Levítico 25

1 E o SENHOR falou a Moisés no monte Sinai, dizendo:

And the LORD spoke unto Moses in mount Sinai, saying,

2 Fala aos filhos de Israel, e dize-lhes: Quando houverdes entrado na terra que eu vos dou, a terra guardará um sábado ao SENHOR.

Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When all of you come into the land which I give you, then shall the land keep a sabbath unto the LORD.

3 Seis anos semearás a tua terra, e seis anos podarás a tua vinha, e colherás os seus frutos;

Six years you shall sow your field, and six years you shall prune your vineyard, and gather in the fruit thereof;

4 Mas no sétimo ano a terra terá um sábado de descanso, sábado ao SENHOR; não semearás a tua terra, nem podarás a tua vinha.

But in the seventh year shall be a sabbath of rest unto the land, a sabbath for the LORD: you shall neither sow your field, nor prune your vineyard.

5 O que nascer de si mesmo na tua terra ceifada não ceifarás; e as uvas do teu vinhedo não vindimarás; será um ano de descanso para a terra.

That which grows of its own accord of your harvest you shall not reap, neither gather the grapes of your vine undressed: for it is a year of rest unto the land.

6 Mas o sábado da terra vos será para comer a ti, e a teu servo, e a tua serva, e a tua criado, e a tua estrangeiro que morar contigo:

And the sabbath of the land shall be food for you; for you, and for your servant, and for your maid, and for your hired servant, and for your stranger that sojourns with you.

7 E a teu animal, e à animal que houver em tua terra, será todo o fruto dela para comer.

And for your cattle, and for the beast that are in your land, shall all the increase thereof be food.

8 E te hás de contar sete semanas de anos, sete vezes sete anos; de modo que os dias das sete semanas de anos virão a ser para ti quarenta e nove anos.

And you shall number seven sabbaths of years unto you, seven times seven years; and the space of the seven sabbaths of years shall be unto you forty and nine years.

9 Então farás passar a trombeta de júbilo no mês sétimo aos dez do mês; o dia da expiação fareis passar a trombeta por toda vossa terra.

Then shall you cause the trumpet of the jubile to sound on the tenth day of the seventh month, in the day of atonement shall all of you make the trumpet sound throughout all your land.

10 E santificareis o ano cinquenta, e apregoareis liberdade na terra a todos os seus moradores: este vos será jubileu; e voltareis cada um à sua possessão, e cada qual voltará à sua família.

And all of you shall hallow the fiftieth year, and proclaim liberty throughout all the land unto all the inhabitants thereof: it shall be a jubile unto you; and all of you shall return every man unto his possession, and all of you shall return every man unto his family.

11 O ano dos cinquenta anos vos será jubileu: não semeareis, nem colhereis o que nascer de seu na terra, nem vindimareis seus vinhedos:

A jubile shall that fiftieth year be unto you: all of you shall not sow, neither reap that which grows of itself in it, nor gather the grapes in it of your vine undressed.

12 Porque é jubileu: santo será a vós; o produto da terra comereis.

For it is the jubile; it shall be holy unto you: all of you shall eat the increase thereof out of the field.

13 Em este ano de jubileu voltareis cada um à sua possessão.

In the year of this jubile all of you shall return every man unto his possession.

14 E quando venderdes algo a vosso próximo, ou comprardes da mão de vosso próximo, não engane ninguém a seu irmão:

And if you sell ought unto your neighbour, or buy ought of your neighbour's hand, all of you shall not oppress one another:

15 Conforme o número dos anos depois do jubileu comprarás de teu próximo; conforme o número dos anos dos frutos te venderá ele a ti.

According to the number of years after the jubile you shall buy of your neighbour, and according unto the number of years of the fruits he shall sell unto you:

16 Conforme a abundância dos anos aumentarás o preço, e conforme a diminuição dos anos diminuirás o preço; porque segundo o número dos rendimentos te há de vender ele.

According to the multitude of years you shall increase the price thereof, and according to the fewness of years you shall diminish the price of it: for according to the number of the years of the fruits does he sell unto you.

17 E não engane ninguém a seu próximo; mas terás temor de teu Deus: porque eu sou o SENHOR vosso Deus.

All of you shall not therefore oppress one another; but you shall fear your God: for I am the LORD your God.

18 Executai, pois, meus estatutos, e guardai meus regulamentos, e ponde-os por obra, e habitareis na terra seguros;

Wherefore all of you shall do my statutes, and keep my judgments, and do them; and all of you shall dwell in the land in safety.

19 E a terra dará seu fruto, e comereis até fartura, e habitareis nela com segurança.

And the land shall yield her fruit, and all of you shall eat your fill, and dwell therein in safety.

20 E se disserdes: Que comeremos no sétimo ano? eis que não temos de semear, nem temos de colher nossos frutos:

And if all of you shall say, What shall we eat the seventh year? behold, we shall not sow, nor gather in our increase:

21 Então eu vos enviarei minha bênção no sexto ano, e fará fruto por três anos.

Then I will command my blessing upon you in the sixth year, and it shall bring forth fruit for three years.

22 E semeareis no ano oitavo, e comereis do fruto alheio; até o ano nono, até que venha seu fruto comereis do alheio.

And all of you shall sow the eighth year, and eat yet of old fruit until the ninth year; until her fruits come in all of you shall eat of the old store.

23 E a terra não se venderá definitivamente, porque a terra minha é; que vós peregrinos e estrangeiros sois para comigo.

The land shall not be sold for ever: for the land is mine, for all of you are strangers and sojourners with me.

24 Portanto, em toda a terra de vossa possessão, outorgareis remissão à terra.

And in all the land of your possession all of you shall grant a redemption for the land.

25 Quando teu irmão empobrecer, e vender algo de sua possessão, virá o resgatador, seu próximo, e resgatará o que seu irmão houver vendido.

If your brother be becoming poor, and has sold away some of his possession, and if any of his kin come to redeem it, then shall he redeem that which his brother sold.

26 E quando o homem não tiver resgatador, se alcançar sua mão, e achar o que basta para seu resgate;

And if the man have none to redeem it, and himself be able to redeem it;

27 Então contará os anos de sua venda, e pagará o que restar ao homem a quem vendeu, e voltará à sua possessão.

Then let him count the years of the sale thereof, and restore the surplus unto the man to whom he sold it; that he may return unto his possession.

28 Mas se não alcançar sua mão o que basta para que volte a ele, o que vendeu estará em poder do que o comprou até o ano do jubileu; e ao jubileu sairá, e ele voltará à sua possessão.

But if he be not able to restore it to him, then that which is sold shall remain in the hand of him that has bought it until the year of jubile: and in the jubile it shall go out, and he shall return unto his possession.

29 E o homem que vender casa de morada em cidade cercado, poderá resgatá-la até acabar-se o ano de sua venda: ano será o termo de se poder resgatar.

And if a man sell a dwelling house in a walled city, then he may redeem it within a whole year after it is sold; within a full year may he redeem it.

30 E se não for resgatada dentro de ano inteiro, a casa que estiver na cidade murada ficará para sempre por daquele que a comprou, e para seus descendentes: não sairá no jubileu.

And if it be not redeemed within the space of a full year, then the house that is in the walled city shall be established for ever to him that bought it throughout his generations: it shall not go out in the jubile.

31 Mas as casas das aldeias que não têm muro ao redor, serão estimadas como uma plantação da terra: terão remissão, e sairão no jubileu.

But the houses of the villages which have no wall round about them shall be counted as the fields of the country: they may be redeemed, and they shall go out in the jubile.

32 Porém em quanto às cidades dos levitas, sempre poderão resgatar os levitas as casas das cidades que possuírem.

Notwithstanding the cities of the Levites, and the houses of the cities of their possession, may the Levites redeem at any time.

33 E o que comprar dos levitas, sairá da casa vendida, ou da cidade de sua possessão, no jubileu: porquanto as casas das cidades dos levitas é a possessão deles entre os filhos de Israel.

And if a man purchase of the Levites, then the house that was sold, and the city of his possession, shall go out in the year of jubile: for the houses of the cities of the Levites are their possession among the children of Israel.

34 Mas a terra dos arredores de suas cidades não se venderá, porque é perpétua possessão deles.

But the field of the suburbs of their cities may not be sold; for it is their perpetual possession.

35 E quando teu irmão empobrecer, e se refugiar a ti, tu o ampararás: como peregrino e estrangeiro viverá contigo.

And if your brother be becoming poor, and fallen in decay with you; then you shall relieve him: yea, though he be a stranger, or a sojourner; that he may live with you.

36 Não tomarás juros dele, nem lucro; mas terás temor de teu Deus, e teu irmão viverá contigo.

Take you no interest of him, or increase: but fear your God; that your brother may live with you.

37 Não lhe darás teu dinheiro a juros, nem tua comida a ganho:

You shall not give him your money upon interest, nor lend him your victuals for increase.

38 Eu sou o SENHOR vosso Deus, que vos tirei da terra do Egito, para vos dar a terra de Canaã, para ser vosso Deus.

I am the LORD your God, which brought you forth out of the land of Egypt, to give you the land of Canaan, and to be your God.

39 E quando teu irmão empobrecer, estando contigo, e se vender a ti, não lhe farás servir como servo:

And if your brother that dwells by you be becoming poor, and be sold unto you; you shall not compel him to serve as a bondservant:

40 Como criado, como estrangeiro estará contigo; até o ano do jubileu te servirá.

But as an hired servant, and as a sojourner, he shall be with you, and shall serve you unto the year of jubile.

41 Então sairá de tua presença, ele e seus filhos consigo, e voltará à sua família, e à possessão de seus pais se restituirá.

And then shall he depart from you, both he and his children with him, and shall return unto his own family, and unto the possession of his fathers shall he return.

42 Porque são meus servos, os quais tirei eu da terra do Egito: não serão vendidos à maneira de servos.

For they are my servants, which I brought forth out of the land of Egypt: they shall not be sold as bondmen.

43 Não serás senhor dele com dureza, mas terás temor de teu Deus.

You shall not rule over him with rigour; but shall fear your God.

44 Assim teu servo como tua serva que tiveres, serão das nações que estão em vosso ao redor: deles comprareis servos e servas.

Both your bondmen, and your bondmaids, which you shall have, shall be of the heathen that are round about you; of them shall all of you buy bondmen and bondmaids.

45 Também comprareis dos filhos dos forasteiros que vivem entre vós, e dos que da linhagem deles são nascidos em vossa terra, que estão convosco; os quais tereis por possessão:

Moreover of the children of the strangers that do sojourn among you, of them shall all of you buy, and of their families that are with you, which they brings forth in your land: and they shall be your possession.

46 E os possuireis por herança para vossos filhos depois de vós, como possessão hereditária; para sempre vos servireis deles; porém em vossos irmãos os filhos de Israel, não vos dominareis cada um sobre seu irmão com dureza.

And all of you shall take them as an inheritance for your children after you, to inherit them for a possession; they shall be your bondmen for ever: but over your brethren the children of Israel, all of you shall not rule one over another with rigour.

47 E se o peregrino ou estrangeiro que está contigo, adquirisse meios, e teu irmão que está com ele empobrecer, e se vender ao peregrino ou estrangeiro que está contigo, ou à raça da família do estrangeiro;

And if a sojourner or stranger wax rich by you, and your brother that dwells by him wax poor, and sell himself unto the stranger or sojourner by you, or to the stock of the stranger's family:

48 Depois que se houver vendido, poderá ser resgatado: um de seus irmãos o resgatará;

After that he is sold he may be redeemed again; one of his brethren may redeem him:

49 Ou seu tio, ou o filho de seu tio o resgatará, ou o próximo de sua carne, de sua linhagem, o resgatará; ou se seus meios alcançarem, ele mesmo se resgatará.

Either his uncle, or his uncle's son, may redeem him, or any that is nigh of kin unto him of his family may redeem him; or if he be able, he may redeem himself.

50 E contará com o que o comprou, desde o ano que se vendeu a ele até o ano do jubileu: e há de estabelecer preço o dinheiro de sua venda conforme o número dos anos, e se fará com ele conforme o tempo de um criado assalariado.

And he shall reckon with him that bought him from the year that he was sold to him unto the year of jubile: and the price of his sale shall be according unto the number of years, according to the time of an hired servant shall it be with him.

51 Se ainda forem muitos anos, conforme eles voltará para seu resgate do dinheiro pelo qual se vendeu.

If there be yet many years behind, according unto them he shall give again the price of his redemption out of the money that he was bought for.

52 E se restar pouco tempo até o ano do jubileu, então contará com ele, e devolverá seu resgate conforme seus anos.

And if there remain but few years unto the year of jubile, then he shall count with him, and according unto his years shall he give him again the price of his redemption.

53 Como com tomado a salário anualmente fará com ele: não será senhor dele com aspereza diante de teus olhos.

And as a yearly hired servant shall he be with him: and the other shall not rule with rigour over him in your sight.

54 Mas se não se resgatar em esses anos, no ano do jubileu sairá, ele, e seus filhos com ele.

And if he be not redeemed in these years, then he shall go out in the year of jubile, both he, and his children with him.

55 Porque meus servos são os filhos de Israel; são servos meus, aos quais tirei da terra do Egito: Eu sou o SENHOR vosso Deus.

For unto me the children of Israel are servants; they are my servants whom I brought forth out of the land of Egypt: I am the LORD your God.
