Gênesis 43
1 A fome era severa na terra.
And the famine [was] heavy in the land.
2 Quando eles comeram os grãos que haviam trazido do Egito, seu pai lhes disse: “Vão novamente, comprem-nos um pouco mais de comida”.
And it was just when they finished to eat the grain which they had brought from Egypt and he said to them father their go back buy for us a little of food.
3 Judah falou com ele, dizendo: “O homem nos advertiu solenemente, dizendo: 'Você não verá meu rosto, a menos que seu irmão esteja com você'.
And he said to him Judah saying certainly he warned us the man saying not you will see face my except brother your [is] with you.
4 Se você enviar nosso irmão conosco, nós desceremos e lhe compraremos comida;
If there you [are] sending brother our with us we will go down and we will buy for you food.
5 mas se você não o enviar, nós não desceremos, pois o homem nos disse: 'Você não verá meu rosto, a menos que seu irmão esteja com você'”.
And if not you [are] sending [him] not we will go down for the man he said to us not you will see face my except brother your [is] with you.
6 Israel disse: “Por que você me tratou tão mal, dizendo ao homem que você tinha outro irmão”?
And he said Israel why? did you do harm to me by telling to the man ¿ still [belong] to you [does] a brother.
7 Eles disseram: “O homem perguntou diretamente sobre nós mesmos, e sobre nossos parentes, dizendo: 'Seu pai ainda está vivo? Você tem outro irmão? Nós apenas respondemos às suas perguntas. Há alguma maneira de sabermos que ele diria: 'Traga seu irmão para baixo?'”.
And they said carefully he asked the man of us and of kindred our saying ¿ still [is] father your living ¿ [does] there [belong] to you a brother and we told to him on [the] mouth of the words these ¿ really did we know that he will say bring down brother your.
8 Judah disse a Israel, seu pai: “Mande o menino comigo, e nós nos levantaremos e iremos, para que possamos viver, e não morrer, tanto nós, como você, e também nossos pequenos.
And he said Judah to Israel father his send! the young man with me so let us arise and we will go and we may live and not we will die both we as well as you as well as little one[s] our.
9 I será uma garantia para ele. Da minha mão você vai precisar dele. Se eu não o trouxer até você, e o colocar diante de você, então deixe-me carregar a culpa para sempre;
I I will stand surety for him from hand my you will require him if not I have brought him to you and I will set him before you and I will be culpable to you all the days.

For if not we had delayed for now we have returned this two times.
11 O pai deles, Israel, disse-lhes: “Se deve ser assim, então façam isto: Pegue dos frutos escolhidos da terra em suas bolsas, e leve um presente para o homem, um pouco de bálsamo, um pouco de mel, especiarias e mirra, nozes e amêndoas;
And he said to them Israel father their if so - then this do take some of [the] best products of the land in vessels your and take down to the man a gift a little of balm and a little of honey spice and myrrh pistachio nuts and almonds.
12 e pegue o dinheiro em dobro em sua mão, e leve de volta o dinheiro que foi devolvido na boca de suas bolsas. Talvez tenha sido um lapso.
And silver double take in hand your and the silver that was returned in [the] mouth of sacks your you will take back in hand your perhaps [was] a mistake it.
13 Pegue seu irmão também, levante-se e retorne ao homem.
And brother your take and arise go back to the man.
14 Que Deus Todo-Poderoso lhe dê misericórdia diante do homem, para que ele lhe solte seu outro irmão e Benjamin. Se eu estou de luto por meus filhos, estou de luto”.
And God Almighty may he give to you compassion before the man and he will let go to you brother your other and Benjamin and I just when I have been bereaved I have been bereaved.
15 Os homens pegaram aquele presente, pegaram o dobro do dinheiro na mão e Benjamin; e se levantaram, desceram ao Egito e se colocaram diante de José.
And they took the men the gift this and double money they took in hand their and Benjamin and they arose and they went down Egypt and they stood before Joseph.
16 Quando Joseph viu Benjamin com eles, disse ao administrador de sua casa: “Traga os homens para dentro de casa, e açougue um animal, e prepare-se; pois os homens jantarão comigo ao meio-dia”.
And he saw Joseph with them Benjamin and he said to [the one] who [was] over household his bring the men the house towards and slaughter a slaughter and prepare [it] for with me they will eat the men at noon.
17 O homem fez como José ordenou, e o homem trouxe os homens para a casa de José.
And he did the man just as he said Joseph and he brought the man the men [the] house of towards Joseph.
18 Os homens tiveram medo, porque foram trazidos à casa de José; e disseram: “Por causa do dinheiro que foi devolvido em nossos sacos na primeira vez, somos trazidos; para que ele busque ocasião contra nós, nos ataque e nos tome como escravos, junto com nossos burros”.
And they were afraid the men that they were brought [the] house of Joseph and they said on [the] matter of the silver which returned in sacks our at the beginning we [are] being brought to roll himself on us and to throw himself on us and to take us to slaves and donkeys our.
19 Eles se aproximaram do mordomo da casa de José, e falaram com ele na porta da casa,
And they approached the man who [was] over [the] household of Joseph and they spoke to him [the] entrance of the house.
20 e disseram: “Oh, meu senhor, nós realmente descemos a primeira vez para comprar comida.
And they said pardon us O lord my certainly we came down at the beginning to buy food.
21 Quando chegamos ao alojamento, abrimos nossos sacos, e eis que o dinheiro de cada homem estava na boca de seu saco, nosso dinheiro em pleno peso. Trouxemo-lo de volta em nossas mãos.
And it was that we came to the lodging place and we opened! sacks our and there! [the] silver of each man [was] in [the] mouth of sack his silver our in weight its and we have brought back it in hand our.
22 We trouxemos outro dinheiro em nossa mão para comprar comida. Não sabemos quem colocou nosso dinheiro em nossos sacos”.
And silver other we have brought down in hand our to buy food not we know who? did he put silver our in sacks our.
23 Ele disse: “Que a paz esteja com você”. Não tenha medo. Seu Deus, e o Deus de seu pai, lhe deu um tesouro em seus sacos. Eu recebi seu dinheiro”. Ele trouxe Simeão até eles.
And he said peace [be] to you may not you fear God your and [the] God of father your he gave to you treasure in sacks your silver your it came to me and he brought out to them Simeon.
24 O homem trouxe os homens para a casa de José, deu-lhes água e eles lavaram os pés. Ele deu forragem para os burros deles.
And he brought the man the men [the] house of towards Joseph and he gave water and they washed feet their and he gave fodder to donkeys their.
25 Eles prepararam o presente para a chegada de José ao meio-dia, pois souberam que ali deveriam comer pão.
And they prepared the gift until came Joseph at noon for they had heard that there they will eat food.
26 Quando Joseph chegou em casa, eles lhe trouxeram o presente que estava em suas mãos, e se curvaram diante dele.
And he came Joseph the house towards and they brought to him the gift which [was] in hand their the house towards and they bowed down to him [the] ground towards.
27 Ele lhes perguntou sobre seu bem-estar, e disse: “Seu pai está bem, o velho de quem você falou? Ele ainda está vivo?”
And he asked of them to welfare and he said ¿ health [is] father your old whom you spoke ¿ [is] still he alive.
28 Eles disseram: “Seu servo, nosso pai, está bem”. Ele ainda está vivo”. Eles se curvaram humildemente.
And they said health [belongs] to servant your to father our still he [is] alive and they bowed low (and they bowed down. *Q(K)*)
29 Ele levantou os olhos e viu Benjamin, seu irmão, o filho de sua mãe, e disse: “Este é seu irmão mais novo, de quem você falou comigo”? Ele disse: “Deus seja bondoso para contigo, meu filho”.
And he lifted up eyes his and he saw Benjamin brother his [the] son of mother his and he said ¿ [is] this brother your young whom you spoke to me and he said God may he show favor to you O son my.
30 Joseph apressou-se, pois seu coração ansiava por seu irmão; e procurou um lugar para chorar. Ele entrou em seu quarto, e chorou ali.
And he hurried Joseph for they grew warm compassion his to brother his and he sought to weep and he went the inner room towards and he wept there.
31 Lavou seu rosto e saiu. Ele se controlou e disse: “Sirva a refeição”.
And he washed face his and he came out and he restrained himself and he said set food.
32 Eles o serviram sozinho, e eles sozinhos, e os egípcios que comiam com ele sozinhos, porque os egípcios não comem com os hebreus, pois isso é uma abominação para os egípcios.
And they set for him to only him and to them to alone them and for the Egyptians who were eating with him to alone them for not they were able! the Egyptians to eat with the Hebrews food for [is] an abomination it to Egypt.
33 Eles se sentaram diante dele, o primogênito de acordo com seu direito de nascimento, e o mais jovem de acordo com sua juventude, e os homens se maravilharam uns com os outros.
And they sat down before him the firstborn according to birthright his and the young [brother] according to youth his and they looked in astonishment the men each to neighbor his.

And someone took portions from with face his to them and it was great [the] portion of Benjamin more than [the] portions of all of them five hands and they drank and they became drunk with him.
