Zachariasza 14

1 Oto przychodzi dzień PANA, a twój łup będzie rozdzielony pośród ciebie.

Behold, a day of Jehovah comes when thy spoil shall be divided in the midst of thee.

2 Zgromadzę bowiem do bitwy wszystkie narody przeciwko Jerozolimie, a miasto zostanie zdobyte, domy splądrowane i kobiety zgwałcone. Połowa miasta pójdzie do niewoli, a resztka ludu nie będzie wygnana z miasta.

For I will gather all nations against Jerusalem to battle. And the city shall be taken, and the houses rifled, and the women ravished, and half of the city shall go forth into captivity. And the residue of the people shall not be cut off from the city.

3 Wtedy PAN wyruszy i będzie walczył przeciwko tym narodom, tak jak wtedy, gdy walczył w dniu bitwy.

Then Jehovah shall go forth, and fight against those nations, as when he fought in the day of battle.

4 I jego nogi staną w tym dniu na Górze Oliwnej, która [leży] naprzeciw Jerozolimy od strony wschodniej, a Góra Oliwna rozpadnie się na pół, na wschód i na zachód, [tworząc] wielką dolinę; i połowa tej góry cofnie się na północ, a połowa jej – na południe.

And his feet shall stand in that day upon the mount of Olives, which is before Jerusalem on the east. And the mount of Olives shall be split in the midst of it toward the east and toward the west, a very great valley. And half of the mountain shall remove toward the north, and half of it toward the south.

5 Wtedy będziecie uciekać do doliny [tych] gór, bo dolina tych gór będzie sięgać aż do Azal. Będziecie uciekać, jak uciekaliście przed trzęsieniem ziemi za dni Uzjasza, króla Judy. Potem przyjdzie PAN, mój Bóg, [a] z nim wszyscy święci.

And ye shall flee by the valley of my mountains, for the valley of the mountains shall reach to Azel. Yea, ye shall flee, just as ye fled from before the earthquake in the days of Uzziah king of Judah. And Jehovah my God shall come, and all the holy ones with thee.

6 A w tym dniu nie będzie wspaniałej światłości ani gęstej ciemności;

And it shall come to pass in that day, that there shall not be light; the bright ones shall withdraw themselves.

7 Lecz będzie to jeden dzień, który jest znany [tylko] PANU, nie [będzie] to dzień ani noc. A o wieczornej porze nastanie światło.

But it shall be one day which is known to Jehovah, not day, and not night. But it shall come to pass, that at evening time there shall be light.

8 W tym dniu wyjdą wody żywe z Jerozolimy; połowa ich do morza wschodniego, a połowa – do morza zachodniego. Będzie [to] w lecie i w zimie.

And it shall come to pass in that day, that living waters shall go out from Jerusalem, half of them toward the eastern sea, and half of them toward the western sea. In summer and in winter it shall be.

9 A PAN będzie królem nad całą ziemią. W tym dniu jeden będzie PAN i jedno jego imię.

And Jehovah shall be King over all the earth. In that day Jehovah shall be one, and his name one.

10 Cała ziemia zamieni się w równinę od Geba aż do Rimmon, na południe od Jerozolimy. Będzie wywyższona i zamieszkana na swoim miejscu, od Bramy Beniamina aż do miejsca dawnej bramy i aż do Bramy Narożnej i od Wieży Chananeela aż do tłoczni królewskich.

All the land shall be made like the Arabah, from Geba to Rimmon south of Jerusalem. And she shall be lifted up, and shall dwell in her place, from Benjamin's gate to the place of the first gate, to the corner gate, and from the tower of Hananel to the king's wine-presses.

11 I będą w niej mieszkać, a nie będzie już przekleństwem. Jerozolima będzie zamieszkiwać w pokoju.

And men shall dwell therein, and there shall be no more curse, but Jerusalem shall dwell safely.

12 A taka będzie plaga, którą PAN dotknie wszystkie narody, które walczyły przeciwko Jerozolimie: Ich ciała będą się rozkładać, gdy jeszcze będą stać na nogach, ich oczy będą gnić w oczodołach i ich język zgnije w ustach.

And this shall be the plague with which Jehovah will smite all the peoples who have warred against Jerusalem: their flesh shall consume away while they stand upon their feet, and their eyes shall consume away in their sockets, and their tongue shall consume away in their mouth.

13 W tym dniu będzie wśród nich wielkie zamieszanie od PANA, tak że jeden uchwyci rękę drugiego, a jego ręka podniesie się na rękę swego bliźniego.

And it shall come to pass in that day, that a great tumult from Jehovah shall be among them, and they shall lay hold each one on the hand of his neighbor, and his hand shall rise up against the hand of his neighbor.

14 Juda także będzie walczyć w Jerozolimie, a bogactwa wszystkich narodów okolicznych będą zgromadzone: złoto, srebro i szaty w wielkiej ilości.

And Judah also shall fight at Jerusalem. And the wealth of all the nations round about shall be gathered together, gold, and silver, and apparel, in great abundance.

15 A taka sama plaga jak tamta dotknie konie, muły, wielbłądy, osły oraz wszystkie zwierzęta, które będą w tym obozie.

And so shall be the plague of the horse, of the mule, of the camel, and of the donkey, and of all the beasts that shall be in those camps, as that plague.

16 Wszyscy pozostali [spośród] wszystkich narodów, które wyruszyły przeciwko Jerozolimie, będą przychodzić od roku do roku, by oddawać pokłon Królowi, PANU zastępów, i obchodzić Święto Namiotów;

And it shall come to pass, that everyone who is left of all the nations that came against Jerusalem shall go up from year to year to worship the King, Jehovah of hosts, and to keep the feast of tabernacles.

17 A jeśli ktoś spośród rodów ziemi nie pójdzie do Jerozolimy, by oddawać pokłon Królowi, PANU zastępów, na tego nie będzie [padać] deszcz.

And it shall be, that of the families of the earth he who does not go up to Jerusalem to worship the King, Jehovah of hosts, upon them there shall be no rain.

18 A jeśli ród Egiptu nie wyruszy i nie przyjdzie, choć na niego deszcz nie [pada], spadnie jednak [na niego ta] plaga, którą PAN dotknie narody, które nie przyjdą, by obchodzić Święto Namiotów.

And if the family of Egypt does not go up, and does not come, that there shall be the plague with which Jehovah will smite the nations that go not up to keep the feast of tabernacles.

19 Taka będzie kara dla Egiptu i kara dla wszystkich narodów, które nie przychodzą na obchody Święta Namiotów.

This shall be the punishment of Egypt, and the punishment of all the nations that do not go up to keep the feast of tabernacles.

20 W tym dniu na dzwoneczkach koni będzie [taki napis]: Świętość PANU; a kotłów w domu PANA będzie jak czasz przed ołtarzem.

In that day there shall be upon the bells of the horses, HOLY TO JEHOVAH, and the pots in Jehovah's house shall be like the bowls before the altar.

21 Każdy kocioł w Jerozolimie i Judzie będzie poświęcony PANU zastępów. Wszyscy, którzy składają ofiary, przyjdą i będą je brali, i będą w nich gotowali. W tym dniu nie będzie już Kananejczyka w domu PANA zastępów.

Yea, every pot in Jerusalem and in Judah shall be holy to Jehovah of hosts. And all those who sacrifice shall come and take of them, and boil in it. And in that day there shall be no more a Canaanite in the house of Jehovah of hosts.
