1 Crônicas 24
1 E quanto aos filhos de Aarão, estes foram as suas divisões: os filhos de Aarão foram Nadab, e Abihu, e Eleazar e Ithamar.
And the divisions of the sons of Aaron were: The sons of Aaron were Nadab, and Abihu, El'azar, and Ithamar.
2 E morreram Nadab e Abihu antes de seu pai, e não tiveram filhos: e Eleazar e Ithamar administravam o sacerdócio.
But Nadab and Abihu died before their father, and they had no children: and El'azar and Ithamar became priests.
3 E David os repartiu, como também a Zadok, dos filhos de Eleazar, e Ahimelech, dos filhos de Ithamar, segundo o seu ofício no seu ministério.
And David divided them off with Zadok of the sons of El'azar', and Achimelech of the sons of Ithamar, to their office in their service.
4 E achou-se que eram muitos mais os filhos de Eleazar entre os chefes de famílias do que os filhos de Ithamar, quando os repartiram: dos filhos de Eleazar dezeseis chefes das casas dos pais, mas dos filhos de Ithamar, segundo as casas de seus pais, oito.
And the sons of El'azar were found more numerous in the chiefs of males than the sons of Ithamar; and they divided them accordingly. Of the sons of El'azar there were sixteen chiefs of the family divisions, and of the sons of Ithamar, eight for their family divisions.
5 E os repartiram por sortes, uns com os outros; porque houve maiorais do santuário e maiorais da casa de Deus, assim dentre os filhos de Eleazar, como dentre os filhos de Ithamar.
And they divided them off by lot, both the first and the last; for the governors of the sanctuary, and governors [of the house] of God, were from the sons of El'azar, and from the sons of Ithamar.
6 E os registou Semaias, filho de Nathanael, o escrivão dentre os levitas, perante o rei, e os príncipes, e Zadok, o sacerdote, e Ahimelech, filho de Abiathar, e os chefes dos pais entre os sacerdotes, e entre os levitas: uma dentre as casas dos pais se tomou para Eleazar, e se tomou outra para Ithamar.
And Shema'yah the son of Nethanel the scribe, one of the Levites, wrote them down before the king, and the princes, and Zadok the priest, and Achimelech the son of Ebyathar, and the chiefs of the families of the priests and Levites: one family division being drawn of El'azar, and one being equally drawn of Ithamar.
7 E saiu a primeira sorte a Jojarib, a segunda a Jedaias,
And there came out the first lot for Jehoyarib, for Jeda'yah the second,
8 A terceira a Harim, a quarta a Seorim,
For Charim the third, for Se'orim the fourth,
9 A quinta a Malchias, a sexta a Mihamin.
For Malkiyah the fifth, for Miyamin the sixth.
10 A sétima a Hakkos, a oitava a Abias,
For Hakkoz the seventh, for Abiyah the eighth,
11 A nona a Jesua, a décima a Sechanias,
For Jeshua' the ninth, for Shechanyahu the tenth,
12 A undécima a Eliasib, a duodécima a Jakim,
For Elyashib the eleventh, for Jakim the twelfth,
13 A décima terceira a Huppa, a décima quarta a Jesebeab,
For Chuppah the thirteenth, for Jeshehah the fourteenth,
14 A décima quinta a Bilga, a décima sexta a Immer,
For Bilgah the fifteenth, for Immer the sixteenth,
15 A décima sétima a Hezir, a décima oitava a Happises,
For Chezir the seventeenth, for Happizzez the eighteenth,
16 A décima nona a Petahias, a vigésima a Jehezkel,
For Pethachyah the nineteenth, for Ezekiel the twentieth.
17 A vigésima primeira a Jachin, a vigésima segunda a Gamul,
For Jachin the one and twentieth, for Gamul the two and twentieth,
18 A vigésima terceira a Delaias, a vigésima quarta a Maazias.
For Delayahu the three and twentieth, for Ma'azyahu the four and twentieth.
19 O ofício destes no seu ministério era entrar na casa do Senhor, segundo lhes fôra ordenado por Aarão seu pai, como o Senhor Deus de Israel lhe tinha ordenado.
This was their office in their service to come into the house of the Lord, according to the manner prescribed to them, under the supervision of Aaron their father, as the Lord the God of Israel had commanded him.
20 E do resto dos filhos de Levi: dos filhos de Amram, Subael: dos filhos de Subael, Jehdias.
And of the rest of the sons of Levi there were, of the sons of 'Amram: Shubael. Of the sons of Shubael: Jechdeyahu.
21 Quanto a Rehabias: dos filhos de Rehabias Issias era chefe;
Concerning Rechabyahu, of the sons of Rechabyahu the chief was Yishiyah.
22 Dos isharitas, Selomoth; dos filhos de Selomoth, Jahoth;
Of the Yisharites was Shelomoth: of the sons of Shelomoth was Jachath.
23 E dos filhos de Hebron, Jerias o primeiro, Amarias o segundo, Jahaziel o terceiro, Jekamam o quarto;
And the sons [of Hebron]: Jeriyah, Amaryahu the second, Jachaziel the third, Jekam'am the fourth.
24 Dos filhos de Uziel, Micha; dos filhos de Micha, Samir;
[Of] the sons of 'Uzziel, Michah: of the sons of Michah, Shamir.
25 O irmão de Micha, Issias; dos filhos de Issias, Zacarias;
The brother of Michah was Yishiyah; of the sons of Yishiyah, Zecharyahu.
26 Os filhos de Merari, Maheli e Musi; dos filhos de Jaazias, Beno;
The sons of Merari were Machli and Mushi: the sons of Ja'aziyahu, Beno.
27 Os filhos de Merari de Jaazias, Beno, e Soham, e Zaccur, e Hibri;
The sons of Merari by Ja'aziyahu: Beno, and Shoham, and Zaccur, and 'Ibri.
28 De Maheli, Eleazar: e este não teve filhos.
Of Machli: El'azar, who had no sons.
29 Quanto a Kis: dos filhos de Kis, Jerahmeel;
Of Kish: The son of Kish was Jerachmeel.
30 E os filhos, de Musi, Maheli, e Eder, e Jerimoth; estes foram os filhos dos levitas, segundo as suas casas paternas.
And the sons of Mushi were Machli, and 'Eder, and Jerimoth. These were the sons of the Levites after their family divisions.
31 E também eles lançaram sortes igualmente com seus irmãos, os filhos de Aarão, perante o rei David, e Zadok, e Ahimelech, e os chefes dos pais entre os sacerdotes e entre os levitas: o chefe da casa dos pais e bem assim seu irmão menor.
These likewise cast lots in the same manner as their brethren the sons of Aaron in the presence of king David, and Zadok, and Achimelech, and the chiefs of the families of the priests and Levites, even the principal of the families equally with his youngest brother.
