Salmos 46

1 Cântico sobre “Alamote”; para o regente, dos filhos de Coré: Deus [é] nosso refúgio e força; socorro oportuno nas angústias.

To the choirmaster of [the] sons of Korah on alamoth a song. God of us [is] a refuge and strength a help in troubles he is found exceedingly.

2 Por isso não temeremos, ainda que a terra se mova, e ainda que as montanhas passem ao interior dos mares;

There-fore not we will fear when changes [the] earth and when shake mountains in [the] heart of [the] seas.

3 [Ainda que] suas águas rujam [e] se perturbem, [e] as montanhas tremam por sua braveza. (Selá)

They will roar they will foam waters its they will shake mountains at swelling its (Selah)

4 [Há] um rio cujos ribeiros alegram a cidade de Deus, o santuário das habitações do Altíssimo.

A river streams its they make glad [the] city of God [the] holy [place] of [the] dwellings of [the] Most High.

5 Deus [está] no meio dela; ela não será abalada; Deus a ajudará ao romper da manhã.

God [is] in midst its not it will be shaken he will help it God to [the] turning of [the] morning.

6 As nações gritarão, os reinos se abalarão; [quando] ele levantou a sua voz, a terra se dissolveu.

They were in a tumult nations they shook kingdoms he gave with voice his it melted [the] earth.

7 O SENHOR dos exércitos [está] conosco; o Deus de Jacó [é] nosso alto refúgio. (Selá)

Yahweh of hosts [is] with us [is] a refuge of us [the] God of Jacob (Selah)

8 Vinde, observai os feitos do SENHOR, que faz assolações na terra;

Come see [the] works of Yahweh who he has appointed desolations on the earth.

9 Que termina as guerras até o fim da terra; ele quebra o arco e corta a lança; ele queima os carros com fogo.

[he is] making cease Wars to [the] end of the earth bow[s] he breaks and he cuts in two spear[s] carts he burns with fire.

10 Ficai quietos, e sabei que eu sou Deus; eu serei exaltado entre as nações; serei exaltado sobre a terra.

Be quiet and know that I [am] God I will be exalted among the nations I will be exalted on the earth.
