Gênesis 5
1 Este é o livro das gerações de Adão. No dia em que criou Deus ao ser humano, à semelhança de Deus o fez;
This is the book of the generations of Adam. On the day that God created man, in the likeness of God made he him:
2 Macho e fêmea os criou; e os abençoou, e chamou o nome deles Adão, no dia em que foram criados.
Male and female created he them; and blessed them, and called their name Adam, on the day when they were created.
3 E viveu Adão cento e trinta anos, e gerou um filho à sua semelhança, conforme sua imagem, e chamou seu nome Sete.
And Adam lived a hundred and thirty years, and begat a son in his likeness, after his image; and called his name Sheth.
4 E foram os dias de Adão, depois que gerou a Sete, oitocentos anos: e gerou filhos e filhas.
And the days of Adam after he had begotten Sheth were eight hundred years; and he begat sons and daughters.
5 E foram todos os dias que viveu Adão novecentos e trinta anos, e morreu.
And all the days that Adam lived were nine hundred and thirty years; and he died.
6 E viveu Sete cento e cinco anos, e gerou a Enos.
And Sheth lived a hundred and five years, and begat Enosh.
7 E viveu Sete, depois que gerou a Enos, oitocentos e sete anos: e gerou filhos e filhas.
And Sheth lived after he had begotten Enosh eight hundred and seven years; and he begat sons and daughters.
8 E foram todos os dias de Sete novecentos e doze anos; e morreu.
And all the days of Sheth were nine hundred and twelve years; and he died.
9 E viveu Enos noventa anos, e gerou a Cainã.
And Enosh lived ninety years, and begat Kenan.
10 E viveu Enos depois que gerou a Cainã, oitocentos e quinze anos: e gerou filhos e filhas.
And Enosh lived after he had begotten Kenan eight hundred and fifteen years; and he begat sons and daughters.
11 E foram todos os dias de Enos novecentos e cinco anos; e morreu.
And all the days of Enosh were nine hundred and five years; and he died.
12 E viveu Cainã setenta anos, e gerou a Maalalel.
And Kenan lived seventy years, and begat Mahalalel.
13 E viveu Cainã, depois que gerou a Maalalel, oitocentos e quarenta anos: e gerou filhos e filhas.
And Kenan lived after he had begotten Mahalalel eight hundred and forty years; and he begat sons and daughters
14 E foram todos os dias de Cainã novecentos e dez anos; e morreu.
And all the days of Kenan were nine hundred and ten years; and he died.
15 E viveu Maalalel sessenta e cinco anos, e gerou a Jarede.
And Mahalalel lived sixty and five years, and begat Jared.
16 E viveu Maalalel, depois que gerou a Jarede, oitocentos e trinta anos: e gerou filhos e filhas.
And Mahalalel lived after he had begotten Jared eight hundred and thirty years; and he begat sons and daughters.
17 E foram todos os dias de Maalalel oitocentos noventa e cinco anos; e morreu.
And all the days of Mahalalel were eight hundred ninety and five years; and he died.
18 E viveu Jarede cento e sessenta e dois anos, e gerou a Enoque.
And Jared lived a hundred sixty and two years, and begat Enoch.
19 E viveu Jarede, depois que gerou a Enoque, oitocentos anos: e gerou filhos e filhas.
And Jared lived after he had begotten Enoch eight hundred years; and he begat sons and daughters.
20 E foram todos os dias de Jarede novecentos e sessenta e dois anos; e morreu.
And all the days of Jared were nine hundred sixty and two years; and he died.
21 E viveu Enoque sessenta e cinco anos, e gerou a Matusalém.
And Enoch lived sixty and five years, and begat Methushelah.
22 E caminhou Enoque com Deus, depois que gerou a Matusalém, trezentos anos: e gerou filhos e filhas.
And Enoch walked with God after he had begotten Methushelah three hundred years; and begat sons and daughters.
23 E foram todos os dias de Enoque trezentos sessenta e cinco anos.
And all the days of Enoch were three hundred sixty and five years.
24 Caminhou, pois, Enoque com Deus, e desapareceu, porque Deus o levou.
And Enoch walked with God, and he was no more; for God had taken him.
25 E viveu Matusalém cento e oitenta e sete anos, e gerou a Lameque.
And Methushelah lived a hundred eighty and seven years and begat Lemech.
26 E viveu Matusalém, depois que gerou a Lameque, setecentos e oitenta e dois anos: e gerou filhos e filhas.
And Methushelah lived after he had begotten Lemech seven hundred eighty and two years; and he begat sons and daughters.
27 Foram, pois, todos os dias de Matusalém, novecentos e sessenta e nove anos; e morreu.
And all the days of Methushelah were nine hundred sixty and nine years; and he died.
28 E viveu Lameque cento e oitenta e dois anos, e gerou um filho:
And Lemech lived a hundred eighty and two years, and begat a son.
29 E chamou seu nome Noé, dizendo: Este nos aliviará de nossas obras, e do trabalho de nossas mãos, por causa da terra que o SENHOR amaldiçoou.
And he called his name Noach, [[Noah, ]] saying, This one shall comfort us concerning our work and the toil of our hands, because of the ground which the Lord hath cursed.
30 E viveu Lameque, depois que gerou a Noé, quinhentos noventa e cinco anos: e gerou filhos e filhas.
And Lemech lived after he had begotten Noah five hundred ninety and five years; and begat sons and daughters.
31 E foram todos os dias de Lameque setecentos e setenta e sete anos; e morreu.
And all the days of Lemech were seven hundred seventy and seven years; and he died.
32 E sendo Noé de quinhentos anos, gerou a Sem, Cam, e a Jafé.
And Noah was five hundred years old, and Noah begat Shem, Ham, and Japheth.
