1 Louvae ao Senhor. Louvae ao Senhor desde os céus, louvae-o nas alturas.
Hallelujah. Praise ye the LORD from the heavens; praise Him in the heights.
2 Louvae-o, todos os seus anjos; louvae-o todos os seus exercitos.
Praise ye Him, all His angels; praise ye Him, all His hosts.
3 Louvae-o, sol e lua; louvae-o, todas as estrellas luzentes.
Praise ye Him, sun and moon; praise Him, all ye stars of light.
4 Louvae-o, céus dos céus, e as aguas que estão sobre os céus.
Praise Him, ye heavens of heavens, and ye waters that are above the heavens.
5 Louvem o nome do Senhor, pois mandou, e logo foram creados.
Let them praise the name of the LORD; for He commanded, and they were created.
6 E os confirmou para sempre, e lhes deu uma lei que não ultra-passarão.
He hath also established them for ever and ever; He hath made a decree which shall not be transgressed.
7 Louvae ao Senhor desde a terra: vós, baleias, e todos os abysmos,
Praise the LORD from the earth, ye sea-monsters, and all deeps;
8 Fogo e saraiva, neve e vapores, e vento tempestuoso que executa a sua palavra:
Fire and hail, snow and vapour, stormy wind, fulfilling His word;
9 Montes e todos os outeiros, arvores fructiferas e todos os cedros:
Mountains and all hills, fruitful trees and all cedars;
10 As feras e todos os gados, reptis e aves voadoras:
Beasts and all cattle, creeping things and winged fowl;
11 Reis da terra e todos os povos, principes e todos os juizes da terra:
Kings of the earth and all peoples, princes and all judges of the earth;
12 Mancebos e donzellas, velhos e creanças,
Both young men and maidens, old men and children;
13 Louvem o nome do Senhor, pois só o seu nome é exaltado: a sua gloria está sobre a terra e o céu.
Let them praise the name of the LORD, for His name alone is exalted; His glory is above the earth and heaven.
14 Elle tambem exalta o poder do seu povo, o louvor de todos os seus sanctos, dos filhos de Israel, um povo que lhe é chegado. Louvae ao Senhor.
And He hath lifted up a horn for His people, a praise for all His saints, even for the children of Israel, a people near unto Him. Hallelujah.
