1 Portanto, quando o Senhor soube que os fariseus tinham ouvido que Jesus estava fazendo e batizando mais discípulos do que João
Assone as the Lorde had knowledge how the Pharises had hearde that Iesus made and baptised moo disciples then Iohn
2 (embora o próprio Jesus não batizasse, mas seus discípulos),
(though that Iesus him selfe baptised not: but his disciples)
3 ele deixou a Judéia e partiu para a Galiléia.
he lefte Iewry and departed agayne into Galile.
4 Ele precisava passar por Samaria.
And it was so that he must nedes goo thorowe Samaria.
5 Então ele veio para uma cidade de Samaria chamada Sychar, perto da parcela de terra que Jacó deu a seu filho José.
Then came he to a cyte of Samaria called Sichar besydes the possession that Iacob gave to his sonne Ioseph.
6 O poço de Jacó estava lá. Jesus, portanto, cansado de sua viagem, sentou-se junto ao poço. Era aproximadamente a sexta hora.
And there was Iacobs well. Iesus then weryed in his iorney sate thus on the well. And it was about the sixte houre:
7 Uma mulher de Samaria veio para tirar água. Jesus disse a ela: “Dê-me uma bebida”.
and there came a woman of Samaria to drawe water. And Iesus sayde vnto her: geve me drynke.
8 Pois seus discípulos tinham ido à cidade para comprar comida.
For his disciples were gone awaye vnto the toune to bye meate.
9 A mulher samaritana, portanto, lhe disse: “Como é que você, sendo judeu, pede uma bebida de mim, uma samaritana”? (Pois os judeus não têm nenhum trato com samaritanos).
Then sayde the woman of Samaria vnto him: how is it that thou beinge a Iewe axest drinke of me which am a Samaritane? for the Iewes medle not with the Samaritans.
10 Jesus lhe respondeu: “Se você soubesse o dom de Deus, e quem é que lhe diz: 'Dê-me uma bebida', você lhe teria pedido, e ele lhe teria dado água viva”.
Iesus answered and sayde vnto hir: yf thou knewest the gyfte of God and who it is that sayeth to the geve me drynke thou woldest have axed of him and he wolde have geven the water of lyfe.
11 A mulher lhe disse: “Senhor, você não tem nada com que desenhar, e o poço é profundo. Então, onde você consegue essa água viva?
The woman sayde vnto him. Syr thou hast no thinge to drawe with and the well is depe: from whence then hast thou yt water of lyfe?
12 Você é maior que nosso pai Jacob, que nos deu o poço e bebeu dele mesmo, assim como seus filhos e seu gado”?
Arte thou greater then oure father Iacob which gave vs the well and he him silfe dranke therof and his chyldren and his catell?
13 Jesus lhe respondeu: “Todos os que bebem desta água terão sede novamente,
Iesus answered and sayde vnto hir: whosoever drinketh of this water shall thurst agayne.
15 A mulher disse-lhe: “Senhor, dê-me esta água, para que eu não fique com sede, nem venha até aqui para desenhar”.
The woma sayd vnto him: Syr geve me of that water that I thyrst not nether come hedder to drawe.
16 Jesus disse a ela: “Vá, chame seu marido e venha aqui”.
Iesus sayde vnto her. Go and call thy husband and come hydder.
17 A mulher respondeu: “Eu não tenho marido”. Jesus lhe disse: “Você disse bem, 'eu não tenho marido',
The woman answered and sayde to him: I have no husband.
18 pois você teve cinco maridos; e aquele que você tem agora não é seu marido. Isto você disse verdadeiramente”.
Iesus sayde to her. Thou hast well sayd I have no husbande. For thou haste had five husbandes and he whom thou now hast is not thy husband. That saydest thou truely.
19 A mulher lhe disse: “Senhor, eu percebo que você é um profeta.
The woman sayde vnto him: Syr I perceave yt thou arte a prophet.
20 Nossos pais adoravam nesta montanha, e vocês, judeus, dizem que em Jerusalém é o lugar onde as pessoas devem adorar”.
Oure fathers worshipped in this mountayne: and ye saye that in Hierusalem is the place where men ought to worshippe.
21 Jesus lhe disse: “Mulher, creia-me, está chegando a hora em que nem nesta montanha nem em Jerusalém você adorará o Pai”.
Iesus sayde vnto her: woman beleve me the houre cometh when ye shall nether in this moutayne nor yet at Ierusalem worshippe the father.
22 Vós adorais aquilo que não sabeis. Nós adoramos aquilo que sabemos; pois a salvação é dos judeus.
Ye worshippe ye wot not what: we knowe what we worshippe. For salvacion cometh of the Iewes.
23 Mas chega a hora, e agora é, em que os verdadeiros adoradores adorarão o Pai em espírito e verdade, pois o Pai procura que tais sejam seus adoradores.
But the houre commeth and nowe is when the true worshippers shall worshippe the father in sprete and in trouthe. For verely suche the father requyreth to worshippe him.
24 Deus é espírito, e aqueles que o adoram devem adorar em espírito e em verdade”.
God is a sprete and they that worshippe him must worshippe him in sprete and trouthe.
25 A mulher lhe disse: “Eu sei que o Messias está vindo, aquele que se chama Cristo”. Quando ele vier, ele nos declarará todas as coisas”.
The woman sayde vnto him: I wot well Messias shall come which is called Christ. When he is come he will tell vs all thinges.
26 Jesus disse a ela: “Eu sou ele, aquele que fala com você”.
Iesus sayde vnto hir: I that speake vnto the am he.
27 Naquele momento, seus discípulos chegaram. Eles ficaram maravilhados por ele estar falando com uma mulher; no entanto, ninguém disse: “O que você está procurando?” ou: “Por que você fala com ela?
And eve at that poynte came his disciples and marvelled that he talked with the woman. Yet no man sayde vnto him: what meanest thou or why talkest thou with her?
28 Então a mulher deixou seu pote de água, foi para a cidade e disse ao povo:
The woma then lefte her waterpot and went her waye into the cite and sayde to the men.
29 “Venha, veja um homem que me contou tudo o que eu fiz”. Pode este ser o Cristo?”
Come se a man which tolde me all thinges yt ever I dyd. Is not he Christ?
30 Eles saíram da cidade, e estavam vindo até ele.
Then they went ont of the cite and came vnto him.
31 Enquanto isso, os discípulos o incitaram, dizendo: “Rabino, coma”.
And in ye meane while his disciples prayed him sayinge: Master eate.
32 Mas ele lhes disse: “Eu tenho comida para comer que você não conhece”.
He sayde vnto the: I have meate to eate that ye knowe not of.
33 Portanto, os discípulos disseram uns aos outros: “Alguém lhe trouxe algo para comer?
Then sayd ye disciples bitwene them selves: hath eny ma brought him meate?
34 Jesus lhes disse: “Minha comida é fazer a vontade daquele que me enviou e realizar seu trabalho”.
Iesus sayde vnto them: my meate is to doo the will of him that sent me. And to fynnysshe his worke.
35 Você não diz: “Ainda faltam quatro meses para a colheita”? Eis que eu lhes digo, levantem os olhos e olhem para os campos, que eles já estão brancos para a colheita.
Saye not ye: there are yet foure monethes and then cometh harvest? Beholde I saye vnto you lyfte vp youre eyes and loke on ye regios: for they are whyte all redy vnto harvest.
36 Aquele que colhe recebe o salário e colhe os frutos para a vida eterna, para que tanto aquele que semeia como aquele que colhe possam regozijar-se juntos. (aiōnios g166)
And he ye repeth receaveth rewarde and gaddereth frute vnto life eternall: that bothe he that soweth and he yt repeth myght reioyse to gether. (aiōnios g166)
37 Pois nisto é verdade o ditado: “Uma semeia e outra colhe”.
And herin is the sayinge true yt one soweth and another repeth.
38 Eu o enviei para colher aquilo pelo qual você não trabalhou. Outros trabalharam, e você entrou em seu trabalho”.
I sent you to repe yt whero ye bestowed no laboure. Other men laboured and ye are entred into their labours.
39 Daquela cidade muitos samaritanos acreditavam nele por causa da palavra da mulher, que testemunhou: “Ele me contou tudo o que eu fiz”.
Many of the Samaritas of that cyte beleved on him for ye sayinge of the woma which testified: he tolde me all thinges yt ever I dyd.
40 Então, quando os samaritanos vieram até ele, imploraram-lhe que ficasse com eles. Ele permaneceu lá dois dias.
Then when the Samaritas were come vnto him they besought him yt he wolde tary wt the. And he aboode there two dayes.
41 Muitos mais acreditaram por causa de sua palavra.
And many moo beleved because of his awne wordes
42 Eles disseram à mulher: “Agora acreditamos, não por causa de sua fala; pois ouvimos por nós mesmos, e sabemos que este é de fato o Cristo, o Salvador do mundo”.
and sayd vnto the woman: Now we beleve not because of thy sayinge. For we have herde him oure selves and knowe that this is even in dede Christ the savioure of the worlde.
43 Depois dos dois dias, ele saiu de lá e foi para a Galiléia.
After two dayes he departed thence and wet awaye into Galile.
44 Pois o próprio Jesus testemunhou que um profeta não tem honra em seu próprio país.
And Iesus him selfe testified that a Prophete hath none honoure in his awne countre.
45 Então, quando ele entrou na Galiléia, os galileus o receberam, tendo visto todas as coisas que ele fez em Jerusalém na festa, pois eles também foram à festa.
Then assone as he was come into Galile the Galileans receaved him which had sene all the thinges yt he dyd at Ierusalem at ye feast. For they wet also vnto ye feast daye.
46 Jesus veio, portanto, novamente a Caná da Galiléia, onde ele fez a água em vinho. Havia um certo fidalgo cujo filho estava doente em Cafarnaum.
And Iesus came agayne into Cana of Galile wher he turned water into wyne. And ther was a certayne ruler whose sonne was sicke at Capernaum.
47 Quando soube que Jesus tinha saído da Judéia para a Galiléia, foi até ele e implorou-lhe que descesse e curasse seu filho, pois ele estava no ponto da morte.
Assone as the same herde that Iesus was come out of Iewry into Galile he wet vnto him and besought him yt he wolde descende and heale his sonne: For he was eve readie to dye.
48 Jesus, portanto, disse-lhe: “A menos que você veja sinais e prodígios, não acreditará de modo algum”.
Then sayde Iesus vnto him: excepte ye se signes and wodres ye canot beleve.
49 O nobre lhe disse: “Senhor, desça antes que meu filho morra”.
The ruler sayd vnto him: Syr come awaye or ever yt my chylde dye.
50 Jesus lhe disse: “Siga seu caminho”. Seu filho vive”. O homem acreditou na palavra que Jesus falou com ele, e seguiu seu caminho.
Iesus sayde vnto him goo thy waye thy sonne liveth. And the ma beleved ye wordes yt Iesus had spoke vnto him and wet his waye.
51 Quando ele estava descendo, seus servos o encontraram e relataram, dizendo “Seu filho vive!
And anone as he went on his waye his servantes met him and tolde him sayinge: thy chylde liveth.
52 Então, ele perguntou a eles na hora em que começou a melhorar. Disseram-lhe então: “Ontem à sétima hora, a febre o deixou”.
Then enquyred he of the the houre when he begane to amende. And they sayde vnto him: Yester daye the sevethe houre the fever lefte him.
53 Então o pai sabia que era naquela hora em que Jesus lhe disse: “Seu filho vive”. Ele acreditou, assim como toda a sua casa.
And the father knew that it was the same houre in which Iesus sayde vnto him: Thy sonne liveth. And he beleved and all his housholde.
54 Este é novamente o segundo sinal que Jesus fez, tendo saído da Judéia para a Galiléia.
Thys is agayne the seconde myracle yt Iesus dyd after he was come oute of Iewry into Galile.
