Hebreus 13
1 Permaneça o amor fraternal.
Let brotherly loue continue.
2 Não vos esqueçais de mostrar hospitalidade, porque através dela alguns, sem saber, acolheram anjos.
Be not forgetfull to intertaine strangers: for thereby some haue receiued Angels into their houses vnwares.
3 Lembrai-vos dos prisoneiros, como se estivésseis presos com eles; e dos que são maltratados, como se vós mesmos também estivessem sendo em [vossos] corpos.
Remember them that are in bondes, as though ye were bounde with them: and them that are in affliction, as if ye were also afflicted in the body.
4 O matrimônio seja honrado entre todos, e o leito conjugal sem contaminação; pois Deus julgará os pecadores sexuais e os adúlteros.
Mariage is honorable among all, and the bed vndefiled: but whoremongers and adulterers God will iudge.
5 A [vossa] maneira de viver seja sem ganância, contentando-vos com as coisas que tendes. Pois ele disse: Não te deixarei, nem te desampararei.
Let your conuersation be without couetousnesse, and be content with those things that ye haue, for he hath said, I will not faile thee, neither forsake thee:
6 De maneira que devemos ter a confiança de dizer: O Senhor é meu ajudador; não temerei o que o ser humano poderá fazer a mim.
So that we may boldly say, The Lord is mine helper, neither will I feare what man can doe vnto me.
7 Lembrai-vos de vossos líderes, que vos falaram a palavra de Deus. Observai o resultado da maneira como viveram, e imitai a fé deles.
Remember them which haue the ouersight of you, which haue declared vnto you the word of God: whose faith follow, considering what hath bene the ende of their conuersation.
Iesus Christ yesterday, and to day, the same also is for euer. (aiōn g165)
9 Não vos deixeis levar por doutrinas várias e estranhas. Pois bom ao coração é ser fortificado pela graça, e não por alimentos, que não resultaram em proveito algum aos que com eles se ocupam.
Be not caried about with diuers and strange doctrines: for it is a good thing that the heart be stablished with grace, and not with meates, which haue not profited them that haue bene occupied therein.
10 Temos um altar, do qual os que servem no tabernáculo não têm autoridade para comer;
We haue an altar, whereof they haue no authoritie to eate, which serue in the tabernacle.
11 porque os corpos dos animais, cujo sangue pelo pecado é trazido ao Santuário pelo Sumo sacerdote, são queimados fora do acampamento.
For the bodies of those beastes whose blood is brought into the Holy place by the high Priest for sinne, are burnt without the campe.
12 Por isso também Jesus, para santificar o povo pelo seu próprio sangue, sofreu fora do portão da cidade.
Therefore euen Iesus, that he might sanctifie the people with his owne blood, suffered without the gate.
13 Assim, saiamos até ele, fora do acampamento, carregando a sua humilhação.
Let vs goe foorth to him therefore out of the campe, bearing his reproch.
14 Pois não temos aqui cidade permanente, mas buscamos a futura.
For here haue we no continuing citie: but we seeke one to come.
15 Portanto, por meio dele, ofereçamos continuamente sacrifício de louvor a Deus, isto é, o fruto dos lábios que declaram honra ao seu nome.
Let vs therefore by him offer the sacrifice of prayse alwaies to God, that is, the fruite of the lippes, which confesse his Name.
16 E não vos esqueçais de fazer o bem e de compartilhar, pois Deus se agrada com tais sacrifícios.
To doe good, and to distribute forget not: for with such sacrifices God is pleased.
17 Obedecei aos vossos líderes, e sede submissos [a eles], pois eles vigiam pelas vossas almas, como os que prestarão contas [delas]; para que o façam com alegria, e não gemendo, porque isso não vos seria proveitoso.
Obey them that haue the ouersight of you, and submit your selues: for they watche for your soules, as they that must giue accountes, that they may doe it with ioy, and not with griefe: for that is vnprofitable for you.
18 Orai por nós; porque estamos convencidos de que temos boa consciência, e desejamos nos comportar da maneira correta em tudo.
Pray for vs: for we are assured that we haue a good conscience in all things, desiring to liue honestly.
19 E eu vos rogo ainda mais que façais isto, para que eu vos seja restituído mais depressa.
And I desire you somewhat the more earnestly, that yee so doe, that I may be restored to you more quickly.
20 O Deus da paz, que, pelo sangue do eterno Testamento eterno, voltou a trazer dentre os mortos o grande Pastor das ovelhas, o nosso Senhor Jesus, (aiōnios g166)
The God of peace that brought againe from the dead our Lord Iesus, the great shepheard of the sheepe, through the blood of the euerlasting Couenant, (aiōnios g166)
21 vos aperfeiçoe em todo bem, para fazerdes a sua vontade, operando em nós o que é agradável diante dele, por meio de Jesus Cristo, a quem seja a glória para todo o sempre. Amém! (aiōn g165)
Make you perfect in all good workes, to doe his will, working in you that which is pleasant in his sight through Iesus Christ, to whom be praise for euer and euer, Amen. (aiōn g165)
22 Eu vos rogo, porém, irmãos, que suportai esta palavra de exortação; pois eu vos escrevi de maneira breve.
I beseeche you also, brethren, suffer the wordes of exhortation: for I haue written vnto you in fewe wordes.
23 Sabei que o nosso irmão Timóteo já está solto. Se ele vier depressa, com ele eu vos verei.
Knowe that our brother Timotheus is deliuered, with whome (if hee come shortly) I will see you.
24 Saudai a todos os vossos líderes, e a todos os santos. Os da Itália vos saúdam.
Salute all them that haue the ouersight of you, and all the Saintes. They of Italie salute you.
25 A graça seja com todos vós.
