1 Os filhos de Levi: Gershon, Kohath, e Merari.
The sons of Levi: Gershon, Kehath, and Merari.
2 Os filhos de Kohath: Amram, Izhar, Hebron, e Uzziel.
And the sons of Kehath: 'Amram, Yizhar, and Chebron, and 'Uzziel.
3 Os filhos de Amram: Aaron, Moisés, e Miriam. Os filhos de Aarão: Nadab, Abihu, Eleazar, e Ithamar.
And the children of 'Amram: Aaron, and Moses, and Miriam. And the sons of Aaron: Nadab, and Abihu, El'azar, and Ithamar.
4 Eleazar tornou-se o pai de Phinehas, Phinehas tornou-se o pai de Abishua,
El'azar begat Phinehas, Phinehas begat Abishua',
5 Abishua tornou-se o pai de Bukki. Bukki se tornou o pai de Uzzi.
And Abishua' begat Bukki, and Bukki begat 'Uzzi,
6 Uzzi tornou-se o pai de Zerahiah. Zeraías se tornou o pai de Meraioth.
And 'Uzzi begat Zerachyah, and Zerachyah begat Merayoth,
7 Meraioth tornou-se o pai de Amariah. Amarias se tornou o pai de Ahitub.
Merayoth begat Amaryah, and Amaryah begat Achitub,
8 Ahitub se tornou o pai de Zadok. Zadoque se tornou o pai de Ahimaaz.
And Achitub begat Zadok, and Zadok begat Achima'az,
9 Ahimaaz tornou-se o pai de Azariah. Azariah se tornou o pai de Johanan.
And Achima'az begat 'Azaryah, and 'Azaryah begat Jochanan,
10 Johanan tornou-se o pai de Azarias, que executou o ofício de sacerdote na casa que Salomão construiu em Jerusalém.
And Jochanan begat 'Azaryah, he it is that officiated as priest in the house that Solomon had built in Jerusalem;
11 Azariah tornou-se o pai de Amariah. Amarias se tornou o pai de Ahitub.
And 'Azaryah begat Amaryah, and Amaryah begat Achitub,
12 Ahitub se tornou o pai de Zadok. Zadoque se tornou o pai de Shallum.
And Achitub begat Zadok, and Zadok begat Shallum,
13 Shallum se tornou o pai de Hilquias. Hilkiah se tornou o pai de Azariah.
And Shallum begat Chilkiyah, and Chilkiyah begat 'Azaryah,
14 Azariah se tornou o pai de Seraías. Seraías se tornou o pai de Jehozadaque.
And 'Azaryah begat Serayah, and Serayah begat Jehozadak,
15 Jehozadak foi para o cativeiro quando Javé levou Judá e Jerusalém pelas mãos de Nabucodonosor.
And Jehozadak went away, when the Lord carried Judah and Jerusalem into exile through the hand of Nebuchadnezzar.
16 Os filhos de Levi: Gershom, Kohath, e Merari.
The sons of Levi: Gershom, Kehath, and Merari.
17 These são os nomes dos filhos de Gershom: Libni e Shimei.
And these are the names of the sons of Gershom: Libni, and Shim'i.
18 Os filhos de Kohath foram Amram, Izhar, Hebron, e Uzziel.
And the sons of Kehath were, 'Amram, and Yizhar, and Chebron, and 'Uzziel.
19 Os filhos de Merari: Mahli e Mushi. Estas são as famílias dos Levitas, de acordo com as famílias de seus pais.
The sons of Merari: Machli, and Mushi. And these are the families of the Levites according to their fathers.
20 De Gershom: Libni seu filho, Jahath seu filho, Zimmah seu filho,

The sons of Kehath: 'Amminadab his son, Korach his son, Assir his son,
23 Elkanah seu filho, Ebiasafe seu filho, Assir seu filho,
Elkanah his son, and Ebyassaph his son, and Assir his son,
24 Tahath seu filho, Uriel seu filho, Uzias seu filho, e Shaul seu filho.
Tachath his son, Uriel his son, 'Uzziyah his son, and Saul his son.
25 os filhos de Elkanah: Amasai e Ahimoth.
And the sons of Elkanah: 'Amassai, and Achimoth,
26 Quanto a Elcana, os filhos de Elcana: Zophai seu filho, Nahath seu filho,
[And] Elkanah. The sons of Elkanah: Zophai his son, and Nachath his son.
27 Eliab seu filho, Jeroham seu filho, e Elkanah seu filho.

The sons of Merari: Machli, Libni his son, Shim'i his son, 'Uzzah his son,
30 Shimea seu filho, Ageu seu filho, Asaías seu filho.
Shim'a his son, Chaggiyah his son, 'Assayah his son.
31 These são aqueles que David colocou a serviço do canto na casa de Yahweh depois que a arca chegou para descansar lá.
And these are those whom David appointed for the purpose of conducting the singing in the house of the Lord, after the ark had a resting-place.
32 They ministraram com canto antes do tabernáculo da Tenda da Reunião até que Salomão tivesse construído a casa de Iavé em Jerusalém. Eles desempenharam as funções de seu escritório de acordo com sua ordem.
And they ministered before the tabernacle of the tent of the congregation with singing, until Solomon built the house of the Lord in Jerusalem; and they acted according to their prescribed manner in their service.

36 o filho de Elcana, o filho de Joel, o filho de Azarias, o filho de Sofonias,
The son of Elkanah, the son of Joel, the son of 'Azaryah, the son of Zephanyah,
37 o filho de Tahath, o filho de Assir, o filho de Ebiasafe, o filho de Corá,
The son of Tachath, the son of Assir, the son of Ebyassaph, the son of Korach,
38 o filho de Izhar, o filho de Kohath, o filho de Levi, o filho de Israel.
The son of Yizhar, the son of Kehath, the son at Levi, the son of Israel.
39 seu irmão Asafe, que estava à sua direita, até Asafe, filho de Berequias, filho de Siméia,
And his relative Assaph was he, who stood on his right hand, [even] Assaph the son of Berachyah, the son of Shim'a,
40 filho de Miguel, filho de Baaséias, filho de Malquias,
The son of Michael, the son of Ba'asseyah, the son of Malkiyah,
41 filho de Ethni, filho de Zerá, filho de Adaías,
The son of Ethni, the son of Zerach, the son of 'Adayah.
42 filho de Ethan, filho de Zima, filho de Shimei,
The son of Ethan, the son of Zimmah, the son of Shim'i,
43 filho de Jahath, filho de Gershom, filho de Levi.
The son of Jachath, the son of Gershom, the son of Levi.
44 On a mão esquerda seus irmãos os filhos de Merari: Ethan o filho de Kishi, o filho de Abdi, o filho de Malluch,
And their brethren the sons of Merari [stood] on the left hand: Ethan the son of Kishi, the son of 'Abdi, the son of Malluch,
45 o filho de Hashabiah, o filho de Amaziah, o filho de Hilkiah,
The son of Chashabyah, the son of Amazyah, the son of Chilkiyah,
46 o filho de Amzi, o filho de Bani, o filho de Shemer,
The son of Amzi, the son of Bani, the son of Shamer,
47 o filho de Mahli, o filho de Mushi, o filho de Merari, o filho de Levi.
The son of Machli, the son of Mushi, the son of Merari, the son of Levi.
48 seus irmãos, os Levitas foram nomeados para todo o serviço do tabernáculo da casa de Deus.
And their brethren the Levites were superadded for all manner of service of the tabernacle of the house of God.
49 Mas Arão e seus filhos ofereceram no altar de holocausto, e no altar de incenso, por toda a obra do lugar santíssimo, e para fazer expiação por Israel, de acordo com tudo o que Moisés, servo de Deus, havia ordenado.
But Aaron and his sons offered upon the altar of the burnt-offering, and upon the altar of incense, [and were] for all the work of the most holy place, and to make an atonement for Israel, in accordance with all that Moses the servant of God had commanded.
50 Estes são os filhos de Aarão: Eleazar seu filho, Finéias seu filho, Abishua seu filho,
And these are the sons of Aaron: El'azar his son, Phinehas his son, Abishua' his son,

And these are their dwelling-places with their castles in their boundaries; unto the sons of Aaron, of the families of the Kehathites; for theirs was the [first] lot, —

And they gave unto them Hebron in the land of Judah, with its open spaces round about it.

And to the sons of Aaron they gave [of] the cities of refuge Hebron, and Libnah with its open spaces, and Jattir, and Eshthemoa, with its open spaces.

And Chilen with its open spaces, Debir with its open spaces,
59 Ashan com suas terras de pasto, e Beth Shemesh com suas terras de pasto;
And 'Ashan with its open spaces, and Beth-shemesh with its open spaces.
60 e fora da tribo de Benjamin, Geba com suas terras de pasto, Allemeth com suas terras de pasto, e Anathoth com suas terras de pasto. Todas as suas cidades em suas famílias eram treze cidades.
And from the tribe of Benjamin, Geba' with its open spaces, and 'Alemeth with its open spaces, and 'Anathoth with its open spaces. And all their cities were thirteen cities after their families.
61 Ao resto dos filhos de Kohath foram dados por sorteio, fora da família da tribo, da meia tribo, da metade de Manasseh, dez cidades.
And unto the sons of Kehath that were left of the family of that tribe, [were given] from the half tribe, the half tribe of Menasseh, by lot, ten cities.
62 Aos filhos de Gershom, de acordo com suas famílias, da tribo de Issachar, e da tribo de Asher, e da tribo de Naftali, e da tribo de Manasseh, em Bashan, treze cidades.
And to the sons or Gershom after their families, from the tribe of Issachar, and from the tribe of Asher, and from the tribe of Naphtali, and from the tribe of Menasseh in Bashan, [were given] thirteen cities.
63 Aos filhos de Merari foram dados por sorteio, de acordo com suas famílias, da tribo de Reuben, e da tribo de Gad, e da tribo de Zebulun, doze cidades.
Unto the sons of Merari after their families, from the tribe of Reuben, and from the tribe of Gad, and from the tribe of Zebulun, [were given] by lot, twelve cities.
64 Os filhos de Israel deram aos levitas as cidades com suas terras de pasto.
And the children of Israel gave to the Levites these cities with their open spaces.
65 They deram por sorteio fora da tribo dos filhos de Judá, e fora da tribo dos filhos de Simeão, e fora da tribo dos filhos de Benjamim, estas cidades que são mencionadas pelo nome.
And they gave by lot from the tribe of the children of Judah, and from the tribe of the children of Simeon, and from the tribe of the children of Benjamin these cities, which they called by names.
66 Some das famílias dos filhos de Kohath tinham cidades de suas fronteiras fora da tribo de Efraim.
And some of the families of the sons of Kehath had the cities of their territory from the tribe of Ephraim.
67 They deu-lhes as cidades de refúgio, Shechem na região montanhosa de Ephraim com suas terras de pasto e Gezer com suas terras de pasto,
And they gave unto them, [of] the cities of refuge Sechem with its open spaces in the mountain of Ephraim, and Gezer with its open spaces.
68 Jokmeam com suas terras de pasto, Beth Horon com suas terras de pasto,
And Jokme'am with its open spaces, and Beth-choron with its open spaces,
69 Aijalon com suas terras de pasto, Gath Rimmon com suas terras de pasto;
And Ayalon with its open spaces, and Gath-rimmon with its open spaces.
70 and da meia tribo de Manasseh, Aner com suas terras de pasto e Bileam com suas terras de pasto, para o resto da família dos filhos de Kohath.
And from the half tribe of Menasseh: 'Aner with its open spaces: and Bil'am with its open spaces, for the family of the remaining portion of the sons of Kehath.

Unto the sons of Gershom [were given] from the family of the half tribe of Menasseh, Golan in Bashan with its open spaces, and 'Ashtaroth with its open spaces.
72 and da tribo de Issachar, Kedesh com suas terras de pasto, Daberath com suas terras de pasto,
And from the tribe of Issachar: Kedesh with its open spaces, Dobrath with its open spaces,
73 Ramoth com suas terras de pasto, e Anem com suas terras de pasto;
And Ramoth with its open spaces, and 'Anem with its open spaces.
74 and da tribo de Asher, Mashal com suas terras de pasto, Abdon com suas terras de pasto,
And from the tribe of Asher: Mashal with its open spaces, and 'Abdon with its open spaces,
75 Hukok com suas terras de pasto, e Rehob com suas terras de pasto;
And Chukok with its open spaces, and Rechob with its open spaces.
76 and da tribo de Naftali, Kedesh na Galiléia com suas terras de pasto, Hammon com suas terras de pasto, e Kiriathaim com suas terras de pasto.
And from the tribe of Naphtali: Kedesh in Galilee with its open spaces, and Chammon with its open spaces, and Kiryathayim with its open spaces.
77 To os demais levitas, os filhos de Merari, foram dados fora da tribo de Zebulun, Rimmono com suas terras de pasto, e Tabor com suas terras de pasto;
Unto the remaining portion of the children of Merari [were given] from the tribe of Zebulun, Rimmono with its open spaces, Tabor with its open spaces.
78 and além do Jordão em Jericó, no lado leste do Jordão, foram dados fora da tribo de Reuben: Bezer no deserto com suas terras de pasto, Jahzah com suas terras de pasto,
And on the other side the Jordan by Jericho, on the east side of Jordan, from the tribe of Reuben, Bezer in the wilderness with its open spaces, and Jahzah with its open spaces,
79 Kedemoth com suas terras de pasto, e Mephaath com suas terras de pasto;
And Kedemoth with its open spaces, and Mepha'ath with its open spaces.
80 and fora da tribo de Gad, Ramoth em Gilead com suas terras de pasto, Mahanaim com suas terras de pasto,
And from the tribe of Gad: Ramoth in Gila'd with its open spaces, and Machanayim with its open spaces.
81 Heshbon com suas terras de pasto, e Jazer com suas terras de pasto.
And Cheshbon with its open spaces, and Ja'azer with its open spaces.
