Daniel 9
1 No primeiro ano de Dario o filho de Assuero, da descendência dos Medos, que foi feito rei sobre o reino dos caldeus -
“In the first year of Darius, son of Ahasuerus, of the seed of the Medes, who has been made king over the kingdom of the Chaldeans,
2 no primeiro ano de seu reinado eu, Daniel, entendi pelos livros o número dos anos sobre os quais a palavra de Javé veio a Jeremias o profeta para a realização das desolações de Jerusalém, mesmo setenta anos.
in the first year of his reign, I, Daniel, have understood by scrolls the number of the years (in that a word of YHWH has been to Jeremiah the prophet), concerning the fulfilling of the desolations of Jerusalem—seventy years;
3 Coloquei meu rosto ao Senhor Deus, para buscar pela oração e pelas petições, com jejum, saco e cinzas.
and I set my face toward the Lord God, to seek [by] prayer and supplications, with fasting, and sackcloth, and ashes.
4 Eu rezei a Javé, meu Deus, e fiz confissão, e disse, “Oh, Senhor, o grande e terrível Deus, que mantém pactos e bondade amorosa com aqueles que o amam e guardam seus mandamentos,
And I pray to my God YHWH, and confess, and say: Ah, now, O Lord God, the great and the fearful, keeping the covenant and the kindness to those loving Him and to those keeping His commands;
5 we pecaram, e trataram perversamente, e fizeram perversamente, e se rebelaram, mesmo desviando-se de seus preceitos e de suas ordenanças.
we have sinned, and done perversely, and done wickedly, and rebelled, to turn aside from Your commands, and from Your judgments:
6 Não ouvimos seus servos, os profetas, que falaram em seu nome aos nossos reis, aos nossos príncipes, aos nossos pais, e a todo o povo da terra. '
and we have not listened to Your servants, the prophets, who have spoken in Your Name to our kings, our heads, and our fathers, and to all the people of the land.
7 “Senhor, a justiça vos pertence, mas a nós confusão de rosto, como é hoje; aos homens de Judá, e aos habitantes de Jerusalém, e a todo Israel, que estão próximos e distantes, através de todos os países para onde vós os tendes conduzido, por causa de sua transgressão que eles transgrediram contra vós.
To You, O Lord, [is] the righteousness, and to us the shame of face, as [at] this day, to the men of Judah, and to the inhabitants of Jerusalem, and to all Israel, who are near, and who are far off, in all the lands to where You have driven them, in their trespass that they have trespassed against You.
8 Senhor, a nós pertence a confusão de rosto, a nossos reis, a nossos príncipes, e a nossos pais, porque pecamos contra ti.
O Lord, to us [is] the shame of face, to our kings, to our heads, and to our fathers, in that we have sinned against You.
9 Ao Senhor nosso Deus pertence a misericórdia e o perdão, pois nos rebelamos contra ele.
To the Lord our God [are] the mercies and the forgivenesses, for we have rebelled against Him,
10 Não obedecemos à voz de Javé nosso Deus, para caminhar em suas leis, que Ele nos apresentou por meio de seus servos, os profetas.
and have not listened to the voice of our God YHWH, to walk in His laws, that He has set before us by the hand of His servants the prophets;
11 Sim, todo Israel transgrediu a sua lei, afastando-se, para não obedecer a sua voz. ' “Portanto, a maldição e o juramento escrito na lei de Moisés, servo de Deus, foi derramado sobre nós, pois pecamos contra ele”.
and all Israel has transgressed Your law, to turn aside so as not to listen to Your voice; and poured on us is the execration, and the oath, that is written in the Law of Moses, servant of God, because we have sinned against Him.
12 Ele confirmou suas palavras, que ele falou contra nós e contra nossos juízes que nos julgaram, trazendo sobre nós um grande mal; pois sob todo o céu não se fez tal como se fez com Jerusalém.
And He confirms His words that He has spoken against us, and against our judges who have judged us, to bring great calamity on us, in that it has not been done under the whole heavens as it has been done in Jerusalem,
13 Como está escrito na lei de Moisés, todo este mal veio sobre nós. No entanto, não pedimos o favor de Javé, nosso Deus, para que nos desviemos de nossas iniqüidades e tenhamos discernimento em sua verdade.
as it is written in the Law of Moses, all this evil has come on us, and we have not appeased the face of our God YHWH to turn back from our iniquities, and to act wisely in Your truth.
14 Portanto, Javé velou pelo mal e o trouxe sobre nós; pois Javé, nosso Deus, é justo em todas as suas obras que faz, e nós não obedecemos à sua voz. '
And YHWH watches for the evil, and brings it on us, for our God YHWH is righteous concerning all His works that He has done, and we have not listened to His voice.
15 “Agora, Senhor nosso Deus, que tirou seu povo da terra do Egito com uma mão poderosa, e se tornou conhecido, como é hoje, nós pecamos. Fizemos maldades.
And now, O Lord our God, who has brought forth Your people from the land of Egypt by a strong hand, and makes for Yourself a name as at this day, we have sinned, we have done wickedly.
16 Senhor, de acordo com toda a tua justiça, por favor, que tua raiva e tua ira sejam desviadas de tua cidade Jerusalém, tua montanha santa; porque por nossos pecados e pelas iniqüidades de nossos pais, Jerusalém e teu povo se tornaram uma reprovação para todos os que estão ao nosso redor. '
O Lord, according to all Your righteous acts, please let Your anger and Your fury turn back from Your city Jerusalem, Your holy mountain, for by our sins, and by the iniquities of our fathers, Jerusalem and Your people [are] for a reproach to all our neighbors;
17 “Agora, portanto, nosso Deus, escute a oração de seu servo e suas petições, e faça brilhar seu rosto em seu santuário que está desolado, por amor do Senhor.
and now, listen, O our God, to the prayer of Your servant, and to his supplication, and cause Your face to shine on Your sanctuary that [is] desolate, for the Lord’s sake.
18 Meu Deus, vira teu ouvido e ouve. Abre teus olhos e vê nossas desolações, e a cidade que é chamada pelo teu nome; pois não apresentamos nossas petições diante de ti por nossa justiça, mas por tua grande misericórdia.
Incline, O my God, Your ear, and hear, open Your eyes and see our desolations, and the city on which Your Name is called; for not for our righteous acts are we causing our supplications to fall before You, but for Your mercies that [are] many.
19 Senhor, escutai. Senhor, perdoai. Senhor, escutai e fazei. Não adieis, por vosso próprio bem, meu Deus, porque vossa cidade e vosso povo são chamados por vosso nome”. '
O Lord, hear, O Lord, forgive; O Lord, attend and do; do not delay, for Your own sake, O my God, for Your Name is called on Your city, and on Your people.
20 Enquanto eu estava falando, orando e confessando meu pecado e o pecado de meu povo Israel, e apresentando minha súplica diante de Javé meu Deus pela montanha sagrada de meu Deus -
And while I am speaking, and praying, and confessing my sin, and the sin of my people Israel, and causing my supplication to fall before my God YHWH, for the holy mountain of my God,
21 sim, enquanto eu estava falando em oração - o homem Gabriel, que eu tinha visto na visão no início, sendo levado a voar rapidamente, tocou-me sobre a hora da oferenda noturna.
indeed, while I am speaking in prayer, then that one Gabriel, whom I had seen in vision at the commencement, being caused to fly swiftly, is coming to me at the time of the evening present.
22 Ele me instruiu e falou comigo, e disse: “Daniel, eu vim agora para te dar sabedoria e compreensão.
And he gives understanding, and speaks with me, and says, O Daniel, now I have come forth to cause you to consider understanding wisely;
23 No início de suas petições, o mandamento saiu, e eu vim para lhe dizer, pois você é muito amado. Portanto, considere o assunto e compreenda a visão.
at the commencement of your supplications the word has come forth, and I have come to declare [it], for you [are] greatly desired, and understand concerning the matter, and consider concerning the appearance.
24 “Setenta semanas são decretadas sobre seu povo e sobre sua cidade santa, para acabar com a desobediência, para acabar com os pecados, para fazer a reconciliação pela iniqüidade, para trazer a justiça eterna, para selar a visão e a profecia, e para ungir o santíssimo.
Seventy periods of seven are determined for your people and for your holy city, to shut up the transgression, and to seal up sins, and to cover iniquity, and to bring in continuous righteousness, and to seal up vision and prophet, and to anoint the Holy of Holies.
25 “Saiba portanto e descubra que da saída do mandamento de restaurar e construir Jerusalém até o Ungido, o príncipe, serão sete semanas e sessenta e duas semanas. Ela será construída novamente, com rua e fosso, mesmo em tempos conturbados.
And you know, and consider wisely, from the going forth of the word to restore and to build Jerusalem until Messiah the Leader [is] seven periods of seven, and sixty-two periods of seven: the broad place has been built again, and the rampart, even in the distress of the times.
26 Após as sessenta e duas semanas, o Ungido será cortado, e não terá nada. O povo do príncipe que vier destruirá a cidade e o santuário. Seu fim será com uma inundação, e a guerra será até o fim. As desolações estão determinadas.
And after the sixty-two periods of seven, Messiah is cut off, but not for Himself, and the people of the leader who is coming destroy the city and the holy place; and its end [is] with a flood, and until the end [is] war, [and] desolations [are] determined.
27 Ele fará um pacto firme com muitos durante uma semana. No meio da semana, ele fará cessar o sacrifício e a oferta. Na ala das abominações virá aquele que torna desolado; e mesmo até o fim decretado, a ira será derramada sobre o desolado”.
And he has strengthened a covenant with many [for] one period of seven, and [in] the midst of the period of seven he causes sacrifice and present to cease, and by the wing of abominations he is making desolate, even until the consummation, and that which is determined is poured on the desolate one.”
