Psalmów 99

1 PAN króluje, niech drżą narody; siedzi między cherubinami, niech zachwieje się ziemia.

Yahweh, hath become king, Let the peoples, tremble, He is enthroned on the cherubim, Let the earth, shake.

2 Wielki jest PAN na Syjonie i wywyższony nad wszystkie narody.

Yahweh, in Zion, is great, And, high, is he over all the peoples.

3 Niech wysławiają twoje wielkie i straszne imię, bo jest święte.

Let them thank his Name—great and reverend, Holy, is he!

4 Moc króla miłuje sąd, ty ustanowiłeś słuszność, ty wykonujesz sąd i sprawiedliwość w Jakubie.

Yea, with the strength of a king—justice, he loveth, —Thou, hast established equity, Justice and righteousness in Jacob, thou, hast wrought.

5 Wywyższajcie PANA, naszego Boga, i oddajcie pokłon u podnóżka jego stóp, [bo] on jest święty.

Exalt Yahweh our God, And bow down at his footstool, Holy, is he!

6 Mojżesz i Aaron wśród jego kapłanów, a Samuel wśród tych, którzy wzywają jego imienia; wołali do PANA, a on ich wysłuchał.

Moses and Aaron, [were] among his priests, And, Samuel, [was] among them who were calling upon his Name, Who were calling upon Yahweh, and, he, used to answer them:

7 W słupie obłoku mówił do nich, [a] oni strzegli jego świadectw i praw, [które] im dał.

In the pillar of cloud, used he to speak unto them, They kept his testimonies, and the statute he gave them.

8 PANIE, nasz Boże, ty ich wysłuchiwałeś, byłeś dla nich Bogiem, który przebacza, choć karałeś ich za ich występki.

O Yahweh our God! thou, answeredst them, —A pardoning GOD, thou becamest to them, Yet one bringing vengeance on their deeds.

9 Wywyższajcie PANA, naszego Boga, i oddajcie pokłon na jego świętej górze, bo PAN, nasz Bóg, [jest] święty.

Exalt Yahweh our God, And bow down towards his holy mountain, For, holy, is Yahweh our God.
