Ester 2
1 Passadas estas coisas, e tendo já sido apaziguado o furor do rei Assuero, ele se lembrou de Vasti, e do que ela havia feito, e do que havia sido sentenciado contra ela.
After the things these when subsided [the] anger of the king Ahasuerus he remembered Vashti and [that] which she had done and [that] which it had been decreed on her.
2 Então os servos do rei, que lhe serviam, disseram: Busquem-se ao rei moças virgens de boa aparência;
And they said [the] young men of the king [who were] serving him let people seek for the king young women virgins good of appearance.
3 E o rei ponha comissários em todas as províncias de seu reino, para que juntem todas as moças virgens de boa aparência na fortaleza de Susã, na casa das mulheres, ao cuidado de Hegai, eunuco do rei, vigilante das mulheres; e sejam lhes dado seus enfeites;
And let him appoint the king appointees in all [the] provinces of kingdom his and let them gather every girl virgin good of appearance to Susa the citadel to [the] house of the women into [the] hand of Hegai [the] eunuch of the king [the] keeper of the women and let him give rubbings their.
4 E a moça que agradar aos olhos do rei, reine em lugar de Vasti. E isto foi do agrado dos olhos do rei, e ele assim fez.
And the young woman who she will be good in [the] eyes of the king she will reign in place of Vashti and it was good the word in [the] eyes of the king and he did thus.
5 Havia um homem judeu na fortaleza de Susã, cujo nome era Mardoqueu, filho de Jair, filho de Simei, filho de Quis, um homem da [linhagem] de Benjamim;
A man Jewish he was in Susa the citadel and name his [was] Mordecai [the] son of Jair [the] son of Shimei [the] son of Kish a man a Jaminite.
6 O qual tinha sido levado de Jerusalém com os cativos que foram levados com Jeconias rei de Judá, a quem Nabucodonosor, rei da Babilônia, havia levado.
Who he had been taken into exile from Jerusalem with the exile[s] which it had been taken into exile with Jeconiah [the] king of Judah whom he had taken into exile Nebuchadnezzar [the] king of Babylon.
7 E ele tinha criado a Hadassa, que é Ester, filha de seu tio, porque não tinha pai nem mãe; e ela tinha bela forma, e era linda de aparência; e como seu pai e sua mãe tinham morrido, Mardoqueu a havia tomado como sua filha.
And he was raising Hadassah that [is] Esther [the] daughter of uncle his for not [belonged] to her a father and a mother and the young woman [was] beautiful of shape and good of appearance and at [the] death of father her and mother her he took her Mordecai of him to a daughter.
8 Sucedeu pois, que quando se divulgou o mandamento do rei e seu lei, e sendo reunidas muitas moças na fortaleza de Susã, ao cuidado de Hegai, também levaram Ester para casa do rei, ao cuidado de Hegai, vigilante das mulheres.
And it was when were heard [the] edict of the king and orders his and when were gathered young women many to Susa the citadel into [the] hand of Hegai and she was taken Esther to [the] house of the king into [the] hand of Hegai [the] keeper of the women.
9 E a moça foi do agrado de seus olhos, e alcançou favor diante dele; por isso ele se apressou em [lhe dar] seus enfeites e suas porções de alimento, dando-lhe também sete moças escolhidas da casa do rei; e ele a passou com suas moças ao melhor [lugar] da casa das mulheres.
And she was good the young woman in view his and she bore favor before him and he hastened rubbings her and portions her to give to her and [the] seven the servant girls chosen to give to her from [the] house of the king and he moved her and servant girls her to [the] good [place] of [the] house of the women.
10 Ester, porém, não declarou seu povo nem sua parentela; porque Mardoqueu tinha lhe mandado que não declarasse.
Not she had told Esther people her and kindred her for Mordecai he had commanded to her that not she will tell.
11 E todo dia Mardoqueu passeava diante do pátio da casa das mulheres, para saber como Ester estava, e que estava acontecendo com ela.
And on every day and day Mordecai [was] walking back and forth to front of [the] court of [the] house of the women to know [the] welfare of Esther and what? was it done with her.
12 E quando chegava a vez de cada uma das moças para vir ao rei Assuero, ao fim de haver estado doze meses, conforme à lei acerca das mulheres (porque assim se cumpriam os dias de seus enfeites, isto é, seis meses com óleo de mirra, e seis meses com especiarias, e [outros] enfeites de mulheres),
And when arrived [the] turn of a young woman and a young woman to go - to the king Ahasuerus from [the] end to be for her according to [the] regulation of the women two [plus] ten month[s] for thus they were completed [the] days of rubbings their six months with [the] oil of myrrh and six months with balsam oil and with [the] rubbings of women.
13 Então assim a moça vinha ao rei; tudo quanto ela pedia se lhe dava, para vir com isso da casa das mulheres até a casa do rei.
And in this [way] the young woman [was] going into the king all that she said it was given to her to go with her from [the] house of the women to [the] house of the king.
14 Ela vinha à tarde, e pela manhã voltava à segunda casa das mulheres, ao cuidado de Saasgaz eunuco do rei, vigilante das concubinas; ela não voltava mais ao rei, a não ser se o rei a desejasse, e fosse chamada por nome.
In the evening - she [was] going and in the morning she [was] returning to [the] house of the women second in [the] hand of Shaashgaz [the] eunuch of the king [the] keeper of the concubines not she went again into the king that except he delighted in her the king and she was summoned by name.
15 Chegando, pois, a vez de Ester, filha de Abiail, tio de Mardoqueu (que e havia tinha tomado por filha), para vir ao rei, nenhuma coisa pediu a não ser o que Hegai eunuco do rei, vigilante das mulheres, havia dito; e Ester alcançava o favor aos olhos de todos quantos a viam.
And when arrived [the] turn of Esther [the] daughter of Abihail [the] uncle of Mordecai whom he had taken of him to a daughter to go to the king not she requested anything that except [that] which he said Hegai [the] eunuch of the king [the] keeper of the women and she was Esther bearing favor in [the] eyes of all [those who] saw her.
16 Assim Ester foi levada ao rei Assuero a sua casa real no décimo mês, que é o mês de Tebete, no sétimo ano de seu reinado.
And she was taken Esther to the king Ahasuerus into [the] house of royalty his in the month tenth that [is] [the] month of Tebeth in year seven of reign his.
17 E o rei amou a Ester mais que todas as mulheres, e alcançou diante dele favor e benevolência mais que todas as virgens; e ele pôs a coroa real em sua cabeça, e a fez rainha em lugar de Vasti.
And he loved the king Esther more than all the women and she bore favor and favor before him more than all the virgins and he put a crown of royalty on head her and he made queen her in place of Vashti.
18 Então o rei fez um grande banquete a todos seus príncipes e servos, o banquete de Ester; e deu repouso às províncias, e deu presentes, conforme a generosidade do rei.
And he made the king a feast great for all officials his and servants his [the] feast of Esther and a holiday for the provinces he made and he gave tribute according to [the] hand of the king.
19 E quando as virgens se ajuntaram pela segunda vez, Mardoqueu estava sentado à porta do rei.
And when were gathered virgins a second [time] and Mordecai [was] sitting at [the] gate of the king.
20 Ester, [porém], não tinha declarado sua parentela nem seu povo, assim como Mardoqueu havia lhe mandado; porque Ester fazia o que Mardoqueu mandava, assim como quando ele a criava.
Not Esther [was] telling kindred her and people her just as he had commanded to her Mordecai and [the] command of Mordecai Esther [was] doing just as she had done in guardianship with him.
21 Naqueles dias, estando Mardoqueu sentado à porta do rei, Bigtã e Teres, dois eunucos do rei, dos guardas da porta, ficaram muito indignados, e procuravam matar o rei Assuero.
In the days those and Mordecai [was] sitting at [the] gate of the king he was angry Bigthan and Teresh two of [the] eunuchs of the king from [the] guards of the threshold and they sought to stretch out a hand on the king Ahasuerus.
22 E isso foi percebido por Mardoqueu; então ele avisou à rainha Ester, e Ester disse ao rei em nome de Mardoqueu.
And it was made known the matter to Mordecai and he told to Esther the queen and she spoke Esther to the king in [the] name of Mordecai.
23 Tendo o caso sido investigado, assim foi achado; e ambos foram pendurados em uma forca. E isso foi registrado nas crônicas diante do rei.
And it was sought the matter and it was found and they were hanged [the] two of them on a gallows and it was written in [the] book of [the] matters of the days before the king.
