2 Crônicas 3
1 E começou Salomão a edificar a casa do Senhor em Jerusalem, no monte de Moria, onde o Senhor se tinha mostrado a David seu pae, no logar que David tinha preparado na eira d'Ornan, jebuseo.
And Salomon bigan to bilde the hows of the Lord in Jerusalem, in the hil of Moria, that was schewid to Dauid, his fadir, in the place which Dauid hadde maad redi in the corn floor of Ornam Jebusei.
2 E começou a edificar no segundo mez, no dia segundo, no anno quarto do seu reinado.
Forsothe he bigan to bilde in the secounde monethe, in the fourthe yeer of his rewme.
3 E estes foram os fundamentos que Salomão poz para edificar a casa de Deus: o comprimento em covados, segundo a medida primeira, de sessenta covados, e a largura de vinte covados.
And these weren the foundementis, whiche Salomon settide, that he schulde bilde the hous of God; sixti cubitis of lengthe in the firste mesure, twenti cubitis of breede.
4 E o alpendre, que estava na frente, de comprimento segundo a largura da casa, era de vinte covados, e a altura de cento e vinte: o que dentro cobriu com oiro puro.

5 E a casa grande cobriu com madeira de faia; e então a cobriu com oiro fino: e fez sobre ella palmas e cadeias.
Also he hilide the gretter hows with tablis of beech, and he fastnede platis of gold of beste colour al aboute; and he grauyde therynne palmtrees, and as smale chaynes biclipynge hem silf togidere.
6 Tambem a casa adornou de pedras preciosas para ornamento: e o oiro era oiro de Parvaim.
And he arayede the pawment of the temple with most preciouse marble, in myche fairenesse.
7 Tambem na casa cobriu as traves, os umbraes, e as suas paredes, e as suas portas, com oiro: e lavrou cherubins nas paredes.
Forsothe the gold was moost preued, of whose platis he hilide the hows, and the beemys therof, and the postis, and the wallis, and the doris; and he grauyde cherubyns in the wallis.
8 Fez mais a casa da sanctidade das sanctidades, cujo comprimento, segundo a largura da casa, era de vinte covados, e a sua largura de vinte covados: e cobriu-a de oiro fino, do peso de seiscentos talentos.

9 O peso dos pregos era de cincoenta siclos d'oiro: e os cenaculos cobriu d'oiro.

10 Tambem fez na casa da sanctidade das sanctidades dois cherubins de feição d'andantes, e cobriu-os d'oiro.
Also he made in the hows of the hooli of hooli thingis twei cherubyns bi the werk of an ymage makere, and hilide hem with gold.
11 E, quanto ás azas dos cherubins, o seu comprimento era de vinte covados; a aza d'um d'elles de cinco covados, e tocava na parede da casa; e a outra aza de cinco covados, e tocava na aza do outro cherubim.
The wyngis of cherubyns weren holdun forth bi twenti cubitis, so that o wynge hadde fyue cubitis, and touchide the wal of the hows; and the tother wynge hadde fyue cubitis, and touchide the wynge of the tother cherub.
12 Tambem a aza do outro cherubim era de cinco covados, e tocava na parede da casa: era tambem a outra aza de cinco covados, e estava pegada á aza do outro cherubim.
In lijk maner the wynge of the tother cherub hadde fyue cubitis, and touchide the wal, and the tother wynge therof of fyue cubitis touchide the wynge of the tothir cherub.
13 E as azas d'estes cherubins se estendiam vinte covados: e estavam postos em pé, e os seus rostos virados para a casa.
Therfor the wyngis of euer eithir cherub weren spred abrood, and weren holdun forth bi twenti cubitis; sotheli thilke cherubyns stoden on the feet reisid, and her faces weren turned to the outermere hows.
14 Tambem fez o véu de azul, e purpura, e carmezim, e linho fino: e poz sobre elle cherubins.
Also he made a veil of iacynct and purpur, of reed seelk and bijs; and weuyde cherubyns therynne.
15 Fez tambem diante da casa duas columnas de trinta e cinco covados d'altura: e o capitel, que estava sobre cada uma, era de cinco covados.
Also bifor the yate of the temple he made twei pilers, that hadden fyue and thretti cubitis of heiythe; forsothe the heedis of tho weren of fyue cubitis.
16 Tambem fez as cadeias, como no oraculo, e as poz sobre as cabeças das columnas: fez tambem cem romãs, as quaes poz entre as cadeias.
Also he made and as litle chaynes in Goddis answeryng place, and puttide tho on the heedis of the pilers; also he made an hundrid pumgarnadis, whiche he settide bitwixe the litle chaynes.
17 E levantou as columnas diante do templo, uma á direita, e outra á esquerda; e chamou o nome da que estava á direita Jachin, e o nome da que estava á esquerda Boaz.
And he settide tho pilers in the porche of the temple, oon at the riytside, and the tother at the leftside; he clepide that that was at the riytside Jachym, and that that was at the leftside he clepide Booz.
