Salmos 130

1 Das profundezas a ti clamo, ó Senhor.

A song of ascents. Out of the depths I cry to You, O LORD!

2 Senhor, escuta a minha voz: sejam os teus ouvidos atentos à voz das minhas suplicas.

O Lord, hear my voice; let Your ears be attentive to my plea for mercy.

3 Se tu, Senhor, observares as iniquidades, Senhor, quem subsistirá?

If You, O LORD, kept track of iniquities, then who, O Lord, could stand?

4 Porém contigo está o perdão, para que sejas temido.

But with You there is forgiveness, so that You may be feared.

5 Aguardo ao Senhor; a minha alma o aguarda, e espero na sua palavra.

I wait for the LORD; my soul does wait, and in His word I put my hope.

6 A minha alma aguarda ao Senhor, mais do que os guardas pela manhã, mais do que aqueles que vigiam pela manhã.

My soul waits for the Lord more than watchmen wait for the morning— more than watchmen wait for the morning.

7 Espere Israel no Senhor, porque no Senhor há misericórdia, e nele há abundante redenção.

O Israel, put your hope in the LORD, for with the LORD is loving devotion, and with Him is redemption in abundance.

8 E ele remirá a Israel de todas as suas iniquidades.

And He will redeem Israel from all iniquity.
