Apocalipse 1
1 [Este livro conta a mensagem ]que Deus revelou [a ]Jesus Cristo. Deus a revelou a ele, para que ele pudesse revelar aos seus servos [as coisas/os eventos ]que devem acontecer em breve. Jesus comunicou [esta mensagem ]a [mim, ]seu servo João, mandando-me seu anjo.

2 [Escrevendo-a, eu, ]João, estou relatando verdadeiramente tudo o que vi [e ouvi], ou seja, a mensagem de Deus, que Jesus Cristo [me ]relatou verdadeiramente.
which bare recorde of the worde of god and of the testimony of Iesus Christe and of all thinges yt he sawe.
3 [Deus ]ficará contente com qualquer pessoa que ler [este livro à congregação ]e Deus ficará contente com aqueles que escutarem com cuidado e obedecerem aquilo que [Deus mandou por meio ]desta mensagem profética que escrevi. [Portanto, leiam esta mensagem, escutem com cuidado e obedeçam ao que diz, ]pois [estas coisas, que Jesus revelou, ]acontecerão em breve.
Happy is he that redith and they that heare the wordes of the prophesy and kepe thoo thinges which are written therin. For the tyme is at honde.
4 [Eu], João, [escrevo ]a [vocês crentes nas ]sete congregações [situadas na província ]da Ásia. [Peço que Deus Pai, o Espírito de Deus e Jesus Cristo ]possam agir com benevolência para com (OU: abençoar) vocês, fazendo com que tenham paz [interior. Deus Pai é ]aquele que existe, que sempre existiu e que existirá para sempre. O Espírito [de Deus ]está diante do trono de Deus. [Ele tem todo tipo de poder ](OU: [é simbolizado como ]sete espíritos).

5 É Jesus Cristo quem tem falado fielmente [às pessoas sobre Deus]. Ele é o primeiro daqueles que voltaram à vida após ficarem mortos. É Ele quem governa os reis da terra[. Honramos a Jesus Cristo]. É Ele quem nos ama. Ele nos livrou da/do culpa/castigo de nossos pecados. Ele assim fez, [derramando ]seu sangue [ao morrer].

6 É Ele [quem ]nos tornou pessoas sobre cujas vidas Deus governa, e nos fez sacerdotes [que servem ao seu ]Deus e Pai. [Por isso reconhecemos que ]Jesus Cristo é eternamente divino e eternamente poderoso. Amém/Que assim seja! (aiōn g165)
and made vs kinges and Prestes vnto God his father be glory and dominion for ever more. Amen. (aiōn g165)
7 Escutem! Com certeza Cristo chegará com as nuvens [para julgar os rebeldes da terra], e todo o mundo [SYN] vai vê-lo [chegar]. Até os [responsáveis por tê-lo ]furado [e matado ][MTY] [vão vê-lo chegar. Pessoas de ]todos os povos do mundo se lamentarão porque Ele [vai castigá-las]. De fato, assim seja.
Beholde he commeth with cloudes and all eyes shall se him: and they also which peersed him. And all kinredes of ye erth shall wayle. Even so. Amen.
8 O Senhor Deus declara: “Sou eu que dou início a [todas as coisas ]e sou eu que [darei ]fim [a todas as coisas ][MET]. Sou aquele que existe, que sempre existiu e que existirá para sempre. Sou o todo-poderoso”.

9 Devido a meu relacionamento com Jesus, eu João, seu irmão crente, sofro com vocês quando as pessoas [os perseguem]. Mas sabemos que [Jesus ]governa as nossas vidas enquanto suportamos firmes as [provações. As pessoas ]me mandaram à ilha que [se chama ]{que [as pessoas ]chamam} Patmos por [eu ter proclamado ]a mensagem de Deus, falando [às pessoas sobre ]Jesus.

10 O Espírito [de Deus ]se apoderou de mim certo dia quando [os cristãos se congregam para adorar ao ]Senhor/no domingo.

11 [Naquele momento ]ouvi alguém atrás de mim [que me falava em voz tão alta e clara ][SIM] como o [som ]de uma trombeta. Ele [me ]dizia: “Escreva em um pergaminho aquilo que você vê e mande o escrito às sete congregações. Mande-o [às congregações ]na [cidade ]de Éfeso, a [cidade ]de Esmirna, a [cidade ]de Pérgamo, a [cidade ]de Tiatira, a [cidade ]de Sardes, a [cidade ]de Filadélfia e a [cidade ]de Laodiceia”.
sayinge: I am Alpha and Omega the fyrst and the laste. That thou seist write in a boke and sende it vnto the congregacions which are in Asia vnto Ephesus and vnto Smyrna and vnto Pargamos and vnto Thiatira and vnto Sardis and vnto Philadelphia and vnto Laodicia.
12 [Nesta visão], voltei-me para ver quem me [SYN] tinha falado. Ao voltar,
And I turned backe to se the voyce that spake to me. And when I was turned: I sawe. vii golde candelstyckes
13 vi sete candeeiros de ouro. No meio dos candeeiros havia [alguém ]que parecia um ser vindo do céu. Ele vestia um manto que lhe chegava aos pés e vestia uma faixa de ouro atado ao seu peito.
and in the myddes of the cadelstyckes one lyke vnto ye sone of ma clothed with a lynnen garmet doune to the ground and gyrd aboute the pappes with a golden gyrdle
14 O cabelo dele era branco como lã branca [ou ]neve. Os olhos dele [brilhavam fortes ][SIM] como uma chama de fogo.
His heed and his heares were whyte as whyte woll and as snowe: and his eyes were as a flame of fyre:
15 Os pés dele [pareciam ]bronze que estava sendo purificado {que [as pessoas ]purificavam} em um forno. [Ao falar, ]sua voz [ressoava ]como o som de um grande volume de água [que cai rapidamente].
and his fete lyke vnto brasse as though they brent in a fornace: and his voyce as the sounde of many waters.
16 Na mão direita, ele segurava sete estrelas. Uma espada de dois gumes se estendia da boca dele. O rosto dele [brilhava tão forte ]como o sol [ao meio-dia ][MTY].
And he had in his right honde vii. starres. And out of his mouth wet a sharpe twoo edged swearde. And his face shone eve as the sonne in his strength.
17 Ao vê-lo, caí redondo aos pés dele, [sem poder me mexer nem falar ][SIM], como [um ]morto. Mas Ele deitou sobre mim a mão direita e me disse: “Deixe de ter medo!
And when I sawe him I fell at his fete even as deed. And he layde hys ryght honde apon me sayinge vnto me: feare not. I am the fyrst and the laste
18 Sou eu quem dá início a [todas as coisas ]e sou aquele [que põe ]fim [a todas as coisas]. Sou eu quem vive para sempre. Apesar de ter morrido, estou vivo e viverei para sempre. Tenho [o poder de fazer as pessoas ]morrerem e autoridade sobre o lugar onde [estão ]todos os que morrem. (aiōn g165, Hadēs g86)
19 Portanto, escreva a [visão ]que você está vendo. [Quer dizer], escreva sobre as [condições ]que existem agora e os [eventos ]que estão para ocorrer no futuro.
wryte therfore the thynges which thou haste sene and the thynges which are and the thynges which shalbe fulfylled hereafter:
20 O significado das sete estrelas que você viu na minha mão direita e dos sete candeeiros de ouro [que viu, é o seguinte]: As sete estrelas [na minha mão simbolizam os líderes que supervisam ]as sete congregações, [como ]anjos, e os [sete ]candeeiros [simbolizam ]as sete congregações”.
and ye mystery of the vii. starres which thou sawest in my ryght honde and the vii. golden candelstyckes. The vii. stares are the messengers of the vii. congregacios: And the vii. candlestyckes which thou sawest are the vii. congregacions.
