Salmos 141
1 Senhor, a ti clamo, escuta-me; inclina os teus ouvidos á minha voz, quando a ti clamar.
A Psalm of David. O Lord, I have cried to you; hear me: attend to the voice of my supplication, when I cry to you.
2 Suba a minha oração perante a tua face como incenso, e as minhas mãos levantadas sejam como o sacrificio da tarde.
Let my prayer be set forth before you as incense; the lifting up of my hands [as] an evening sacrifice.
3 Põe, ó Senhor, uma guarda á minha bocca: guarda a porta dos meus labios.
Set a watch, O Lord, on my mouth, and a strong door about by lips.
4 Não inclines o meu coração a coisas más, a praticar obras más, com aquelles que obram a iniquidade; e não coma das suas delicias.
Incline not my heart to evil things, to employ pretexts for sins, with me who work iniquity: and I will not. let me not unite with their choice ones.
5 Fira-me o justo, será uma benignidade; e reprehenda-me, será um excellente oleo, que me não quebrará a cabeça; porque orarei nas suas proprias calamidades.
The righteous shall chasten me with mercy, and reprove me: but let not the oil of the sinner anoint my head: for yet shall my prayer also be in their pleasures.
6 Quando os seus juizes forem derribados pelos lados da rocha, ouvirão as minhas palavras, pois são agradaveis.
Their mighty ones have been swallowed up near the rock: they shall hear my words, for they are sweet.
7 Os nossos ossos são espalhados á bocca da sepultura como se alguem fendera e partira lenha em terra. (Sheol h7585)
As a lump of earth is crushed upon the ground, our bones have been scattered by the [mouth of] the grave. (Sheol h7585)
8 Mas os meus olhos te contemplam, o Deus, Senhor: em ti confio; não desnudes a minha alma.
For mine eyes are to you, O Lord God: I have hoped in you; take not away my life.
9 Guarda-me dos laços que me armaram; e dos laços corrediços dos que obram a iniquidade.
Keep me from the snare which they have set for me, and from the stumbling blocks of them that work iniquity.
10 Caiam os impios nas suas proprias redes, até que eu tenha escapado inteiramente.
Sinners shall fall by their own net: I am alone until I shall escape.
