Gênesis 46
1 E partiu Israel com tudo quanto tinha, e veio a Berseba, e sacrificou sacrifícios ao Deus de seu pai Isaac.
And Israel commenced his journey with all that he had, and came to Beer-sheba, and offered sacrifices unto the God of his father Isaac.
2 E falou Deus a Israel em visões da noite, e disse: Jacob, Jacob! E ele disse: Eis-me aqui.
And God spoke unto Israel in the visions of the night, and said, Jacob, Jacob. And he said, Here am I.
3 E disse: Eu sou o Deus, o Deus de teu pai; não temas de descer ao Egito, porque eu te farei ali uma grande nação.
And he said, I am God, the God of thy father; fear not to go down into Egypt; for a great nation will I make of thee there:
4 E descerei contigo ao Egito, e certamente te farei tornar a subir, e José porá a sua mão sobre os teus olhos.
I will go down with thee into Egypt; and I will also surely bring thee up again; and Joseph shall put his hand upon thy eyes.
5 Então levantou-se Jacob de Berseba, e os filhos de Israel levaram a seu pai Jacob, e seus meninos, e as suas mulheres, nos carros que faraó enviara para o levar.
And Jacob rose up from Beer-sheba: and the sons of Israel carried Jacob their father, and their little ones, and their wives, in the wagons which Pharaoh had sent to carry him.
6 E tomaram o seu gado e a sua fazenda que tinham adquirido na terra de Canaan, e vieram ao Egito, Jacob e toda a sua semente com ele,
And they took their cattle and their goods, which they had gotten in the land of Canaan, and came into Egypt; Jacob, and all his seed with him:
7 Os seus filhos, e os filhos de seus filhos com ele, as suas filhas, e as filhas de seus filhos, e toda a sua semente levou consigo ao Egito.
His sons, and his son's sons with him, his daughters, and his sons' daughters, and all his seed he brought with him into Egypt.
8 E estes são os nomes dos filhos de Israel, que vieram ao Egito, Jacob e seus filhos: Ruben, o primogênito de Jacob,
And these are the names of the children of Israel, that came into Egypt, Jacob and his sons: the first-born of Jacob, Reuben.
9 E os filhos de Ruben: Hanoch, e palu, e Hezron, e Carmi.
And the sons of Reuben: Chanoch, and Pallu, and Chezron, and Carmi.
10 E os filhos de Simeão: Jemuel, e Jamin, e Ohad, e Jachin, e Zohar, e Shaul, filho de uma mulher Cananeia.
And the sons of Simeon: Yemuel, and Yamin, and Ohad, and Yachin, and Zochar, and Shaul the son of the Canaanitish woman.
11 E os filhos de Levi: Gerson, Kohath, e Merari.
And the sons of Levi: Gershon, Kehath, and Merari.
12 E os filhos de Judá: Er, e Onan, e Sela, e Perez, e Serah; Er e Onan, porém, morreram na terra de Canaan; e os filhos de Perez foram Hezron e Hamul.
And the sons of Judah: 'Er, and Onan, and Shelah, and Perez, and Zerach; but 'Er and Onan died in the land of Canaan, and the sons of Perez were Chezron and Chamul.
13 E os filhos de Issacar: Tola, e Puah, e Iob, e Simron.
And the sons of Issachar: Tola, and Puvah, and Yob, and Shimron.
14 E os filhos de Zebulon: Sered, e Elon, e Jahleel.
And the sons of Zebulun: Sered, and Elon, and Yachleel.
15 Estes são os filhos de Leah, que pariu a Jacob em Paddan-aram, com Dinah, sua filha: todas as almas de seus filhos e de suas filhas foram trinta e três.
These are the sons of Leah, whom she bore unto Jacob in Padan-aram, with Dinah his daughter: all the souls of his sons and his daughters were thirty and three.
16 E os filhos de Gad: Ziphion, e Haggi, Shuni, e Ezbon, Eri, e Arodi, e Areli.
And the sons of Gad: Ziphyon, and Chaggi, Shuni, and Ezbon, 'Eri, and Arodi, and Areli.
17 E os filhos de Asher: Imnah, e Ischva, e Ischvi, e Beria, e Serah, a irmã deles: e os filhos de Beria: Eber e Malchiel.
And the sons of Asher: Yimnah, and Yishvah, and Yishvi, and Beriah, and Serach their sister; and the sons of Beriah: Cheber, and Malkiel.
18 Estes são os filhos de Zilpah, que Labão deu à sua filha Leah; e pariu a Jacob estas dezeseis almas.
These are the sons of Zilpah, whom Laban gave to Leah his daughter, and she bore these unto Jacob, sixteen souls.
19 Os filhos de Rachel, mulher de Jacob: José e Benjamin.
The sons of Rachel, Jacob's wife: Joseph and Benjamin.
20 E nasceram a José na terra do Egito Manasseh e Ephraim, que lhe pariu Asenath, filha de Potiphera, sacerdote de On.
And there were born unto Joseph in the land of Egypt Menasseh and Ephraim, whom Assenath the daughter of Poti-phera', the priest of On, bore unto him.
21 E os filhos de Benjamin: Belah, Becher, e Asbel, Gera, e, Naaman, Echi e Rosh, Muppim, e Huppim, e Ard.
And the sons of Benjamin: Bela', and Becher, and Ashbel, Gera, and Naaman, Echi, and Rosh, Muppim and Chuppim, and Ard.
22 Estes são os filhos de Rachel, que nasceram a Jacob, ao todo quatorze almas.
These are the sons of Rachel, that were born to Jacob: in all fourteen souls.
23 E os filhos de Dan: Husim.
And the son of Dan: Chushim.
24 E os filhos de Naphtali: Jahzeel, e Guni, e Jezer, e Shilem.
And the sons of Naphtali: Yachzeel, and Guni, and Yezer, and Shillem.
25 Estes são os filhos de Bilha, que Labão deu à sua filha Rachel; e pariu estes a Jacob; todas as almas foram sete.
These are the sons of Bilhah, whom Laban gave unto Rachel his daughter, and she bore these unto Jacob, in all seven souls.
26 Todas as almas que vieram com Jacob ao Egito, que sairam da sua coxa, sem as mulheres dos filhos de Jacob, todas foram sessenta e seis almas.
All the souls that came with Jacob into Egypt, that came out of his loins, besides the wives of Jacob's sons, were in all sixty and six souls.
27 E os filhos de José, que lhe nasceram no Egito, eram duas almas. Todas as almas da casa de Jacob, que vieram ao Egito, foram setenta.
And the sons of Joseph, who were born him in Egypt, were two souls; all the souls of the house of Jacob, that came into Egypt, were seventy.
28 E enviou a Judá diante da sua face a José, para o encaminhar a Gosen; e chegaram à terra de Gosen.
And Judah he sent before him unto Joseph, to direct him beforehand unto Goshen; and they came into the land of Goshen.
29 Então José aprontou o seu carro, e subiu ao encontro de Israel, seu pai, a Gosen. E, mostrando-se-lhe, lançou-se ao seu pescoço, e chorou sobre o seu pescoço longo tempo.
And Joseph made ready his chariot, and went up to meet Israel his father, to Goshen; and when he obtained sight of him, he fell on his neck, and wept on his neck a good while.
30 E Israel disse a José: Morra eu agora, pois já tenho visto o teu rosto, que ainda vives.
And Israel said unto Joseph, Let me die now, since I have seen thy face, that thou art yet alive.
31 Depois disse José a seus irmãos, e à casa de seu pai: Eu subirei, e anunciarei a faraó, e lhe direi: Meus irmãos, e a casa de meu pai, que estavam na terra de Canaan, vieram a mim!
And Joseph said unto his brothers, and unto his father's house, I will go up, and tell Pharaoh, and say unto him, My brothers and my father's house, who were in the land of Canaan, are come unto me;
32 E os varões são pastores de ovelhas, porque são homens de gado, e trouxeram consigo as suas ovelhas, e as suas vacas, e tudo o que tem.
And the men are shepherds, for they have been owners of cattle; and their flocks, and their herds, and all that they have, they have brought along.
33 Quando pois acontecer que faraó vos chamar, e disser: Qual é vosso negócio?
And it shall come to pass, if Pharaoh should have you called, and say, What is your occupation?
34 Então direis: Teus servos foram homens de gado desde a nossa mocidade até agora, tanto nós como os nossos pais; para que habitemos na terra de Gosen; porque todo o pastor de ovelhas é abominação aos egípcios.
That ye shall say, Owners of cattle have thy servants been from our youth even until now, both we, as also our fathers; in order that ye may dwell in the land of Goshen; for every shepherd is an abomination unto the Egyptians.
