1 Przewodnikowi chóru, na Szoszanim dla synów Korego. Psalm pouczający. Pieśń miłosna. Wezbrało moje serce dobrym słowem; dzieła, które wypowiadam, dotyczą króla; mój język będzie jak pióro biegłego pisarza.

2 Ty jesteś najpiękniejszym z synów ludzkich; wdzięk rozlał się na twoich wargach, dlatego Bóg pobłogosławił cię na wieki.
Crist, thou art fairer in schap than the sones of men; grace is spred abrood in thi lippis; therfor God blessid thee withouten ende.
3 Przypasz do biodra swój miecz, mocarzu, w swej chwale i majestacie.
Be thou gird with thi swerd; on thi hipe most myytili.
4 A w swym dostojeństwie wyrusz szczęśliwie ze słowem prawdy, łagodności i sprawiedliwości, a twoja prawica dokona strasznych rzeczy.
Biholde thou in thi schaplynesse and thi fairnesse; come thou forth with prosperite, and regne thou. For treuthe, and myldenesse, and riytfulnesse; and thi riyt hond schal lede forth thee wondurfuli.
5 Twoje ostre strzały, [od których] upadają narody pod twoje stopy, [przenikają] serce wrogów króla.
Thi scharpe arowis schulen falle in to the hertis of the enemyes of the kyng; puplis schulen be vndur thee.
6 Twój tron, o Boże, na wieki wieków, berłem sprawiedliwości [jest] berło twego królestwa.
God, thi seete is in to the world of world; the yerde of thi rewme is a yerde of riyt reulyng, `ethir of equite.
7 Miłujesz sprawiedliwość, a nienawidzisz nieprawości, dlatego namaścił cię, o Boże, twój Bóg olejkiem radości bardziej niż twoich towarzyszy.
Thou louedist riytfulnesse, and hatidist wickidnesse; therfor thou, God, thi God, anoyntide thee with the oile of gladnesse, more than thi felowis.

17 Upamiętnię twoje imię po wszystkie pokolenia; dlatego narody będą cię wysławiać na wieki wieków.
