Salmos 26

1 Julga-me, Senhor, pois tenho andado em minha sinceridade; tenho confiado tambem no Senhor; não vacillarei.

BY DAVID. Judge me, O YHWH, for I have walked in my integrity, And I have trusted in YHWH, I do not slide.

2 Examina-me, Senhor, e prova-me: esquadrinha os meus rins e o meu coração.

Try me, O YHWH, and prove me, My reins and my heart [are] purified,

3 Porque a tua benignidade está diante dos meus olhos; e tenho andado na tua verdade.

For Your kindness [is] before my eyes, And I have habitually walked in Your truth.

4 Não me tenho assentado com homens vãos, nem converso com os homens dissimulados.

I have not sat with vain men, And I do not enter with pretenders.

5 Tenho aborrecido a congregação de malfeitores; nem me ajunto com os impios.

I have hated the assembly of evildoers, And I do not sit with the wicked.

6 Lavo as minhas mãos na innocencia; e assim andarei, Senhor, ao redor do teu altar.

I wash my hands in innocence, And I go around Your altar, O YHWH.

7 Para publicar com voz de louvor, e contar todas as tuas maravilhas.

To sound with a voice of confession, And to recount all Your wonders.

8 Senhor, eu tenho amado a habitação da tua casa e o logar onde permanece a tua gloria.

YHWH, I have loved the habitation of Your house, And the place of the Dwelling Place of Your glory.

9 Não apanhes a minha alma com os peccadores, nem a minha vida com os homens sanguinolentos,

Do not gather my soul with sinners, And my life with men of blood,

10 Em cujas mãos ha maleficio, e cuja mão direita está cheia de subornos.

In whose hand [is] a wicked scheme, And their right hand [is] full of bribes.

11 Mas eu ando na minha sinceridade; livra-me e tem piedade de mim.

And I walk in my integrity, Redeem me, and favor me.

12 O meu pé está posto em caminho plano; nas congregações louvarei ao Senhor.

My foot has stood in uprightness, In assemblies I bless YHWH!
