Números 36
1 E chegaram os príncipes dos pais da família de Gileade, filho de Maquir, filho de Manassés, das famílias dos filhos de José; e falaram diante de Moisés, e dos príncipes, cabeças de pais dos filhos de Israel,
And the heads of the fathers of the families of the sons of Gilead, son of Machir, son of Manasseh, of the families of the sons of Joseph, come near and speak before Moses and before the princes, heads of the fathers of the sons of Israel,
2 E disseram: o SENHOR mandou a meu senhor que por sorte desse a terra aos filhos de Israel em possessão: também mandou o SENHOR a meu senhor, que dê a possessão de Zelofeade nosso irmão a suas filhas;
and say, “YHWH commanded my lord to give the land for inheritance by lot to the sons of Israel, and my lord has been commanded by YHWH to give the inheritance of our brother Zelophehad to his daughters.
3 As quais, se se casarem com alguns dos filhos das outras tribos dos filhos de Israel, a herança delas será assim tirada da herança de nossos pais, e será acrescentada à herança da tribo a que serão unidas: e será removida da porção de nossa herança.
Now [if] they have been [given] to one from the sons of the [other] tribes of the sons of Israel for wives, and their inheritance has been withdrawn from the inheritance of our fathers, and has been added to the inheritance of the tribe which is theirs, and it is withdrawn from the lot of our inheritance,
4 E quando vier o jubileu dos filhos de Israel, a herança delas será acrescentada à herança da tribo de seus maridos; e assim a herança delas será removida da herança da tribo de nossos pais.
and if it is the Jubilee of the sons of Israel, then their inheritance has been added to the inheritance of the tribe which is theirs, and their inheritance is withdrawn from the inheritance of the tribe of our fathers.”
5 Então Moisés mandou aos filhos de Israel por dito do SENHOR, dizendo: A tribo dos filhos de José fala corretamente.
And Moses commands the sons of Israel by the command of YHWH, saying, “The tribe of the sons of Joseph is speaking correctly;
6 Isto é o que mandou o SENHOR acerca das filhas de Zelofeade, dizendo: Casem-se como a elas lhes satisfizer, porém na família da tribo de seu pai se casarão;
this [is] the thing which YHWH has commanded concerning the daughters of Zelophehad, saying, To those good in their eyes let them be for wives; only, let them be for wives to a family of the tribe of their fathers;
7 Para que a herança dos filhos de Israel não seja passada de tribo em tribo; porque cada um dos filhos de Israel se achegará à herança da tribo de seus pais.
and the inheritance of the sons of Israel does not turn around from tribe to tribe; for each of the sons of Israel cleaves to the inheritance of the tribe of his fathers.
8 E qualquer filha que possuir herança das tribos dos filhos de Israel, com algum da família da tribo de seu pai se casará, para que os filhos de Israel possuam cada um a herança de seus pais.
And every daughter possessing an inheritance from the tribes of the sons of Israel is for a wife to one from the family of the tribe of her father, so that the sons of Israel each possess the inheritance of his fathers,
9 E não ande a herança rodando de uma tribo a outra: mas cada uma das tribos dos filhos de Israel se chegue à sua herança.
and the inheritance does not turn around from [one] tribe to another tribe; for each of the tribes of the sons of Israel cleaves to his inheritance.”
10 Como o SENHOR mandou a Moisés, assim fizeram as filhas de Zelofeade.
As YHWH has commanded Moses, so the daughters of Zelophehad have done,
11 E assim Maalá, e Tirsa, e Hogla, e Milca, e Noa, filhas de Zelofeade, se casaram com filhos de seus tios:
and Mahlah, Tirzah, and Hoglah, and Milcah, and Noah, daughters of Zelophehad, are for wives to the sons of their fathers’ brothers;
12 Da família dos filhos de Manassés, filho de José, foram mulheres; e a herança delas ficou na tribo da família de seu pai.
they have been for wives [to men] from the families of the sons of Manasseh, son of Joseph, and their inheritance is with the tribe of the family of their father.
13 Estes são os mandamentos e os estatutos que mandou o SENHOR por meio de Moisés aos filhos de Israel nos campos de Moabe, junto ao Jordão de Jericó.
These [are] the commands and the judgments which YHWH has commanded by the hand of Moses concerning the sons of Israel, in the plains of Moab by the Jordan, [near] Jericho.
