Salmos 120

1 Cântico dos degraus: Em minha angústia clamei ao SENHOR, e ele me respondeu.

[the] song of The ascents to Yahweh in distress of me I called out and he answered me.

2 Ó SENHOR, livra minha alma dos lábios mentirosos, da língua enganadora.

O Yahweh deliver! self my from a lip of falsehood from a tongue deceit.

3 O que ele te dará, e o que ele fará contigo, ó língua enganadora?

What? will anyone give to you and what? will anyone add to you O tongue deceit.

4 Flechas afiadas de um guerreiro, com brasas de zimbro.

Arrows of a warrior sharpened with burning coals of broom plants.

5 Ai de mim, que peregrino em Meseque, [e] habito nas tendas de Quedar!

Woe! to me that I have sojourned Meshech I have dwelt with [the] tents of Kedar.

6 Minha alma morou [tempo] demais com os que odeiam a paz.

Much it has dwelt itself self my with [one who] hates peace.

7 Eu sou da paz; mas quando falo, eles [entram] em guerra.

I [am] peace and that I speak they [are] for war.
