1 Przewodnikowi chóru. Psalm dla synów Korego. PANIE, okazałeś łaskę swej ziemi, przyprowadziłeś z niewoli Jakuba.
To the Chief Musician. For the Sons of Korah. A Melody. Thou hast accepted, O Yahweh, thy land, Thou hast brought back the captives of Jacob;
2 Przebaczyłeś nieprawość twego ludu, zakryłeś wszystkie ich grzechy. (Sela)
Thou hast taken away, the iniquity of thy people, Thou hast covered, all their sin. (Selah)
3 Uśmierzyłeś całe swoje zagniewanie, odwróciłeś się od zapalczywości twojego gniewu.
Thou hast withdrawn all thine indignation, Thou hast ceased from the glow of thine anger.
4 Odnów nas, Boże naszego zbawienia, i odwróć od nas swój gniew.
Restore us, O God of our salvation, And take away thy vexation towards us.
5 Czy wiecznie będziesz się na nas gniewać? Czy rozciągniesz swój gniew na wszystkie pokolenia?
To times age-abiding, wilt thou be angry with us? Wilt thou prolong thine anger, from generation to generation?
6 Czy nie ożywisz nas na nowo, aby twój lud rozradował się w tobie?
Wilt not, thou thyself, again give us life, That, thy people, may rejoice in thee.
7 PANIE, okaż nam twoje miłosierdzie i daj nam swoje zbawienie.
Show us, O Yahweh, thy lovingkindness, And, thy salvation, wilt thou grant us.
8 Posłucham, co będzie mówił Bóg, PAN; zaprawdę, ogłosi pokój swojemu ludowi i swoim świętym, aby tylko nie wracali do [swojej] głupoty.
I will hear, what GOD—Yahweh—will speak, —For he will bespeak prosperity to his people, And to his men of lovingkindness, And to them who return with their heart unto him.
9 Doprawdy jego zbawienie jest blisko tych, którzy się go boją, [aby jego] chwała zamieszkała w naszej ziemi.
Surely, near unto them who revere him, is his salvation, That the Glory, may settle down, in our land.
10 Miłosierdzie i prawda spotkają się ze sobą, sprawiedliwość i pokój ucałują się.
Lovingkindness and faithfulness, have met together, Righteousness and prosperity, have kissed each other;
11 Prawda wyrośnie z ziemi, a sprawiedliwość wyjrzy z nieba.
Faithfulness, out of the earth, doth spring forth, And, righteousness, out of the heavens, hath looked down.
12 PAN też obdarzy [tym, co] dobre, a nasza ziemia wyda swój plon.
Yahweh himself too, will give us the blessing, And, our land, shall yield her increase.
13 Sprawiedliwość przed nim pójdzie i będzie wytyczać drogę jego krokom.
Righteousness, before him, shall march long, —That he may make, into a way, the steps of its feet.
