Zacarias 13

1 N'aquelle dia haverá uma fonte aberta para a casa de David, e para os habitantes de Jerusalem, contra o peccado, e contra a immundicia.

In that day there shall be a fountain opened to the house of David and to the inhabitants of Jerusalem for sin and for uncleanness.

2 E será n'aquelle dia, diz o Senhor dos Exercitos, que desfarei da terra os nomes dos idolos, e d'elles não se fará mais memoria; e tambem farei sair da terra os prophetas e o espirito da immundicia.

And it shall come to pass in that day, saith the LORD of hosts, that I will cut off the names of the idols out of the land, and they shall no more be remembered: and also I will cause the prophets and the unclean spirit to pass out of the land.

3 E será que, quando alguem prophetizar mais, seu pae e sua mãe, que o geraram, lhe dirão: Não viverás, porque fallaste mentira em nome do Senhor; e seu pae e sua mãe, que o geraram, o traspassarão quando prophetizar.

And it shall come to pass, that when any shall yet prophesy, then his father and his mother that begat him shall say to him, Thou shalt not live; for thou speakest lies in the name of the LORD: and his father and his mother that begat him shall thrust him through when he prophesieth.

4 E será n'aquelle dia que os prophetas se envergonharão, cada um da sua visão, quando prophetizar; nem elles se vestirão mais de manto de pellos, para mentirem.

And it shall come to pass in that day, that the prophets shall be ashamed every one of his vision, when he hath prophesied; neither shall they wear a rough garment to deceive:

5 E dirão: Não sou propheta, lavrador sou da terra; porque certo homem para isso me adquiriu desde a minha mocidade.

But he shall say, I am no prophet, I am a farmer; for man taught me to keep cattle from my youth.

6 E se alguem lhe disser: Que são estas feridas nas tuas mãos? Dirá elle: Feridas são com que fui ferido em casa dos meus amadores.

And one shall say to him, What are these wounds in thy hands? Then he shall answer, Those with which I was wounded in the house of my friends.

7 Ó espada, desperta-te contra o meu Pastor e contra o varão que é o meu companheiro, diz o Senhor dos Exercitos: fere ao Pastor, e espalhar-se-hão as ovelhas; mas volverei a minha mão para os pequenos.

Awake, O sword, against my shepherd, and against the man that is my companion, saith the LORD of hosts: smite the shepherd, and the sheep shall be scattered: and I will turn my hand upon the little ones.

8 E será em toda a terra, diz o Senhor, que as duas partes d'ella serão extirpadas, e expirarão; mas a terceira parte restará n'ella.

And it shall come to pass, that in all the land, saith the LORD, two parts in it shall be cut off and die; but the third shall be left in it.

9 E farei passar esta terceira parte pelo fogo, e a purificarei, como se purifica a prata, e a provarei, como se prova o oiro: ella invocará o meu nome, e eu a ouvirei; direi: Meu povo é, e ella dirá: O Senhor é o meu Deus.

And I will bring the third part through the fire, and will refine them as silver is refined, and will try them as gold is tried: they shall call on my name, and I will hear them: I will say, It is my people: and they shall say, The LORD is my God.
