1 Coríntios 16
1 E quanto à coleta que [se faz] para os santos, fazei também como ordenei às igrejas da Galácia.
Now about the collection for the saints, you are to do as I directed the churches of Galatia:
2 Cada primeiro [dia] da semana, cada um de vós ponha [alguma coisa] à pate, reservando [para isso] conforme a prosperidade que tiver obtido, para que, quando eu vier, não se façam coletas.
On the first day of every week, each of you should set aside a portion of his income, saving it up, so that when I come no collections will be needed.
3 E quando eu vier, enviarei aos que por cartas aprovardes, para que levem vossa doação para Jerusalém.
Then, on my arrival, I will send letters with those you recommend to carry your gift to Jerusalem.
4 E se for necessário que eu também vá, irão comigo.
And if it is advisable for me to go also, they can travel with me.
5 Mas virei até vós, depois de passar pela Macedônia (porque passarei pela Macedônia).
After I go through Macedonia, however, I will come to you; for I will be going through Macedonia.
6 E pode ser que eu fique [um tempo] convosco ou também passar o inverno, para que me envieis para onde quer que eu for.
Perhaps I will stay with you awhile, or even spend the winter, so that you can help me on my journey, wherever I go.
7 Porque eu não quero vos ver agora [apenas] de passagem; mas espero ficar convosco por algum tempo, se o Senhor o permitir.
For I do not want to see you now only in passing; I hope to spend some time with you, if the Lord permits.
8 Porém ficarei em Éfeso até o Pentecostes.
But I will stay in Ephesus until Pentecost,
9 Porque uma porta grande e eficaz se abriu para mim, e há muitos adversários.
because a great door for effective work has opened to me, even though many oppose me.
10 E se vier Timóteo, olhai para que ele esteja sem temor convosco; porque assim como eu, ele também faz a obra do Senhor.
If Timothy comes, see to it that he has nothing to fear while he is with you, for he is doing the work of the Lord, just as I am.
11 Portanto ninguém o despreze; mas enviai-o em paz, para que ele venha a mim; porque eu o espero com os irmãos.
No one, then, should treat him with contempt. Send him on his way in peace so that he can return to me, for I am expecting him along with the brothers.
12 E quanto ao irmão Apolo, muito roguei que ele viesse com os irmãos até vós; mas ele de maneira nenhuma teve vontade de vir por agora; porém oferecendo-se a ele boa oportunidade, ele virá.
Now about our brother Apollos: I strongly urged him to go to you with the brothers. He was not at all inclined to go now, but he will go when he has the opportunity.
13 Vigiai, ficai firmes na fé, sede corajosos, [e] vos esforçai.
Be on the alert. Stand firm in the faith. Be men of courage. Be strong.
14 Todas as vossas coisas sejam feitas em amor.
Do everything in love.
15 Vós sabeis que [os da] casa de Estéfanas foram os primeiros da Acaia, e que eles têm se dedicado ao trabalho dos santos; rogo-vos, pois, irmãos,
You know that Stephanas and his household were the first converts in Achaia, and they have devoted themselves to the service of the saints. Now I urge you, brothers,
16 Que também vos sujeiteis a eles, e a todo aquele que opera e trabalha junto [conosco].
to submit to such as these, and to every fellow worker and laborer.
17 E eu me alegro com a vinda de Estéfanas, e de Fortunato, e de Acaico, porque estes supriram o que de vossa [parte me] faltava.
I am glad that Stephanas, Fortunatus, and Achaicus have arrived, because they have supplied what was lacking from you.
18 Porque eles confortaram meu espírito, e [também] o vosso. Então reconhecei aos tais.
For they refreshed my spirit and yours as well. Show your appreciation, therefore, to such men.
19 As igrejas da Ásia vos saúdam. Áquila e Priscila vos saúdam-vos afetuosamente no Senhor, e também a igreja que está na casa deles.
The churches in the province of Asia send you greetings. Aquila and Prisca greet you warmly in the Lord, and so does the church that meets at their house.
20 Todos os irmãos vos saúdam. Saudai-vos uns as outros com beijo santo.
All the brothers here send you greetings. Greet one another with a holy kiss.
21 Saudação de minha [própria] mão, de Paulo.
This greeting is in my own hand—Paul.
22 Se alguém não ama ao Senhor Jesus Cristo seja anátema. Vem, Senhor.
If anyone does not love the Lord, let him be under a curse. Come, O Lord!
23 A graça do Senhor Jesus Cristo esteja convosco.
The grace of the Lord Jesus be with you.
