Salmos 128

1 Cântico dos degraus: Bem-aventurado todo aquele que teme ao SENHOR, [e] anda em seus caminhos.

A song of degrees. Blessed is euery one that feareth the Lord and walketh in his wayes.

2 Porque comerás do trabalho de tuas mãos; tu serás bem-aventurado, e bem lhe [sucederá].

When thou eatest the labours of thine hands, thou shalt be blessed, and it shall be well with thee.

3 Tua mulher será como a videira frutífera, ao lado de tua casa; [e] teus filhos como plantas de oliveira ao redor de tua mesa.

Thy wife shalbe as the fruitfull vine on the sides of thine house, and thy children like the oliue plantes round about thy table.

4 Eis que assim é bendito o homem que teme ao SENHOR.

Lo, surely thus shall the man be blessed, that feareth the Lord.

5 O SENHOR te abençoará desde Sião, e tu verás o bem de Jerusalém todos os dias de tua vida.

The Lord out of Zion shall blesse thee, and thou shalt see the wealth of Ierusalem all the dayes of thy life.

6 E verás os filhos de teus filhos, [e] a paz sobre Israel.

Yea, thou shalt see thy childrens children, and peace vpon Israel.
