Colossenses 3
1 Se então você foi criado junto com Cristo, procure as coisas que estão acima, onde Cristo está, sentado à direita de Deus.
If then you have been raised with Christ, seek the things above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God.
2 Ponha sua mente nas coisas que estão acima, não nas coisas que estão sobre a terra.
Set your minds on the things above, not the things on earth.
3 Pois você morreu, e sua vida está escondida com Cristo em Deus.
For you have died, and your life is hidden with Christ in God.
4 Quando Cristo, nossa vida, for revelado, então você também será revelado com Ele em glória.
When Christ, who is our life, is revealed, then you also will be revealed with him in glory.
5 Put até a morte, portanto, seus membros que estão na terra: imoralidade sexual, impureza, paixão depravada, desejo maligno e cobiça, o que é idolatria.
Put to death therefore whatever belongs to your earthly nature: fornication, impurity, lust, evil desire, and covetousness, which is idolatry.
6 Por estas coisas, a ira de Deus vem sobre os filhos da desobediência.
On account of these things the wrath of God is coming upon the sons of disobedience.
7 Você também já andou naqueles, quando vivia neles,
You too once walked in these ways when you lived among them.
8 mas agora deve afastá-los a todos: raiva, ira, malícia, calúnia e vergonha de falar pela boca.
But now you must put them all aside: wrath, anger, malice, slander, and filthy language from your mouth.
9 Não mintam uns para os outros, vendo que adiaram o velho homem com seus feitos,
Do not lie to one another, since you have put off the old self with its practices
10 e vestiram o novo homem, que está sendo renovado em conhecimento após a imagem de seu Criador,
and have put on the new self, which is being renewed in knowledge according to the image of its Creator.
11 onde não pode haver grego e judeu, circuncisão e incircuncisão, bárbaro, cítrio, escravo ou pessoa livre; mas Cristo é tudo, e em tudo.
Here there is no distinction between Greek and Jew, circumcised and uncircumcised, barbarian, Scythian, slave and free, but Christ is all and in all.
12 Veste, portanto, como os escolhidos de Deus, santos e amados, um coração de compaixão, bondade, humildade, humildade e perseverança;
Therefore, as God's chosen people, holy and beloved, put on tenderhearted mercy, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience,
13 suportando uns aos outros e perdoando-se mutuamente, se algum homem tiver alguma queixa contra algum; como Cristo vos perdoou, assim também vós o fazeis.
bearing with one another and forgiving one other if any one of you has a complaint against another; just as Christ forgave you, so you also must forgive.
14 Acima de tudo, caminhar no amor, que é o vínculo da perfeição.
Above all, put on love, which is the bond of perfection.
15 E deixai que a paz de Deus reine em vossos corações, à qual também fostes chamados em um só corpo, e sede gratos.
Let the peace of God rule in your hearts, since as members of one body you were called to peace. And be thankful.
16 Deixai que a palavra de Cristo habite em vós ricamente; em toda sabedoria ensinando e admoestando uns aos outros com salmos, hinos e cânticos espirituais, cantando com graça em vosso coração para o Senhor.
Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly, teaching and admonishing one another with all wisdom as you sing psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs to the Lord with gratitude in your hearts.
17 O que quer que você faça, por palavras ou ações, faça tudo em nome do Senhor Jesus, dando graças a Deus Pai através dele.
And whatever you do, in word or in deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to our God and Father through him.
18 Esposas, estejam sujeitas a seus maridos, como convém no Senhor.
Wives, submit to your husbands, as is fitting in the Lord.
19 Maridos, amem suas esposas, e não sejam amargos contra elas.
Husbands, love your wives, and do not be embittered against them.
20 Crianças, obedeçam a seus pais em todas as coisas, pois isto agrada ao Senhor.
Children, obey your parents in everything, for this pleases the Lord.
21 Pais, não provoquem seus filhos, para que eles não sejam desencorajados.
Fathers, do not provoke your children, lest they become discouraged.
22 Servos, obedeçam em todas as coisas àqueles que são vossos senhores segundo a carne, não apenas quando estão olhando, como os homens agradam, mas na singeleza do coração, temendo a Deus.
Slaves, obey your earthly masters in everything. Do not try to please them only when they are watching you, but obey with sincerity of heart, fearing God.
23 E o que quer que façam, trabalhem de coração, como para o Senhor e não para os homens,
Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord and not for men,
24 sabendo que do Senhor receberão a recompensa da herança; pois servem ao Senhor Cristo.
knowing that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as your reward; for you serve the Lord Christ.
25 Mas aquele que faz mal receberá novamente pelo mal que fez, e não há parcialidade.
But he who does wrong will be paid back the wrong that he has done, and there is no partiality.
