Gênesis 4
1 E conheceu Adão a Eva, sua mulher, e ella concebeu e pariu a Caim, e disse: Alcancei do Senhor um varão.
And the man he knew Eve wife his and she conceived and she bore Cain and she said I have acquired a man with Yahweh.
2 E pariu mais a seu irmão Abel: e Abel foi pastor de ovelhas, e Caim foi lavrador da terra.
And she repeated to give birth to brother his Abel and he was Abel a herder of sheep and Cain he was a tiller of [the] ground.
3 E aconteceu ao cabo de dias que Caim trouxe do fructo da terra uma offerta ao Senhor.
And it happened from [the] end of days and he brought Cain some of [the] fruit of the ground an offering to Yahweh.
4 E Abel tambem trouxe dos primogenitos das suas ovelhas, e da sua gordura: e attentou o Senhor para Abel e para a sua offerta,
And Abel he brought also he some of [the] firstborn of flock his and some of fat their and he looked Yahweh to Abel and to offering his.
5 Mas para Caim e para a sua offerta não attentou. E irou-se Caim fortemente, e descaiu-lhe o seu semblante.
And to Cain and to offering his not he looked and burned to Cain exceedingly and they fell face his.
6 E o Senhor disse a Caim: Porque te iraste? E porque descaiu o teu semblante?
And he said Yahweh to Cain why? does it burn to you and why? have they fallen face your.
7 Se bem fizeres, não haverá acceitação para ti? se não fizeres bem, o peccado jaz á porta, e para ti será o seu desejo, e sobre elle dominarás.
¿ Not if you will do well lifting up and if not you will do well to the door sin [is] crouching and [is] to you desire its and you you will rule over it.
8 E fallou Caim com o seu irmão Abel: e succedeu que, estando elles no campo, se levantou Caim contra o seu irmão Abel, e o matou.
And he said Cain to Abel brother his (let us go [into] the field *X*) and it was when were they in the field and he rose up Cain against Abel brother his and he killed him.
9 E disse o Senhor a Caim: Onde está Abel, teu irmão? E elle disse: Não sei: sou eu guardador do meu irmão?
And he said Yahweh to Cain where? [is] Abel brother your and he said not I know ¿ [the] keeper of brother my [am] I.
10 E disse Deus: Que fizeste? A voz do sangue do teu irmão clama a mim desde a terra.
And he said what? have you done [the] voice of [the] blood of brother your [are] crying out to me from the ground.
11 E agora maldito és tu desde a terra, que abriu a sua bocca para receber o sangue do teu irmão da tua mão.
And now [are] cursed you from the ground which has opened mouth its to receive [the] blood of brother your from hand your.
12 Quando lavrares a terra, não te dará mais a sua força: fugitivo e vagabundo serás na terra.
For you will till the ground not will repeat to give produce its to you a wanderer and a fugitive you will be on the earth.
13 Então disse Caim ao Senhor: É maior a minha maldade que a que possa ser perdoada.
And he said Cain to Yahweh [is too] great punishment my for bearing.
14 Eis que hoje me lanças da face da terra, e da tua face me esconderei; e serei fugitivo e vagabundo na terra, e será que todo aquelle que me achar, me matará.
Here! you have driven away me this day from on [the] surface of the ground and from before you I will be hidden and I will be a wanderer and a fugitive on the earth and it will be every [one who] finds me he will kill me.
15 O Senhor porém disse-lhe: Portanto qualquer que matar a Caim, sete vezes será castigado. E poz o Senhor um signal em Caim, para que o não ferisse qualquer que o achasse.
And he said to him Yahweh therefore any [one who] kills Cain sevenfold he will be avenged and he appointed Yahweh for Cain a sign to not to strike him any [one who] found him.
16 E saiu Caim de diante da face do Senhor, e habitou na terra de Nod, da banda do oriente do Eden.
And he went out Cain from to before Yahweh and he dwelt in [the] land of Nod [the] east of Eden.
17 E conheceu Caim a sua mulher, e ella concebeu, e pariu a Enoch: e elle edificou uma cidade, e chamou o nome da cidade pelo nome de seu filho Enoch:
And he knew Cain wife his and she conceived and she bore Enoch and he was building a city and he called [the] name of the city according to [the] name of son his Enoch.
18 E a Enoch nasceu Irad, e Irad gerou a Mehujael, e Mehujael gerou a Methusael e Methusael gerou a Lamech.
And he was born to Enoch Irad and Irad he fathered Mehujael and Mehujael he fathered Methushael and Methushael he fathered Lamech.
19 E tomou Lamech para si duas mulheres: o nome d'uma era Ada, e o nome da outra, Zilla.
And he took for himself Lamech two wives [the] name of the one [was] Adah and [the] name of the second [was] Zillah.
20 E Ada pariu a Jabal: este foi o pae dos que habitam em tendas, e teem gado.
And she bore Adah Jabal he he was [the] father of dweller[s] of tent and livestock.
21 E o nome do seu irmão era Jubal: este foi o pae de todos os que tocam harpa e orgão.
And [the] name of brother his [was] Jubal he he was [the] father of every player of harp and flute.
22 E Zilla tambem pariu a Tubalcaim, mestre de toda a obra de cobre e de ferro: e a irmã de Tubalcaim foi Naama.
And Zillah also she she bore Tubal-Cain a sharpener of every worker of bronze and iron and [was] [the] sister of Tubal-Cain Naamah.
23 E disse Lamech a suas mulheres: Ada e Zilla, ouvi a minha voz; vós, mulheres de Lamech, escutae o meu dito; porque eu matei um varão por minha ferida, e um mancebo por minha pisadura.
And he said Lamech to wives his O Adah and Zillah listen to voice my O wives of Lamech give ear to speech my that a man I have killed for bruise my and a young man for wound my.
24 Porque sete vezes Caim será castigado; mas Lamech setenta vezes sete.
For sevenfold he will be avenged Cain and Lamech seventy and seven.
25 E tornou Adão a conhecer a sua mulher; e ella pariu um filho, e chamou o seu nome Seth; porque, disse ella, Deus me deu outra semente em logar de Abel; porquanto Caim o matou.
And he knew Adam again wife his and she bore a son and she called name his Seth for he has appointed for me God of spring another in place of Abel for he killed him Cain.
26 E a Seth mesmo tambem nasceu um filho; e chamou o seu nome Enos: então se começou a invocar o nome do Senhor.
And to Seth also he he was born a son and he called name his Enosh then it was begun to call on [the] name of Yahweh.
