1 Naqueles dias, Hezekiah estava doente e morrendo. Isaías, o profeta filho de Amoz, veio até ele e lhe disse: “Javé diz: 'Ponha sua casa em ordem, pois você morrerá e não viverá'”.
In the days those he became sick Hezekiah to die and he came to him Isaiah [the] son of Amoz the prophet and he said to him thus he says Yahweh command to household your that [are] about to die you and not you will live.
2 Então ele virou seu rosto para a parede e rezou a Javé, dizendo:
And he turned around face his to the wall and he prayed to Yahweh saying.
3 “Lembre-se agora, Javé, eu lhe imploro, como eu caminhei diante de você em verdade e com um coração perfeito, e fiz o que é bom à sua vista”. E Hezekiah chorou amargamente.
I beg you O Yahweh remember please this: I have walked about before you in faithfulness and with a heart complete and the good in view your I have done and he wept Hezekiah weeping great.
4 Antes de Isaías ter saído para a parte central da cidade, a palavra de Javé veio a ele, dizendo:
And it was Isaiah not he had gone out ([the] court *Q(K)*) middle and [the] word of Yahweh it came to him saying.
5 “Volte para trás e diga a Ezequias, o príncipe do meu povo: 'Javé, o Deus de Davi, seu pai, diz: “Ouvi a sua oração. Eu vi suas lágrimas. Eis que eu te curarei”. No terceiro dia, você irá até a casa de Iavé.
Go back and you will say to Hezekiah [the] ruler of people my thus he says Yahweh [the] God of David ancestor your I have heard prayer your I have seen tear[s] your here I [am] about to heal you on the day third you will go up [the] house of Yahweh.
6 Acrescentarei a seus dias quinze anos. Eu te entregarei a ti e a esta cidade da mão do rei da Assíria. Defenderei esta cidade por mim e pelo meu servo Davi””.
And I will add to days your fif-teen year[s] and from [the] hand of [the] king of Assyria I will deliver you and the city this and I will defend the city this for own sake my and for [the] sake of David servant my.
7 Isaías disse: “Pegue um bolo de figos”. Eles o pegaram e colocaram em ebulição, e ele se recuperou.
And he said Isaiah take a cake of figs and people took [it] and they put [it] on the boil and he lived.
8 Hezekiah disse a Isaías: “Qual será o sinal de que Javé me curará e que eu subirei à casa de Javé no terceiro dia?
And he said Hezekiah to Isaiah what? [will be] a sign that he will heal Yahweh me and I will go up on the day third [the] house of Yahweh.
9 Isaías disse: “Este será o sinal para você de Javé, que Javé fará o que ele falou: a sombra deve avançar dez passos, ou retroceder dez passos”?
And he said Isaiah this for you [will be] the sign from with Yahweh that he will do Yahweh the thing which he has spoken it has gone the shadow ten steps or? will it go back ten steps.
10 Hezekiah respondeu: “É uma coisa leve para a sombra dar dez passos à frente. Não, mas deixe a sombra voltar dez passos para trás”.
And he said Hezekiah it is trifling to the shadow to stretch out ten steps In-deed let it go back the shadow backwards ten steps.
11 Isaías, o profeta, chorou a Javé; e trouxe a sombra dez passos para trás, através dos quais ela tinha descido sobre o relógio de sol de Ahaz.
And he called out Isaiah the prophet to Yahweh and he turned back the shadow on the steps which it had gone down on [the] steps of Ahaz backwards ten steps.
12 Naquele tempo Berodach Baladan, filho de Baladan, rei da Babilônia, enviou cartas e um presente a Ezequias, pois tinha ouvido dizer que Ezequias tinha estado doente.
At the time that he sent Merodach-Baladan [the] son of Baladan [the] king of Babylon letters and a gift to Hezekiah for he had heard that he had been sick Hezekiah.
13 Ezequias ouviu-os e mostrou-lhes todo o depósito de suas preciosidades - a prata, o ouro, as especiarias e o óleo precioso, e a casa de sua armadura, e tudo o que foi encontrado em seus tesouros. Não havia nada em sua casa, ou em todo seu domínio, que Hezekiah não lhes mostrasse.
And he listened to them Hezekiah and he showed them all [the] house of (treasure his *Q(K)*) the silver and the gold and the spices and - [the] oil of the good and [the] house of weapons his and all that it was found in storehouses his not it was anything which not he showed them Hezekiah in house his and in all realm his.
14 Então o profeta Isaías veio ao rei Ezequias e lhe disse: “O que estes homens disseram? De onde eles vieram até você”? Hezekiah disse: “Eles vieram de um país distante, mesmo da Babilônia”.
And he came Isaiah the prophet to the king Hezekiah and he said to him what? did they say - the men these and from where? are they coming to you and he said Hezekiah from a land distant they came from Babylon.
15 Ele disse: “O que eles viram em sua casa”? Hezekiah respondeu: “Eles viram tudo o que há em minha casa. Não há nada entre meus tesouros que eu não tenha mostrado a eles”.
And he said what? did they see in house your and he said Hezekiah all that [is] in house my they saw not it was anything which not I showed them in storehouses my.
16 Isaías disse a Hezekiah: “Escutai a palavra de Javé”.
And he said Isaiah to Hezekiah hear [the] word of Yahweh.
17 'Eis que vêm os dias em que tudo o que está em sua casa, e tudo o que seus pais guardaram até hoje, será levado para a Babilônia. Nada restará”, diz Javé.
Here! days [are] coming and it will be carried off - all that [is] in house your and [that] which they have stored up ancestors your until the day this Babylon towards not it will be left behind anything he says Yahweh.
18 'Eles tirarão alguns de seus filhos que emitirão de você, que você será pai; e eles serão eunucos no palácio do rei da Babilônia'”.
And some of descendants your who they will come forth from you whom you will father (people will take away *Q(K)*) and they will be eunuchs in [the] palace of [the] king of Babylon.
19 Então Hezekiah disse a Isaías: “A palavra de Javé que você falou é boa”. Ele disse ainda: “Não é assim, se a paz e a verdade estiverem em meus dias?”
And he said Hezekiah to Isaiah [is] good [the] word of Yahweh which you have spoken and he said ¿ not if peace and stability it will be in days my.
20 Agora o resto dos atos de Ezequias, e todas as suas forças, e como ele fez a piscina, e o conduto, e trouxe água para a cidade, não estão escritos no livro das crônicas dos reis de Judá?
And [the] rest of [the] matters of Hezekiah and all might his and which he made the pool and the conduit and he brought the waters the city towards ¿ not [are] they written on [the] scroll of [the] matters of the days of [the] kings of Judah.
21 Ezequias dormiu com seus pais, e Manassés seu filho reinou em seu lugar.
And he lay down Hezekiah with ancestors his and he became king Manasseh son his in place of him.
