Deuteronômio 33
1 E esta é a bênção com a qual abençoou Moisés homem de Deus aos filhos de Israel, antes que morresse.
And this is the blessing, with which Moses the man of God blessed the children of Israel before his death.
2 E disse: O SENHOR veio de Sinai, E de Seir lhes iluminou; Resplandeceu do monte de Parã, E veio com dez mil santos: À sua direita a lei de fogo para eles.
And he said, The LORD came from Sinai, and rose up from Seir to them; he shined forth from mount Paran, and he came with ten thousands of saints: from his right hand went a fiery law for them.
3 Ainda amou os povos; Todos seus santos em tua mão: Eles também se chegaram a teus pés: Receberam de teus ditos.
Yea, he loved the people; all his saints are in thy hand: and they sat down at thy feet; every one shall receive of thy words.
4 Lei nos mandou Moisés, Herança à congregação de Jacó.
Moses commanded us a law, even the inheritance of the congregation of Jacob.
5 E foi rei em Jesurum, quando se congregaram os chefes do povo com as tribos de Israel.
And he was king in Jeshurun, when the heads of the people and the tribes of Israel were gathered together.
6 Viva Rúben, e não morra; sejam seus homens em número.
Let Reuben live, and not die; and let his men be few.
7 E esta bênção para Judá. Disse assim: Ouve, ó SENHOR, a voz de Judá, e leva-o ao seu povo; suas mãos lhe bastem, e tu sejas ajuda contra seus inimigos.
And this is the blessing of Judah: and he said, Hear, LORD, the voice of Judah, and bring him to his people: let his hands be sufficient for him; and be thou an help to him from his enemies.
8 E a Levi disse: Teu Tumim e teu Urim, com teu bom homem ao qual tentaste em Massá, e lhe fizeste brigar nas águas da briga;
And of Levi he said, Let thy Thummim and thy Urim be with thy holy one, whom thou didst tempt at Massah, and with whom thou didst strive at the waters of Meribah;
9 O que disse a seu pai e a sua mãe: Nunca os vi: nem conheceu a seus irmãos, nem conheceu a seus filhos; por isso eles guardarão as tuas palavras, e observarão o teu pacto.
Who said to his father and to his mother, I have not seen him; neither did he acknowledge his brethren, nor know his own children: for they have observed thy word, and kept thy covenant.
10 Eles ensinarão teus juízos a Jacó, e tua lei a Israel; porão o incenso diante de ti, e holocaustos sobre o teu altar.
They shall teach Jacob thy judgments, and Israel thy law: they shall put incense before thee, and whole burnt sacrifice upon thy altar.
11 Abençoa, ó SENHOR, o que fizerem, e recebe com agrado a obra de suas mãos; fere os lombos de seus inimigos, e dos que lhe odiarem; para que nunca se levantem.
Bless, LORD, his substance, and accept the work of his hands: smite through the loins of them that rise against him, and of them that hate him, that they rise not again.
12 E a Benjamim disse: O amado do SENHOR habitará confiante próximo dele; Ele o cobrirá sempre, E entre seus ombros morará.
And of Benjamin he said, The beloved of the LORD shall dwell in safety by him; and the LORD shall cover him all the day long, and he shall dwell between his shoulders.
13 E a José disse: Bendita do SENHOR [seja] a sua terra, com as dádivas dos céus, com o orvalho, e com o abismo que jaz abaixo,
And of Joseph he said, Blessed of the LORD be his land, for the precious things of heaven, for the dew, and for the deep that coucheth beneath,
14 com excelentes frutos do sol, e com os excelentes produtos de cada lua,
And for the precious fruits brought forth by the sun, and for the precious things put forth by the moon,
15 e com o que há de mais excelente dos montes antigos, e com os excelentes produtos das colinas eternas,
And for the chief things of the ancient mountains, and for the precious things of the lasting hills,
16 e com os excelentes produtos da terra e sua plenitude; e que a benevolência daquele que habitou na sarça venha sobre a cabeça de José, e sobre ao topo da cabeça do que foi separado dos seus irmãos.
And for the precious things of the earth and fulness of it, and for the good will of him that dwelt in the bush: let the blessing come upon the head of Joseph, and upon the top of the head of him that was separated from his brethren.
17 Ele é preeminente como o primogênito de seu touro, e suas pontas, chifres de boi selvagem; com eles chifrará os povos juntamente até os confins da terra; e estes são as dezenas de milhares de Efraim, e estes os milhares de Manassés.
His glory is like the firstborn bull, and his horns are like the horns of unicorns: with them he shall push the people together to the ends of the earth: and they are the ten thousands of Ephraim, and they are the thousands of Manasseh.
18 E a Zebulom disse: Alegra-te, Zebulom, quando saíres; e tu Issacar, em tuas tendas.
And of Zebulun he said, Rejoice, Zebulun, in thy going out; and, Issachar, in thy tents.
19 Eles chamarão os povos ao monte; ali oferecerão sacrifícios de justiça; porque sugarão a abundância dos mares, e os tesouros escondidos da areia.
They shall call the people to the mountain; there they shall offer sacrifices of righteousness: for they shall suck of the abundance of the seas, and of treasures hid in the sand.
20 E a Gade disse: Bendito o que fez alargar a Gade: Como leão habitará, e arrebatará braço e testa.
And of Gad he said, Blessed be he that enlargeth Gad: he dwelleth as a lion, and teareth the arm with the crown of the head.
21 E ele se proveu da primeira parte, porque ali uma porção do legislador foi-lhe reservada, e veio na dianteira do povo; executará a justiça do SENHOR, e seus juízos com Israel.
And he provided the first part for himself, because there, in a portion of the lawgiver, was he seated; and he came with the heads of the people, he executed the justice of the LORD, and his judgments with Israel.
22 E a Dã disse: Dã [é] um leão jovem; saltará desde Basã.
And of Dan he said, Dan is a lion’s whelp: he shall leap from Bashan.
23 E a Naftali disse: Naftali, saciado de benevolência, e cheio da bênção do SENHOR, possui o ocidente e o sul,
And of Naphtali he said, O Naphtali, satisfied with favour, and full with the blessing of the LORD: possess thou the west and the south.
24 E a Aser disse: Bendito [seja] Aser em filhos; agradável será aos seus irmãos, e molhará em azeite o seu pé.
And of Asher he said, Let Asher be blessed with children; let him be acceptable to his brethren, and let him dip his foot in oil.
25 ferro e bronze [será] o teu calçado, e tua força [será] como os teus dias.
Thy shoes shall be iron and brass; and as thy days, so shall thy strength be.
26 Não há como o Deus de Jesurum, montado sobre os céus para tua ajuda, e sobre as nuvens com sua grandeza.
There is none like the God of Jeshurun, who rideth upon the heaven in thy help, and in his excellency on the sky.
27 O eterno Deus é o teu refúgio, e abaixo os braços eternos; ele expulsará de diante de ti o inimigo, e dirá: Destrói.
The eternal God is thy refuge, and underneath are the everlasting arms: and he shall thrust out the enemy from before thee; and shall say, Destroy them.
28 E Israel, fonte de Jacó, habitará confiante sozinho na terra do grão e do vinho; também seus céus destilarão orvalho.
Israel then shall dwell in safety alone: the fountain of Jacob shall be upon a land of grain and wine; also his heavens shall drop down dew.
29 Bem-aventurado és tu, ó Israel! Quem é como tu, povo salvo pelo SENHOR, o escudo de teu socorro, e a espada da tua excelência? Por isso os teus inimigos serão subjugados, e tu pisarás sobre as suas costas.
Happy art thou, O Israel: who is like thee, O people saved by the LORD, the shield of thy help, and who is the sword of thy excellency! and thy enemies shall be found liars to thee; and thou shalt tread upon their high places.
