2 Coríntios 11
1 Gostaria que me suportásseis um pouco em [minha] loucura; mas [ainda assim] suportai-me.
Would to God ye could bear with me a little in [my] folly: and indeed bear with me.
2 Pois estou zeloso de vós com zelo de Deus, porque tenho vos preparado para [vos] apresentar [como] uma virgem pura, a um marido, isto é, a Cristo.
For I am jealous over you with godly jealousy: for I have espoused you to one husband, that I may present [you as] a chaste virgin to Christ.
3 Mas temo que, assim como a serpente enganou a Eva com sua astúcia, também assim em alguma maneira vossas mentes se corrompam da simplicidade que está em Cristo.
But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtilty, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ.
4 Porque se aquele que vem pregasse a outro Jesus que nós não temos pregado, ou [se] recebêsseis outro espírito que não recebestes, ou evangelho diferente do que aceitastes, certamente vós [o] aceitaríeis.
For if he that cometh preacheth another Jesus, whom we have not preached, or [if] ye receive another spirit, which ye have not received, or another gospel, which ye have not accepted, ye might well bear with [him].
5 Porque penso que eu em nada fui inferior aos mais excelentes apóstolos.
For I suppose I was not a whit behind the very chiefest apostles.
6 E se também sou rude na palavra, contudo não o sou no conhecimento; mas em tudo já estamos totalmente manifestos entre vós.
But though [I be] rude in speech, yet not in knowledge; but we have been throughly made manifest among you in all things.
7 Por acaso pequei ao humilhar a mim mesmo, para que vós fôsseis exaltados, por eu ter vos anunciado gratuitamente o Evangelho de Deus?
Have I committed an offence in abasing myself that ye might be exalted, because I have preached to you the gospel of God freely?
8 Eu tomei [o que era] de outras igrejas, ao receber salário, para servir a vós; e quando eu estava presente convosco, e tendo necessidade, a ninguém [incomodei] com algum encargo.
I robbed other churches, taking wages [of them], to do you service.
9 Porque os irmãos que vieram da Macedônia supriram minha falta; e em tudo eu me guardei de vos ser incômodo, e [ainda me] guardarei.
And when I was present with you, and wanted, I was chargeable to no man: for that which was lacking to me the brethren which came from Macedonia supplied: and in all [things] I have kept myself from being burdensome unto you, and [so] will I keep [myself].
10 A verdade de Cristo está em mim, [de modo] que este meu orgulho não me será impedido nas regiões da Acaia.
As the truth of Christ is in me, no man shall stop me of this boasting in the regions of Achaia.
11 Por que? Porque não vos amo? Deus o sabe.
Wherefore? because I love you not? God knoweth.
12 Mas o que eu faço, ainda o farei, para cortar a oportunidade daqueles que buscam oportunidade para serem considerados como nós naquilo em que se orgulham.
But what I do, that I will do, that I may cut off occasion from them which desire occasion; that wherein they glory, they may be found even as we.
13 Porque tais falsos apóstolos são trabalhadores fraudulentos, fingindo serem apóstolos de Cristo.
For such [are] false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ.
14 E isto não é algo maravilhoso; porque o mesmo Satanás se transforma [fingindo ser] anjo de luz.
And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.
15 Portanto não é muita [surpresa] se também seus trabalhadores se transformam, [fingindo serem] trabalhadores da justiça; o fim dos quais será conforme as suas obras.
Therefore [it is] no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works.
16 Outra vez digo, que ninguém pense que sou tolo; ou se não, recebei a mim como se eu fosse tolo, para que eu também me orgulhe um pouco.
I say again, Let no man think me a fool; if otherwise, yet as a fool receive me, that I may boast myself a little.
17 O que eu estou dizendo, não estou dizendo conforme o Senhor, mas sim como um tolo, nesta firme orgulho confiante.
That which I speak, I speak [it] not after the Lord, but as it were foolishly, in this confidence of boasting.
18 Porque muitos se orgulham segundo a carne; e também eu me orgulharei.
Seeing that many glory after the flesh, I will glory also.
19 Porque vós, sendo [tão] sábios, tolerais com boa vontade os tolos.
For ye suffer fools gladly, seeing ye [yourselves] are wise.
20 Pois vós tolerais se alguém vos põe como escravos, se alguém [vos] explora, se alguém se aproveita [de vós], se alguém age com arrogância, se alguém vos fere no rosto.
For ye suffer, if a man bring you into bondage, if a man devour [you], if a man take [of you], if a man exalt himself, if a man smite you on the face.
21 Eu digo como algo desonroso, como se tivéssemos estado fracos; mas naquilo em que algum outro é atrevido, eu também sou atrevido (falo como tolo).
I speak as concerning reproach, as though we had been weak. Howbeit whereinsoever any is bold, (I speak foolishly, ) I am bold also.
22 Eles são hebreus? Eu também. Eles são israelitas? Eu também. Eles são semente de Abraão? Eu também.
Are they Hebrews? so [am] I. Are they Israelites? so [am] I. Are they the seed of Abraham? so [am] I.
23 Eles são servidores de Cristo? (Falo como tolo: ) eu sou mais ainda; em trabalhos, muito mais; em feridas, mais; em prisões, muito mais; em [perigo] de morte, muitas vezes.
Are they ministers of Christ? (I speak as a fool) I [am] more; in labours more abundant, in stripes above measure, in prisons more frequent, in deaths oft.
24 Eu já recebi dos judeus cinco vezes quarenta [açoites] menos um.
Of the Jews five times received I forty [stripes] save one.
25 Por três vezes já fui espancado com varas, uma vez fui apedrejado, três vezes sofri naufrágios, passei uma noite e um dia [à deriva] no mar profundo;
Thrice was I beaten with rods, once was I stoned, thrice I suffered shipwreck, a night and a day I have been in the deep;
26 Muitas vezes em viagens, em perigos de rios, em perigos de assaltantes, em perigos dos da [minha] nação, em perigos dos gentios, em perigos na cidade, em perigos no deserto, em perigos no mar, em perigos entre falsos irmãos;
[In] journeyings often, [in] perils of waters, [in] perils of robbers, [in] perils by [mine own] countrymen, [in] perils by the heathen, [in] perils in the city, [in] perils in the wilderness, [in] perils in the sea, [in] perils among false brethren;
27 Em trabalho e fadiga, muitas vezes em vigílias, em fome e em sede, em jejuns muitas vezes, em frio e nudez.
In weariness and painfulness, in watchings often, in hunger and thirst, in fastings often, in cold and nakedness.
28 Além das coisas de fora, a cada dia me vem preocupações de todas as igrejas.
Beside those things that are without, that which cometh upon me daily, the care of all the churches.
29 Quem enfraquece, que eu também não enfraqueça? Quem sofre um tropeço na fé, que eu não me inflame?
Who is weak, and I am not weak? who is offended, and I burn not?
30 Se é necessário se orgulhar, eu me orgulharei das coisas relativas à minha fraqueza.
If I must needs glory, I will glory of the things which concern mine infirmities.
31 O Deus e Pai de nosso Senhor Jesus Cristo, que é bendito eternamente, sabe que eu não estou mentindo. (aiōn g165)
The God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which is blessed for evermore, knoweth that I lie not. (aiōn g165)
32 Em Damasco, o governador subordinado ao Rei Aretas pôs guardas na cidade dos damascenos, querendo me prender.
In Damascus the governor under Aretas the king kept the city of the Damascenes with a garrison, desirous to apprehend me:
33 E me fizeram descer num cesto por uma janela da muralha [da cidade], e [assim] escapei das mãos dele.
And through a window in a basket was I let down by the wall, and escaped his hands.
