2 Coríntios 4
1 Pelo que, tendo este ministério, segundo a misericórdia que nos foi feita, não desfalecemos,
Therefore seeing we have this ministry, as we have received mercy, we faint not;
2 Antes, rejeitamos as coisas que por vergonha se ocultam, não andando com astúcia nem falsificando a palavra de Deus, mas recomendando-nos à consciência de todo o homem, na presença de Deus, pela manifestação da verdade.
But have renounced the hidden things of dishonesty, not walking in craftiness, nor handling the word of YHWH deceitfully; but by manifestation of the truth commending ourselves to every man's conscience in the sight of Elohim.
3 Porém, se também o nosso evangelho está encoberto, para os que se perdem está encoberto:
But if our evangel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost:
4 Nos quais o Deus deste século cegou os entendimentos dos incrédulos, para que lhes não resplandeça a luz do evangelho da glória de Cristo, que é a imagem de Deus. (aiōn g165)
In whom the elohim of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious evangel of the Messiah, who is the image of YHWH, should shine unto them. (aiōn g165)
5 Porque não nos pregamos a nós mesmos, mas a Cristo Jesus, o Senhor; e nós mesmos somos vossos servos por amor de Jesus.
For we preach not ourselves, but the Messiah Yahushua the Master; and ourselves your servants for Yahushua ' sake.
6 Porque Deus, que disse que das trevas resplandecesse a luz, é quem resplandeceu em nossos corações, para iluminação do conhecimento da glória de Deus, na face de Jesus Cristo.
For YHWH, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of YHWH in the face of Yahushua the Messiah.
7 Temos, porém, este tesouro em vasos de barro, para que a excelência do poder seja de Deus, e não de nós.
But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of YHWH, and not of us.
8 Em tudo somos atribulados, porém não angustiados: perplexos, porém não desesperados:
We are troubled on every side, yet not distressed; we are perplexed, but not in despair;
9 Perseguidos, porém não desamparados: abatidos, porém não perdidos:
Persecuted, but not forsaken; cast down, but not destroyed;
10 Trazendo sempre por toda a parte a mortificação do Senhor Jesus no nosso corpo, para que a vida de Jesus se manifeste também em nossos corpos;
Always bearing about in the body the dying of the Master Yahushua, that the life also of Yahushua might be made manifest in our body.
11 Porque nós, que vivemos, estamos sempre entregues à morte por amor de Jesus, para que a vida de Jesus se manifeste também em a nossa carne mortal.
For we which live are alway delivered unto death for Yahushua ' sake, that the life also of Yahushua might be made manifest in our mortal flesh.
12 De maneira que em nós obra a morte, porém em vós a vida.
So then death worketh in us, but life in you.
13 E temos portanto o mesmo espírito de fé, como está escrito: Cri, por isso falei: nós cremos também, por isso também falamos.
We having the same spirit of faith, according as it is written, I believed, and therefore have I spoken; we also believe, and therefore speak;
14 Sabendo que o que resuscitou o Senhor Jesus, nos resuscitará também por Jesus; e nos colocará convosco.
Knowing that he which raised up the Master Yahushua shall raise up us also by Yahushua, and shall present us with you.
15 Porque todas estas coisas são por amor de vós, para que a graça, que abunda pela ação de graças de muitos abunde para glória de Deus.
For all things are for your sakes, that the abundant favour might through the thanksgiving of many redound to the glory of YHWH.
16 Por isso não desfalecemos: mas, ainda que o nosso homem exterior se corrompa, o interior, contudo, se renova de dia em dia,
For which cause we faint not; but though our outward man perish, yet the inward man is renewed day by day.
17 Porque a nossa leve e momentanea tribulação produz-nos um peso eterno de glória mui excelente; (aiōnios g166)
For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory; (aiōnios g166)
18 Não atentando nós nas coisas que se veem, mas nas que se não veem; porque as que se veem são temporais, e as que se não veem são eternas. (aiōnios g166)
While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal. (aiōnios g166)
