Hebreus 13
1 Que o amor entre vocês, como irmãos e irmãs em Cristo, nunca deixe de existir!
Let brotherly love continue.
2 Não se esqueçam de demonstrar amor, até mesmo pelos desconhecidos, pois foi sendo hospitaleiros que alguns, sem saber, receberam anjos em suas casas.
Of the entertaining of strangers, be not forgetful, for, hereby, unawares, have some entertained, messengers.
3 Não se esqueçam dos que estão trancados nas cadeias. Ajam como se vocês mesmos estivessem dentro das celas com eles. Lembrem-se dos que são maltratados, como se vocês estivessem sofrendo fisicamente com eles.
Bear in mind them who are in bonds, as having become jointly bound, —them who are suffering ill-treatment, as being yourselves also in the body.
4 Todos devem honrar o casamento. Maridos e esposas devem ser fiéis uns aos outros. Deus julgará os imorais e os que cometem adultério.
Let marriage be honourable in all, and the bed undefiled, for, fornicators and adulterers, God, will judge.
5 Não amem o dinheiro; fiquem satisfeitos com o que vocês têm. O próprio Deus disse: “Eu nunca irei decepcioná-los. Eu nunca desistirei de vocês.”
Without fondness for money, be your way of life, —being content with the present things, —for, he, hath said: In nowise, thee, will I leave, no indeed! in nowise, thee, will I forsake:
6 É por isso que nós podemos dizer com confiança: “É o Senhor quem, me ajuda; então, eu não terei medo. Que mal podem me fazer?”
So that, taking courage, we may be saying—The Lord, hasteth to my cry, —I will not be put in fear: what shall, man, do unto me?
7 Lembrem-se dos seus líderes, que lhes explicaram a mensagem de Deus. Vejam o que eles conseguiram em suas vidas, por meio da fé em Deus, e façam como eles fizeram.
Be mindful of them who are guiding you, who, indeed, have spoken unto you, the word of God: the outgoing of whose behaviour, reviewing, be imitating, their faith.
Jesus Christ, yesterday, and to-day, is the same, —and unto the ages. (aiōn g165)
9 Não se deixem enganar por ensinamentos diferentes e estranhos. É bom que a mente seja fortalecida pela graça de Deus e, não, por leis sobre o que se pode ou não comer. Os que seguiram essas leis nada ganharam com isso.
With teachings, manifold and strange, be not carried aside; for it is, noble, that, with gratitude, should, the heart, be getting confirmed, —not with matters of food, in which, they who are walking, have not been profited.
10 Os sacerdotes da Tenda não têm o direito de comer os sacrifícios que são oferecidos em nosso altar.
We have an altar—to eat out of which, they, have no right, who in the tent are doing divine service;
11 Os corpos desses animais, cujo sangue é levado pelo grande sacerdote para o lugar santíssimo, como oferenda pelos pecados, são queimados fora do acampamento.
For, in the case of those living creatures, whose blood for sins is carried into the holy place, through means of the high-priest, the bodies of these, are burned up, outside the camp.
12 Da mesma maneira, Jesus também morreu fora dos portões da cidade, para que pudesse purificar o povo de Deus com o seu próprio sangue.
Wherefore, Jesus also, that he might hallow the people through means of his own blood, outside the gate, suffered:
13 Então, vamos sair com ele, vamos para fora do acampamento, sentir e participar da sua humilhação.
Now, therefore, let us be going forth unto him, outside the camp, his reproach bearing.
14 Pois nós não temos aqui neste mundo uma cidade que dure para sempre, na qual possamos viver; estamos buscando o lar que ainda está por vir.
For we have not here an abiding city, but, unto that which is to be, are we seeking our way.
15 Então, por meio de Jesus, vamos sempre oferecer um sacrifício de louvor a Deus. Esse louvor significa falar bem de Deus, declarando o seu caráter.
Through him, let us be offering up a sacrifice of praise, continually, unto God; that is, a fruit of lips confessing unto his name.
16 E não se esqueçam de fazer o que é bom e de compartilhar com os outros o que vocês têm, pois Deus fica contente quando vocês fazem tais sacrifícios.
But, of the doing good and of fellowship, be not forgetful; for, with such sacrifices as these, is, God, well-pleased.
17 Sigam os seus líderes e façam o que eles lhes dizem, pois eles estão cuidando de vocês e sabem que irão prestar contas para Deus do trabalho espiritual que realizam. Ajam de uma maneira que faça com que eles trabalhem com alegria e, não, com tristeza, pois isso não os ajudará em nada.
Be yielding unto them who are guiding you, and submit yourselves; for they are watching over your souls, as having an account to render, that, with joy the same they may be doing, and not with sighing, —for, unprofitable unto you, were, this.
18 Por favor, orem por nós. Nós temos certeza de ter agido com a consciência limpa, procurando sempre fazer o que é bom e justo.
Be praying for us; for we persuade ourselves that an honourable conscience have we, in all things honourably, desiring to behave ourselves.
19 Eu realmente gostaria de pedir que vocês orassem muito para que eu possa voltar a vê-los o mais rápido possível.
But, much more abundantly, do I exhort you the same to do, that, more speedily, I may be restored, unto you.
20 Que o Deus da paz, que ressuscitou o nosso Senhor Jesus, o grande pastor das ovelhas, com o sangue de um acordo eterno, (aiōnios g166)
But, the God of peace, He that led up from among the dead the great Shepherd of the sheep, with the blood of an age-abiding covenant, —our Lord Jesus, (aiōnios g166)
21 dê-lhes tudo o que é bom. Assim vocês poderão fazer a vontade dele. E que Ele, por meio Jesus Cristo, faça em nós tudo o que Lhe agrada. Glória a Cristo para todo o sempre! Amém! (aiōn g165)
Fit you, by every good work, for the doing of his will, doing within us, that which is well-pleasing, before him through Jesus Christ: to whom be the glory, unto the ages of ages. Amen. (aiōn g165)
22 Eu quero incentivá-los, irmãos e irmãs, a prestarem atenção ao que lhes escrevi nessa breve carta.
Now I exhort you, brethren, bear with the word of exhortation, —for, even with brief [words], have I sent unto you.
23 Informo a vocês que Timóteo foi libertado da cadeia. Se ele chegar aqui logo, eu o acompanharei para vê-los.
Know ye that our brother Timothy hath been set at liberty, —with whom, if more speedily he be coming, I will see you.
24 Saudações a todos os líderes religiosos daí e a todos os irmãos na fé. Os irmãos da Itália também lhes enviam saudações.
Salute all them who are guiding you, and all the saints: they from Italy, salute you.
25 Que a graça de Deus esteja com todos vocês!
