< Gênesis 33 >

1 E levantando Jacó seus olhos, olhou, e eis que vinha Esaú, e os quatrocentos homens com ele: então repartiu ele os filhos entre Lia e Raquel e as duas servas.
And he lifted up Jacob eyes his and he saw and there! Esau [was] coming and [were] with him four hundred man and he divided the children with Leah and with Rachel and with [the] two the maidservants.
2 E pôs as servas e seus filhos adiante; logo a Lia e a seus filhos; e a Raquel e a José os últimos.
And he put the maidservants and children their first and Leah and children her behind and Rachel and Joseph behind.
3 E ele passou diante deles, e inclinou-se à terra sete vezes, até que chegou a seu irmão.
And he he passed on before them and he bowed down [the] ground towards seven times until drew near he to brother his.
4 E Esaú correu a seu encontro, e abraçou-lhe, e lançou-se sobre seu pescoço, e o beijou; e choraram.
And he ran Esau to meet him and he embraced him and he fell on (neck his *Q(k)*) and he kissed him and they wept.
5 E levantou seus olhos, e viu as mulheres e os filhos, e disse: Quem são estes que estão contigo? E ele respondeu: São os filhos que Deus deu a teu servo.
And he lifted up eyes his and he saw the women and the children and he said who? [are] these to you and he said the children whom he has shown favor to God servant your.
6 E se chegaram as servas, elas e seus meninos, e inclinaram-se.
And they approached the maidservants they and children their and they bowed down.
7 E chegou-se Lia com seus filhos, e inclinaram-se: e depois chegou José e Raquel, e também se inclinaram.
And she approached also Leah and children her and they bowed down and after he approached Joseph and Rachel and they bowed down.
8 E ele disse: Qual é a tua intenção com todos estes grupos que encontrei? E ele respondeu: Achar favor aos olhos de meu senhor.
And he said who? to you [is] all the camp this which I have met and he said to find favor in [the] eyes of lord my.
9 E disse Esaú: Tenho o bastante, meu irmão; seja para ti o que é teu.
And he said Esau there [belongs] to me much O brother my let it be[long] to you [that] which [belongs] to you.
10 E disse Jacó: Não, eu te rogo, se achei agora favor em teus olhos, toma meu presente de minha mão, pois vi teu rosto como se houvesse visto o rosto de Deus; e me aceitaste.
And he said Jacob may not [it be] please if please I have found favor in view your and you will accept gift my from hand my for since I have seen face your like seeing [the] face of God and you have accepted favorably me.
11 Toma, eu te rogo, minha dádiva que te é trazida; porque Deus me fez misericórdia, e tudo o que há aqui é meu. E insistiu com ele, e tomou-a.
Take please blessing my which it was brought to you for he has shown favor to me God and that there [belongs] to me everything and he urged him and he took [it].
12 E disse: Anda, e vamos; e eu irei adiante de ti.
And he said let us set out and let us go and I will go to before you.
13 E ele lhe disse: Meu senhor sabe que os meninos são tenros, e que tenho ovelhas e vacas de cria; e se as cansam, em um dia morrerão todas as ovelhas.
And he said to him lord my [is] knowing that the children [are] weak and the sheep and the cattle [are] nursing with me and people will drive hard them a day one and they will die all the flock.
14 Passe agora meu senhor diante de seu servo, e eu me irei pouco a pouco ao passo do gado que vai adiante de mim, e à passagem dos meninos, até que chegue a meu senhor a Seir.
Let him pass on please lord my before servant his and I (I will journey on *LBH(a)*) to gentleness my to [the] foot of the property which [is] before me and to [the] foot of the children until that I will come to lord my Seir towards.
15 E Esaú disse: Deixarei agora contigo da gente que vem comigo. E ele disse: Para que isto? ache eu favor aos olhos de meu senhor.
And he said Esau let me place please with you some of the people which [is] with me and he said why? this let me find favor in [the] eyes of lord my.
16 Assim se voltou Esaú aquele dia por seu caminho a Seir.
And he returned on the day that Esau to way his Seir towards.
17 E Jacó se partiu a Sucote, e edificou ali casa para si, e fez abrigos para seu gado; por isso chamou o nome daquele lugar Sucote.
And Jacob he set out Succoth towards and he built for himself a house and for livestock his he made shelters there-fore he called [the] name of the place Succoth.
18 E veio Jacó são à cidade de Siquém, que está na terra de Canaã, quando vinha de Padã-Arã; e acampou diante da cidade.
And he came Jacob safe [the] city of Shechem which [is] in [the] land of Canaan when came he from Paddan Aram and he camped with [the] face of the city.
19 E comprou uma parte do campo, onde estendeu sua tenda, da mão dos filhos de Hamor, pai de Siquém, por cem peças de moeda.
And he bought [the] portion of the field where he had pitched there tent his from [the] hand of [the] sons of Hamor [the] father of Shechem for a hundred piece[s] of money.
20 E erigiu ali um altar, e chamou-lhe: Deus, o Deus de Israel.
And he set up there an altar and he called it El Elohe Israel.
