2 Crônicas 31

1 Now quando tudo isso terminou, todo Israel que estava presente foi para as cidades de Judá e quebrou os pilares, cortou os postes de Asherah e derrubou os altos e altares de todo Judá e Benjamim, também em Efraim e Manassés, até destruí-los a todos. 5 Assim que o mandamento saiu, os filhos de Israel deram em abundância as primeiras frutas de grãos, vinho novo, azeite, mel e de todo o aumento do campo; e trouxeram o dízimo de todas as coisas em abundância.

11 Então Hezekiah ordenou-lhes que preparassem quartos na casa de Yahweh, e eles os prepararam.

19 Também para os filhos de Aarão, os sacerdotes, que estavam nos campos das pastagens de suas cidades, em cada cidade, havia homens que foram mencionados pelo nome para dar porções a todos os homens entre os sacerdotes e a todos que foram listados por genealogia entre os levitas.

21 Em cada obra que ele começou no serviço da casa de Deus, na lei e nos mandamentos, para buscar seu Deus, ele o fez com todo o seu coração e prosperou.
