Oséias 3

1 E o Senhor me disse: Vae outra vez, ama uma mulher, amada de seu amigo, comtudo adultera, como o Senhor ama os filhos de Israel; mas elles olham para outros deuses, e amam os frascos das uvas.

And Jehovah said to me, Go again, love a woman beloved of her friend, and an adulteress, even as Jehovah loves the sons of Israel, though they turn to other gods, and love cakes of raisins.

2 E a comprei para mim por quinze dinheiros de prata, e um homer de cevada, e meio homer de cevada;

So I bought her to me for fifteen pieces of silver, and a homer of barley, and a half-homer of barley.

3 E lhe disse: Tu ficarás para mim muitos dias (não fornicarás, nem serás de outro homem), e tambem eu ficarei para ti.

And I said to her, Thou shall abide for me many days. Thou shall not play the harlot, and thou shall not be any man's wife. So I will also be toward thee.

4 Porque os filhos de Israel ficarão por muitos dias sem rei, e sem principe, e sem sacrificio, e sem estatua, e sem ephod, e sem teraphim.

For the sons of Israel shall abide many days without king, and without ruler, and without sacrifice, and without pillar, and without ephod or teraphim.

5 Depois tornarão os filhos de Israel, e buscarão ao Senhor seu Deus, e a David, seu rei; e temerão ao Senhor, e á sua bondade, no fim dos dias.

Afterward the sons of Israel shall return and seek Jehovah their God and David their king, and shall come with fear to Jehovah and to his goodness in the latter days.
