and gird yourself, and serve me, till I have eaten and drunken; and afterward you shall eat and drink?
9 Ele agradece àquele servo porque ele fez as coisas que lhe foram ordenadas? Eu acho que não.
Does he thank that servant because he did the things that were commanded him? I I think not not.
10 Mesmo assim, você também, quando tiver feito todas as coisas que lhe foram ordenadas, diga: 'Somos servos indignos'. Cumprimos nosso dever””.
So likewise all of you, when all of you shall have done all those things which are commanded you, say, We are useless servants: we have done that which was our duty to do.
11 Quando ele estava a caminho de Jerusalém, ele estava passando pelas fronteiras de Samaria e da Galiléia.
And it came to pass, as he went to Jerusalem, that he passed through the midst of Samaria and Galilee.
12 Ao entrar numa certa aldeia, dez homens leprosos o conheceram, que estavam à distância.
And as he entered into a certain village, there met him ten men that were lepers, which stood far off:
13 Eles levantaram suas vozes, dizendo: “Jesus, Mestre, tenha piedade de nós”!
And they lifted up their voices, and said, Jesus, Master, have mercy on us.
14 Quando os viu, disse-lhes: “Ide e mostrai-vos aos sacerdotes”. À medida que iam, eles eram limpos.
And when he saw them, he said unto them, Go show yourselves unto the priests. And it came to pass, that, as they went, they were cleansed.
15 Um deles, quando viu que estava curado, voltou para trás, glorificando a Deus com uma voz alta.
And one of them, when he saw that he was healed, turned back, and with a loud voice glorified God,
16 Ele caiu de cara nos pés de Jesus, dando-lhe graças; e era um samaritano.
And fell down on his face at his feet, giving him thanks: and he was a Samaritan.
17 Jesus respondeu: “Os dez não foram limpos? Mas onde estão os nove?
And Jesus answering said, Were there not ten cleansed? but where are the nine?
18 Não foi encontrado nenhum que voltou para dar glória a Deus, exceto este estrangeiro”?
There are not found that returned to give glory to God, save this stranger.
19 Então ele lhe disse: “Levante-se, e siga seu caminho. Sua fé te curou”.
And he said unto him, Arise, go your way: your faith has made you whole.
20 Being perguntado pelos fariseus quando viria o Reino de Deus, ele lhes respondeu: “O Reino de Deus não vem com observação;
And when he was demanded of the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God should come, he answered them and said, The kingdom of God comes not with observation:
21 nem eles dirão: 'Olha, aqui!' ou, 'Olha, lá!' pois eis que o Reino de Deus está dentro de ti”.
Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you.
22 Ele disse aos discípulos: “Chegarão os dias em que vocês desejarão ver um dos dias do Filho do Homem, e não o verão.
And he said unto the disciples, The days will come, when all of you shall desire to see one of the days of the Son of man, and all of you shall not see it.
23 Eles lhe dirão: “Veja, aqui!” ou “Veja, ali! Não vá embora ou siga atrás deles,
And they shall say to you, See here; or, see there: go not after them, nor follow them.
24 pois, como o relâmpago, quando brilha de uma parte sob o céu, brilha para outra parte sob o céu, assim será o Filho do Homem em seus dias.
For as the lightning, that lightens out of the one part under heaven, shines unto the other part under heaven; so shall also the Son of man be in his day.
25 Mas primeiro, ele deve sofrer muitas coisas e ser rejeitado por esta geração.
But first must he suffer many things, and be rejected of this generation.
26 Como foi nos dias de Noé, assim será também nos dias do Filho do Homem.
And as it was in the days of Noe, so shall it be also in the days of the Son of man.
27 Eles comeram, beberam, casaram-se e foram dados em casamento até o dia em que Noé entrou no navio, e a enchente veio e os destruiu a todos.
They did eat, they drank, they married wives, they were given in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark, and the flood came, and destroyed them all.
28 Da mesma forma, como nos dias de Lote: comiam, bebiam, compravam, vendiam, plantavam, construíam;
Likewise also as it was in the days of Lot; they did eat, they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they built;
29 mas no dia em que Lote saiu de Sodoma, choveu fogo e enxofre do céu e os destruiu a todos.
But the same day that Lot went out of Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven, and destroyed them all.
30 Será da mesma forma no dia em que o Filho do Homem for revelado.
Even thus shall it be in the day when the Son of man is revealed.
31 Naquele dia, aquele que estará no topo da casa e seus bens na casa, não o deixe descer para levá-los embora. Que aquele que está no campo também não volte atrás.
In that day, he which shall be upon the housetop, and his stuff in the house, let him not come down to take it away: and he that is in the field, let him likewise not return back.
32 Lembre-se da esposa de Lot!
Remember Lot's wife.
33 Quem procura salvar sua vida, perde-a, mas quem perde sua vida, preserva-a.
Whosoever shall seek to save his life shall lose it; and whosoever shall lose his life shall preserve it.
34 Eu lhes digo, naquela noite haverá duas pessoas em uma cama. Uma será levada e a outra será deixada.
I tell you, in that night there shall be two men in one bed; the one shall be taken, and the other shall be left.
35 Haverá dois grãos de moagem juntos. Uma será levada e a outra será deixada”.
Two women shall be grinding together; the one shall be taken, and the other left.
Two men shall be in the field; the one shall be taken, and the other left.
37 Eles, respondendo, perguntaram-lhe: “Onde, Senhor?”. Ele lhes disse: “Onde o corpo estiver, lá os abutres também serão reunidos”.
And they answered and said unto him, Where, Lord? And he said unto them, Where ever the body is, thither will the eagles be gathered together.
