Isaías 65
1 Fui buscado dos que não perguntavam por mim, fui achado de aquelles que me não buscavam: a um povo que se não chamava do meu nome eu disse: Eis-me aqui.
I am sought of them that asked not for me; I am found of them that sought me not: I said, Behold me, behold me, unto a nation that was not called by my name.
2 Estendi as minhas mãos todo o dia a um povo rebelde, que caminha por caminho não bom, após os seus pensamentos:
I have spread out my hands all the day unto a rebellious people, which walketh in a way that was not good, after their own thoughts;
3 Povo que me irrita diante da minha face de continuo, sacrificando em jardins e queimando incenso sobre tijolos;
A people that provoketh me to anger continually to my face; that sacrificeth in gardens, and burneth incense upon altars of brick;
4 Assentando-se junto ás sepulturas, e passando as noites junto aos logares secretos: comendo carne de porco, e tendo caldo de coisas abominaveis nos seus vasos.
Which remain among the graves, and lodge in the monuments, which eat swine’s flesh, and broth of abominable things is in their vessels;
5 E dizem: Tira-te lá, e não te chegues a mim, porque sou mais sancto do que tu. Estes são um fumo no meu nariz, um fogo que arde todo o dia.
Which say, Stand by thyself, come not near to me; for I am holier than thou. These are a smoke in my nose, a fire that burneth all the day.
6 Eis que está escripto diante de mim: não me calarei; porém eu pagarei, e pagarei no seu seio,
Behold, it is written before me: I will not keep silence, but will recompense, even recompense into their bosom,
7 As vossas iniquidades, e juntamente as iniquidades de vossos paes, diz o Senhor, que queimaram incenso nos montes, e me affrontaram nos outeiros: pelo que lhes tornarei a medir o galardão das suas obras antigas no seu seio.
Your iniquities, and the iniquities of your fathers together, saith Yhwh, which have burned incense upon the mountains, and blasphemed me upon the hills: therefore will I measure their former work into their bosom.
8 Assim diz o Senhor: Como quando se acha mosto n'um cacho de uvas, dizem: Não o desperdices, pois ha benção n'elle; assim eu o farei por amor de meus servos, que os não destrua a todos.
Thus saith Yhwh, As the new wine is found in the cluster, and one saith, Destroy it not; for a blessing is in it: so will I do for my servants’ sakes, that I may not destroy them all.
9 E produzirei semente de Jacob, e de Judah um herdeiro, que possua os meus montes; e os meus eleitos herdarão a terra e os meus servos habitarão ali.
And I will bring forth a seed out of Jacob, and out of Judah an inheritor of my mountains: and mine elect shall inherit it, and my servants shall dwell there.
10 E Saron servirá de curral de ovelhas, e o valle de Achor de malhada de gados, para o meu povo, que me buscou.
And Sharon shall be a fold of flocks, and the valley of Achor a place for the herds to lie down in, for my people that have sought me.
11 Mas a vós, os que vos apartaes do Senhor, os que vos esqueceis do meu sancto monte, os que pondes a mesa ao exercito, e os que misturaes a bebida para o numero,
But ye are they that forsake Yhwh, that forget my holy mountain, that prepare a table for that troop, and that furnish the drink offering unto that number.
12 Tambem eu vos contarei á espada, e todos vos encurvareis á matança; porquanto chamei, e não respondestes; fallei, e não ouvistes: mas fizestes o que mal parece aos meus olhos, e escolhestes aquillo em que não tinha prazer.
Therefore will I number you to the sword, and ye shall all bow down to the slaughter: because when I called, ye did not answer; when I spake, ye did not hear; but did evil before mine eyes, and did choose that wherein I delighted not.
13 Pelo que assim diz o Senhor Jehovah: Eis que os meus servos comerão, porém vós padecereis fome: eis que os meus servos beberão, porém vós tereis sêde: eis que os meus servos se alegrarão, porém vós vos envergonhareis:
Therefore thus saith the Lord Yhwh, Behold, my servants shall eat, but ye shall be hungry: behold, my servants shall drink, but ye shall be thirsty: behold, my servants shall rejoice, but ye shall be ashamed:
14 Eis que os meus servos exultarão do bom animo, porém vós gritareis de tristeza de animo; e uivareis pelo quebrantamento de espirito.
Behold, my servants shall sing for joy of heart, but ye shall cry for sorrow of heart, and shall howl for vexation of spirit.
15 E deixareis o vosso nome aos meus eleitos por maldição; e o Senhor Jehovah te matará; e a seus servos chamará por outro nome.
And ye shall leave your name for a curse unto my chosen: for the Lord Yhwh shall slay thee, and call his servants by another name:
16 Assim que aquelle que se bemdisser na terra, se bemdirá no Deus da verdade; e aquelle que jurar na terra, jurará pelo Deus da verdade; porque já estão esquecidas as angustias passadas, e porque já estão encobertas de diante dos meus olhos
That he who blesseth himself in the earth shall bless himself in the God of truth; and he that sweareth in the earth shall swear by the God of truth; because the former troubles are forgotten, and because they are hid from mine eyes.
17 Porque, eis que eu crio céus novos e terra nova; e não haverá mais lembrança das coisas passadas, nem mais subirão ao coração.
For, behold, I create new heavens and a new earth: and the former shall not be remembered, nor come into mind.
18 Porém vós folgareis e exultareis perpetuamente no que eu crio; porque eis que crio a Jerusalem uma alegria, e ao seu povo um gozo.
But be ye glad and rejoice for ever in that which I create: for, behold, I create Jerusalem a rejoicing, and her people a joy.
19 E folgarei em Jerusalem, e exultarei no meu povo; e nunca mais se ouvirá n'ella voz de choro nem voz de clamor.
And I will rejoice in Jerusalem, and joy in my people: and the voice of weeping shall be no more heard in her, nor the voice of crying.
20 Não haverá mais d'ali n'ella mamante de poucos dias, nem velho que não cumpra os seus dias; porque o mancebo morrerá de cem annos; porém o peccador de cem annos será amaldiçoado.
There shall be no more thence an infant of days, nor an old man that hath not filled his days: for the child shall die an hundred years old; but the sinner being an hundred years old shall be accursed.
21 E edificarão casas, e as habitarão; e plantarão vinhas, e comerão o seu fructo.
And they shall build houses, and inhabit them; and they shall plant vineyards, and eat the fruit of them.
22 Não edificarão para que outros habitem; não plantarão para que outros comam; porque os dias do meu povo serão como os dias da arvore, e os meus eleitos gozarão das obras das suas mãos até á velhice.
They shall not build, and another inhabit; they shall not plant, and another eat: for as the days of a tree are the days of my people, and mine elect shall long enjoy the work of their hands.
23 Não trabalharão debalde, nem parirão para a perturbação; porque são a semente dos bemditos do Senhor, e os seus descendentes com elles
They shall not labour in vain, nor bring forth for trouble; for they are the seed of the blessed of Yhwh, and their offspring with them.
24 E será que antes que clamem eu responderei: estando elles ainda fallando, eu os ouvirei.
And it shall come to pass, that before they call, I will answer; and while they are yet speaking, I will hear.
25 O lobo e o cordeiro se apascentarão ambos juntos, e o leão comerá palha como o boi: e pó será a comida da serpente. Não farão mal nem damno algum em todo o meu sancto monte, diz o Senhor
The wolf and the lamb shall feed together, and the lion shall eat straw like the bullock: and dust shall be the serpent’s meat. They shall not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain, saith Yhwh.
