Josué 13
1 Agora Joshua era velho e bem avançado em anos. Yahweh disse-lhe: “Você é velho e avançado em anos, e ainda há muita terra a ser possuída”.
Nowe when Ioshua was olde, and striken in yeeres, the Lord said vnto him, Thou art olde and growen in age, and there remaineth exceeding much land to be possessed:
2 “Esta é a terra que ainda resta: todas as regiões dos filisteus, e todos os geshuritas;
This is the land that remaineth, all the regions of the Philistims, and all Geshuri,
3 desde o Shihor, que está antes do Egito, até a fronteira de Ekron para o norte, que é contada como cananéia; os cinco senhores dos filisteus; os gazitas, e os ashdoditas, os ashkelonitas, os gittitas, e os ekronitas; também o Avvim,
From Nilus which is in Egypt, euen vnto the borders of Ekron Northward: this is counted of the Canaanites, euen fiue Lordships of the Philistims, the Azzithites, and the Ashdodites, the Eshkelonites, the Gittites, and the Ekronites, and the Auites:
4 no sul; toda a terra dos cananeus, e Mearah que pertence aos sidônios, a Afek, à fronteira dos amorreus;
From the South, all the land of the Canaanites, and the caue that is beside the Sidonians, vnto Aphek, and to the borders of the Amorites:
5 e a terra dos gebalitas, e todo o Líbano, em direção ao nascer do sol, de Baal Gad sob o Monte Hermon até a entrada de Hamath;
And the land of the Giblites, and all Lebanon, toward the sunne rising from Bahal-gad vnder mount Hermon, vntil one come to Hamath.
6 todos os habitantes da região montanhosa do Líbano até Misrephoth Maim, até mesmo todos os sidônios. Eu os expulsarei de diante dos filhos de Israel. Basta destiná-lo a Israel para uma herança, como eu lhe ordenei.
All the inhabitants of the mountaines from Lebanon vnto Misrephothmaim, and all the Sidonians, I wil cast them out from before the children of Israel: only deuide thou it by lot vnto the Israelites, to inherite, as I haue commanded thee.
7 Agora, portanto, divida esta terra para uma herança às nove tribos e à meia tribo de Manassés”.
Nowe therefore deuide this lande to inherite, vnto the nine tribes, and to the halfe tribe of Manasseh.
8 Com ele os rubenitas e os gaditas receberam sua herança, que Moisés lhes deu, além do Jordão para o leste, assim como Moisés, servo de Javé, lhes deu:
For with halfe therof the Reubenites and the Gadites haue receiued their inheritance, which Moses gaue them beyond Iorden Eastward, euen as Moses the seruant of the Lord had giuen them,
9 de Aroer, que está à beira do vale do Arnon, e a cidade que está no meio do vale, e toda a planície de Medeba até Dibon;
From Aroer that is on the brinke of the riuer Arnon, and from the citie that is in the mids of the riuer, and all the plaine of Medeba vnto Dibon,
10 e todas as cidades de Sihon, rei dos amorreus, que reinou em Hesbon, até a fronteira dos filhos de Ammon;
And all the cities of Sihon King of the Amorites, which reigned in Heshbon, vnto the borders of the children of Ammon,
11 e Gilead, e a fronteira dos geshuritas e maacathitas, e todo o Monte Hermon, e todo Bashan até Salecah;
And Gilead, and the borders of the Geshurites and of the Maachathites, and all mount Hermon, with all Bashan vnto Salcah:
12 todo o reino de Og em Bashan, que reinou em Ashtaroth e em Edrei (que ficou do remanescente dos refains); pois Moisés os atacou, e os expulsou.
All the kingdome of Og in Bashan, which reigned in Ashtaroth and in Edrei: (who remained of the rest of the gyants) for these did Moses smite, and cast them out.
13 Nevertheless as crianças de Israel não expulsaram os geshuritas, nem os maacattas: mas Geshur e Maacath vivem dentro de Israel até hoje.
But the children of Israel expelled not the Geshurites nor the Maachathites: but the Geshurites and the Maachathites dwell among the Israelites euen vnto this day.
14 Somente ele não deu nenhuma herança à tribo de Levi. As oferendas de Javé, o Deus de Israel, feitas pelo fogo, são sua herança, enquanto ele falava com ele.
Onely vnto the tribe of Leui he gaue none inheritance, but the sacrifices of the Lord God of Israel are his inheritance, as he said vnto him.
15 Moisés deu à tribo dos filhos de Rúben, de acordo com suas famílias.
Moses then gaue vnto the tribe of the children of Reuben inheritance, according to their families.
16 A fronteira deles era de Aroer, que está à beira do vale do Arnon, e a cidade que está no meio do vale, e toda a planície por Medeba;
And their coast was from Aroer, that is on the brinke of the riuer Arnon, and from the citie that is in the middes of the riuer, and all the plaine which is by Medeba:
17 Heshbon, e todas as suas cidades que estão na planície; Dibon, Bamoth Baal, Beth Baal Meon,
Heshbon with all the cities thereof, that are in the plaine: Dibon and Bamoth-baal, and Bethbaal-meon:
18 Jahaz, Kedemoth, Mephaath,
And Iahazah, and Kedemoth and Mephaath:
19 Kiriathaim, Sibmah, Zereth Shahar no monte do vale,
Kiriathaim also, and Sibmah, and Zerethshahar in the mount of Emek:
20 Beth Peor, as encostas de Pisgah, Beth Jeshimoth,
And Beth-peor, and Ashdoth-pisgah, and Beth-ieshimoth:
21 todas as cidades da planície, e todo o reino de Sihon, rei dos amorreus, que reinou em Hesbon, a quem Moisés golpeou com os chefes de Midian, Evi, Rekem, Zur, Hur e Reba, os príncipes de Sihon, que viviam na terra.
And all the cities of the plaine: and all the kingdome of Sihon King of the Amorites, which reigned in Heshbon, whome Moses smote with the Princes of Midian, Eui, and Rekem, and Zur, and Hur, and Reba, the dukes of Sihon, dwelling in the countrey.
22 As crianças de Israel também mataram Balaão, filho de Beor, o adivinho, com a espada, entre o resto de seus mortos.
And Balaam the sonne of Beor the soothsayer did the children of Israel slay with the sword, among them that were slaine.
23 A fronteira dos filhos de Reuben era o banco da Jordânia. Esta era a herança dos filhos de Reuben de acordo com suas famílias, as cidades e seus vilarejos.
And the border of the children of Reuben was Iorden with the coastes. This was the inheritance of the children of Reuben according to their families, with the cities and their villages.
24 Moisés deu à tribo de Gad, aos filhos de Gad, de acordo com suas famílias.
Also Moses gaue inheritance vnto ye tribe of Gad, euen vnto the children of Gad according to their families.
25 Sua fronteira era Jazer, e todas as cidades de Gilead, e metade da terra das crianças de Ammon, para Aroer que fica perto de Rabbah;
And their coastes were Iazer, and all the cities of Gilead and halfe the lande of the children of Ammon vnto Aroer, which is before Rabbah:
26 e de Heshbon para Ramath Mizpeh, e Betonim; e de Mahanaim para a fronteira de Debir;
And from Heshbon vnto Ramoth, Mizpeh, and Betonim: and from Mahanaim vnto the borders of Debir:
27 e no vale, Beth Haram, Beth Nimrah, Succoth e Zaphon, o resto do reino de Sihon, rei de Heshbon, a margem do Jordão, até a parte mais alta do mar de Chinnereth além do Jordão para o leste.
And in the valley Beth-aram, and Bethnimrah, and Succoth, and Zaphon, the rest of the kingdome of Sihon King of Heshbon, vnto Iorden and the borders euen vnto the Sea coast of Cinneereth, beyond Iorden Eastward.
28 Esta é a herança dos filhos de Gad de acordo com suas famílias, as cidades e seus vilarejos.
This is the inheritance of the children of Gad, after their families, with the cities, and their villages.
29 Moisés deu uma herança para a meia tribo de Manasseh. Foi para a meia tribo dos filhos de Manasseh, de acordo com suas famílias.
Also Moses gaue inheritance vnto the halfe tribe of Manasseh: and this belonged to the halfe tribe of the children of Manasseh according to their families.
30 Sua fronteira era de Mahanaim, todos os Bashan, todo o reino de Og, rei de Bashan, e todas as aldeias de Jair, que estão em Bashan, sessenta cidades.
And their border was from Mahanaim, euen all Bashan, to wit, all the kingdome of Og King of Bashan, and all the townes of Iair which are in Bashan, threescore cities,
31 A metade de Gilead, Ashtaroth e Edrei, as cidades do reino de Og em Bashan, eram para os filhos de Machir, filho de Manasseh, até mesmo para a metade dos filhos de Machir, de acordo com suas famílias.
And halfe Gilead, and Ashtaroth, and Edrei, cities of the kingdom of Og in Bashan, were giuen vnto the children of Machir the sonne of Manasseh, to halfe of the children of Machir after their families.
32 Estas são as heranças que Moisés distribuiu nas planícies de Moab, além do Jordão, em Jericó, ao leste.
These are the heritages, which Moses did distribute in the plaine of Moab beyond Iorden, toward Iericho Eastward.
33 Mas Moisés não deu nenhuma herança para a tribo de Levi. Yahweh, o Deus de Israel, é sua herança, como ele falou com eles.
But vnto the tribe of Leui Moses gaue none inheritance: for the Lord God of Israel is their inheritance, as he said vnto them.
