Salmos 121

1 Levantarei os meus olhos para os montes, de onde vem a minha salvação.

A Song of Ascents. I will lift up mine eyes unto the mountains: from whence shall my help come?

2 O meu socorro vem do Senhor, que fez o céu e a terra.

My help cometh from the LORD, who made heaven and earth.

3 Não deixará vacilar o teu pé: aquele que te guarda não tosquenejará.

He will not suffer thy foot to be moved; He that keepeth thee will not slumber.

4 Eis que não tosquenejará nem dormirá o guarda de Israel.

Behold, He that keepeth Israel doth neither slumber nor sleep.

5 O Senhor é quem te guarda: o Senhor é a tua sombra à tua direita.

The LORD is thy keeper; the LORD is thy shade upon thy right hand.

6 O sol não te molestará de dia nem a lua de noite.

The sun shall not smite thee by day, nor the moon by night.

7 O Senhor te guardará de todo o mal: guardará a tua alma.

The LORD shall keep thee from all evil; He shall keep thy soul.

8 O Senhor guardará a tua entrada e a tua saída, desde agora e para sempre.

The LORD shall guard thy going out and thy coming in, from this time forth and for ever.
