2 Reis 1
1 Moab se rebelou contra Israel após a morte de Ahab.
And it rebelled Moab against Israel after [the] death of Ahab.
2 Ahaziah caiu através da grade de seu quarto superior que estava em Samaria, e estava doente. Então ele enviou mensageiros e disse a eles: “Vá, pergunte a Baal Zebub, o deus de Ecron, se eu vou me recuperar desta doença”.
And he fell Ahaziah through the window-lattice in upper room his which [was] in Samaria and he became ill and he sent messengers and he said to them go consult Baal Zebub [the] god of Ekron if I will live from sickness this.
3 Mas o anjo de Javé disse a Elias, o tishbite: “Levanta-te, vai ao encontro dos mensageiros do rei de Samaria e diz-lhes: 'É porque não há Deus em Israel que vocês vão perguntar a Baal Zebub, o deus de Ecrom?
And [the] angel of Yahweh he spoke to Elijah the Tishbite arise go up to meet [the] messengers of [the] king of Samaria and speak to them ¿ becasue not there not [is] a God in Israel [are] you going to consult Baal Zebub [the] god of Ekron.
4 Agora, portanto, Yahweh diz: “Não desça da cama onde subiu, mas certamente morrerá””. Em seguida, Elias partiu.
And therefore thus he says Yahweh the bed where you have gone up there not you will come down from it for certainly you will die and he went Elijah.
5 Os mensageiros voltaram para ele, e ele lhes disse: “Por que vocês voltaram”?
And they returned the messengers to him and he said to them why? this have you returned.
6 Disseram-lhe: “Um homem veio ao nosso encontro e disse-nos: 'Vai, volta para o rei que te enviou e diz-lhe: “Javé diz: 'É porque não há Deus em Israel que tu envias para perguntar a Baal Zebub, o deus de Ecrom? Portanto, não descereis da cama onde subistes, mas certamente morrereis"”””.
And they said to him a man - he came up to meet us and he said to us go return to the king who he sent you and you will speak to him thus he says Yahweh ¿ because not there not [is] a God in Israel [are] you sending to consult Baal Zebub [the] god Ekron therefore the bed where you have gone up there not you will come down from it for certainly you will die.
7 Ele disse a eles: “Que tipo de homem foi ele que veio ao seu encontro e lhe disse estas palavras”?
And he spoke to them what? [was] [the] appearance of the man who he came up to meet you and he spoke to you the words these.
8 Eles lhe responderam: “Ele era um homem peludo, e usava um cinto de couro ao redor de sua cintura”. Ele disse: “É Elijah, o Tishbite”.
And they said to him a man an owner of hair and a loincloth of hide [was] girded on loins his and he said [was] Elijah the Tishbite that.
9 Então o rei enviou um capitão de cinqüenta com seus cinqüenta para ele. Ele subiu até ele; e eis que ele estava sentado no topo da colina. Ele lhe disse: “Homem de Deus, o rei disse: 'Desça!
And he sent to him a commander of a fifty and fifty [men] his and he went up to him and there! [he was] sitting on [the] top of the hill and he spoke to him O man of God the king he has spoken come down!
10 Elias respondeu ao capitão de cinqüenta: “Se eu sou um homem de Deus, então deixe o fogo descer do céu e consumir você e seus cinqüenta”! Então o fogo desceu do céu e o consumiu e aos seus cinqüenta.
And he answered Elijah and he spoke to [the] commander of the fifty and if [am] a man of God I let it come down fire from the heavens and let it consume you and fifty [men] your and it came down fire from the heavens and it consumed him and fifty [men] his.
11 Novamente ele enviou a ele outro capitão de cinqüenta com seus cinqüenta. Ele lhe respondeu: “Homem de Deus, o rei disse: 'Desça depressa'”.
And he returned and he sent to him a commander of a fifty another and fifty [men] his and he answered and he spoke to him O man of God thus he says the king quickly come down!
12 Elias respondeu-lhes: “Se eu sou um homem de Deus, então que o fogo desça do céu e te consuma a ti e aos teus cinquenta”! Então o fogo de Deus desceu do céu e consumiu-o e seus cinqüenta.
And he answered Elijah and he spoke to them if [am] [the] man of God I let it come down fire from the heavens and let it consume you and fifty [men] your and it came down [the] fire of God from the heavens and it consumed him and fifty [men] his.
13 Novamente ele enviou o capitão de um terço de cinqüenta com seus cinqüenta. O terceiro capitão de cinqüenta subiu, veio e caiu de joelhos diante de Elias, implorou-lhe e lhe disse: “Homem de Deus, por favor, deixe minha vida e a vida destes cinqüenta de seus servos ser preciosa aos seus olhos.
And he returned and he sent a commander of a fifty third and fifty [men] his and he went up and he went [the] commander of the fifty third and he bowed down on knees his - to before Elijah and he sought favor to him and he spoke to him O man of God let it be precious please life my and [the] life of servants your these fifty [men] in view your.
14 Eis que o fogo desceu do céu e consumiu os dois últimos capitães de cinqüenta com seus cinqüenta anos. Mas agora deixai que minha vida seja preciosa aos vossos olhos”.
Here! it has come down fire from the heavens and it has consumed [the] two [the] commanders of the fifties former and fifty [men] their and now let it be precious life my in view your.
15 O anjo de Yahweh disse a Elijah: “Desça com ele”. Não tenha medo dele”. Depois ele se levantou e desceu com ele para o rei.
And he spoke [the] angel of Yahweh to Elijah go down him may not you be afraid of him and he arose and he went down him to the king.
16 Ele lhe disse: “Yahweh diz: 'Porque você enviou mensageiros para perguntar a Baal Zebub, o deus de Ecrom, é porque não há Deus em Israel para inquirir de sua palavra? Portanto não descereis da cama onde subistes, mas certamente morrereis””.
And he spoke to him thus he says Yahweh because that you have sent messengers to consult Baal Zebub [the] god of Ekron ¿ because not [is] there not a God in Israel to consult word his therefore the bed where you have gone up there not you will come down from it for certainly you will die.
17 Então ele morreu de acordo com a palavra de Yahweh que Elijah havia falado. Jeorão começou a reinar em seu lugar no segundo ano de Jeorão, filho de Jeosafá, rei de Judá, porque ele não tinha filho.
And he died according to [the] word of Yahweh - which he spoke Elijah and he became king Jehoram in place of him. In year two of Jehoram [the] son of Jehoshaphat [the] king of Judah for not he belonged to him a son.
18 Agora o resto dos atos de Acazias que ele fez, não estão escritos no livro das crônicas dos reis de Israel?
And [the] rest of [the] matters of Ahaziah which he did ¿ not [are] they written on [the] scroll of [the] matters of the days of [the] kings of Israel.
