Ezequiel 22
1 E veio a mim a palavra do SENHOR, dizendo:
Moreover the word of the LORD came to me, saying,
2 E tu, filho do homem, Por acaso julgarás tu, por acaso julgarás tu a cidade derramadora de sanguinária? Notifica-lhe, pois, todas as suas abominações.
Now, thou son of man, wilt thou judge, wilt thou judge the bloody city? yea, thou shalt show her all her abominations.
3 E dize: Assim disse o Senhor DEUS: Cidade que derrama sangue no meio de si, para que venha seu tempo, e que faz ídolos contra si mesma para se contaminar.
Then say thou, Thus saith the Lord GOD, The city sheddeth blood in the midst of it, that her time may come, and maketh idols against herself to defile herself.
4 Fizeste-te culpada com teu sangue que derramaste, e te contaminaste com teus ídolos que fizeste; e fizeste aproximar teus dias, e chegado a teus anos; por isso te entreguei por humilhação às nações, e por escárnio a todas as terras.
Thou art become guilty in thy blood that thou hast shed; and hast defiled thyself by thy idols which thou hast made; and thou hast caused thy days to draw near, and art come even to thy years: therefore have I made thee a reproach to the heathen, and a mocking to all countries.
5 As que estão perto e as que estão longe de ti escarnecerão de ti, [que és] imunda de nome, e cheia de inquietação.
Those that are near, and those that are far from thee, shall mock thee, who art infamous and much troubled.
6 Eis que os príncipes de Israel, cada um conforme seu poder, estiveram em ti para derramarem sangue.
Behold, the princes of Israel, every one were in thee to their power to shed blood.
7 Desprezaram ao pai e à mãe em ti; trataram ao estrangeiro com opressão no meio de ti; oprimiram ao órfão e à viúva em ti.
In thee have they set light by father and mother: in the midst of thee have they dealt by oppression with the stranger: in thee have they oppressed the fatherless and the widow.
8 Desprezaste minhas coisas santas, e profanaste meus sábados.
Thou hast despised my holy things, and hast profaned my sabbaths.
9 Caluniadores houve em ti, para derramarem sangue; e comeram sobre os montes em ti; praticaram lascívia no meio de ti.
In thee are men that carry tales to shed blood: and in thee they eat upon the mountains: in the midst of thee they commit lewdness.
10 Descobriram a nudez do pai ) em ti; abusaram da contaminada por menstruação em ti.
In thee have they uncovered their fathers’ nakedness: in thee have they humbled her that was set apart for pollution.
11 E um cometeu abominação com a mulher de seu próximo; e outro contaminou lascivamente sua nora; e outro abusou de sua irmã, filha de seu pai.
And one hath committed abomination with his neighbour’s wife; and another hath lewdly defiled his daughter in law; and another in thee hath humbled his sister, his father’s daughter.
12 Suborno receberam em ti para derramarem sangue; juros e lucro tomaste, e exploraste gananciosamente o teu próximo, oprimindo-o; e esqueceste de mim, diz o Senhor DEUS.
In thee have they taken gifts to shed blood; thou hast taken interest and increase, and thou hast greedily gained from thy neighbours by extortion, and hast forgotten me, saith the Lord GOD.
13 Mais eis que bati minhas mãos por causa de tua ganância que cometeste, e por causa de teu sangue, que houve no meio de ti.
Behold, therefore I have smitten my hand at thy dishonest gain which thou hast made, and at thy blood which hath been in the midst of thee.
14 Conseguirá, por acaso, ficar firme teu coração? Serão fortes tuas mãos nos dias em que eu agir contra ti? Eu, o SENHOR, falei, e farei.
Can thy heart endure, or can thy hands be strong, in the days that I shall deal with thee? I the LORD have spoken it, and will do it.
15 E eu te dispersarei pelas nações, e te espalharei pelas terras; e acabarei de ti tua imundícia.
And I will scatter thee among the heathen, and disperse thee in the countries, and will consume thy filthiness out of thee.
16 Assim serás profanada em ti aos olhos das nações, e saberás que eu sou o SENHOR.
And thou shalt take thy inheritance in thyself in the sight of the heathen, and thou shalt know that I am the LORD.
17 E veio a mim a palavra do SENHOR, dizendo:
And the word of the LORD came to me, saying,
18 Filho do homem, a casa de Israel se tornou para mim em escórias; todos eles são cobre, estanho, ferro, e chumbo, no meio do forno; eles se tornaram escórias de prata.
Son of man, the house of Israel is to me become dross: all they are brass, and tin, and iron, and lead, in the midst of the furnace; they are even the dross of silver.
19 Portanto assim diz o Senhor DEUS: Dado que todos vós vos tornastes em escórias, por isso eis que eu vos ajuntarei no meio de Jerusalém.
Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; Because ye are all become dross, behold, therefore I will gather you into the midst of Jerusalem.
20 Como se ajunta prata, bronze, ferro, chumbo e estanho no meio do forno, para soprar fogo sobre eles para fundir, assim vos ajuntarei em minha ira e em meu furor, e [ali] vos deixarei, e vos fundirei.
As they gather silver, and brass, and iron, and lead, and tin, into the midst of the furnace, to blow the fire upon it, to melt it; so will I gather you in my anger and in my fury, and I will leave you there, and melt you.
21 Eu vos reunirei, e soprarei sobre vós no fogo de meu furor, e no meio dela sereis fundidos.
Yea, I will gather you, and blow upon you in the fire of my wrath, and ye shall be melted in the midst of it.
22 Como se funde a prata no meio do forno, assim sereis fundidos no meio dela; e sabereis que eu, o SENHOR, derramei meu furor sobre vós.
As silver is melted in the midst of the furnace, so shall ye be melted in the midst of it; and ye shall know that I the LORD have poured out my fury upon you.
23 E veio a mim a palavra do SENHOR, dizendo:
And the word of the LORD came to me, saying,
24 Filho do homem, diz a ela: Tu não és uma terra limpa, nem molhada de chuva no dia da indignação.
Son of man, say to her, Thou art the land that is not cleansed, nor rained upon in the day of indignation.
25 Há uma conspiração de seus profetas no meio dela, como um leão que brame, que arrebata a presa; devoraram almas, tomam bens e coisas preciosas, aumentam suas viúvas no meio dela.
There is a conspiracy of her prophets in the midst of her, like a roaring lion ravening the prey; they have devoured souls; they have taken the treasure and precious things; they have made her many widows in the midst of her.
26 Seus sacerdotes violentam minha lei, e profanam minhas coisas sagradas; não fazem diferença entre o santo e o profano, nem distinguem o impuro do puro; e escondem seus olhos de meus sábados. Assim eu sou profanado no meio deles.
Her priests have violated my law, and have profaned my holy things: they have put no difference between the holy and profane, neither have they shown difference between the unclean and the clean, and have hid their eyes from my sabbaths, and I am profaned among them.
27 Seus príncipes no meio dela são como lobos que arrebatam presa para derramarem sangue, para destruírem almas, para obterem lucro desonesto.
Her princes in the midst of her are like wolves ravening the prey, to shed blood, and to destroy souls, to get dishonest gain.
28 E seus profetas os rebocam com cal solta, profetizando-lhes falsidade, e adivinhando- lhes mentira, dizendo: Assim diz o Senhor DEUS; sem que o SENHOR tenha falado.
And her prophets have daubed them with untempered mortar, seeing vanity, and divining lies to them, saying, Thus saith the Lord GOD, when the LORD hath not spoken.
29 O povo da terra faz graves extorsões, e pratica roubos; fazem violência ao aflito e necessitado, e oprimem sem motivo ao estrangeiro.
The people of the land have used oppression, and exercised robbery, and have oppressed the poor and needy: yea, they have oppressed the stranger wrongfully.
30 E busquei dentre eles um homem que tapasse o muro, e que se pusesse na brecha diante de mim pela terra, para que eu não a destruísse; porém a ninguém achei.
And I sought for a man among them, that should make up the hedge, and stand in the gap before me for the land, that I should not destroy it: but I found none.
31 Por isso derramarei sobre eles minha indignação; com o fogo de minha ira os consumirei; retribuirei o caminho deles sobre suas [próprias] cabeças, diz o Senhor DEUS.
Therefore have I poured out my indignation upon them; I have consumed them with the fire of my wrath: their own way have I recompensed upon their heads, saith the Lord GOD.
