Filipian 3
1 W końcu, moi bracia, radujcie się w Panu. Pisać do was o tym samym mnie nie męczy, a dla was [jest] bezpieczne.
Finally, my brethren, rejoice in the Lord. To write the same things to you indeed is not burdensome to me, but it is safe to you.
2 Strzeżcie się psów, strzeżcie się złych pracowników, strzeżcie się obrzezywaczy.
Beware of dogs, beware of the evil workers, beware of the counterfeit circumcision.
3 My bowiem jesteśmy obrzezaniem, którzy w duchu służymy Bogu i chlubimy się w Chrystusie Jezusie, a nie pokładamy ufności w ciele.
For we are the circumcision, who serve the Spirit of God, and boast in Christ Jesus, also having no confidence in the flesh:
4 Chociaż i ja mógłbym pokładać ufność w ciele. Jeśli ktoś inny uważa, że może pokładać ufność w ciele, bardziej ja:
even though also having confidence in the flesh. If any other one seems to have confidence in the flesh, I the more:
5 Obrzezany ósmego dnia, z rodu Izraela, z pokolenia Beniamina, Hebrajczyk z Hebrajczyków, co do prawa – faryzeusz;
in circumcision the eighth day, of the race of Israel, of the tribe of Benjamin, a Hebrew of the Hebrews; as touching the law, a Pharisee;
6 Co do gorliwości – prześladowca kościoła, co do sprawiedliwości opartej na prawie – nienaganny.
in reference to zeal, persecuting the church, according to righteousness which was in the law being blameless.
7 Lecz to, co było dla mnie zyskiem, ze względu na Chrystusa uznałem za stratę.
Those things which were gained to me, these I counted loss for the sake of Christ.
8 Owszem, wszystko uznaję za stratę dla znakomitości poznania Chrystusa Jezusa, mojego Pana, dla którego wszystko utraciłem i uznaję to za gnój, aby zyskać Chrystusa;
Yes truly, I even counted all things loss on account of the excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord, for the sake of whom I suffer the loss of all things, and I consider them but excrements, that I may gain Christ,
9 I znaleźć się w nim, nie mając własnej sprawiedliwości, tej, która jest z prawa, ale tę, która jest przez wiarę Chrystusa, [to jest] sprawiedliwość z Boga przez wiarę;
and may be found in him, not having my own righteousness, which is of law, but that which is through faith of Christ, the righteousness of God through faith:
10 Żeby poznać jego i moc jego zmartwychwstania oraz [swój] udział w jego cierpieniach, upodabniając się do jego śmierci;
to know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable unto his death;
11 Abym jakimkolwiek sposobem dostąpił powstania z martwych.
if perchance I may attain unto the resurrection which is out from the dead.
12 Nie żebym [to] już osiągnął albo już był doskonały, ale dążę, aby pochwycić to, do czego też zostałem pochwycony przez Chrystusa Jezusa.
Not that I already received it, or have already been made perfect: but I persevere, if I may receive that for which I have indeed been received by Christ Jesus.
13 Bracia, ja o sobie nie myślę, że już pochwyciłem. Lecz jedno [czynię]: zapominając o tym, co za mną, a zdążając do tego, co przede mną;
Brethren, I do not consider that I have yet received it;
14 Biegnę do mety, do nagrody powołania Bożego, które jest z góry w Chrystusie Jezusie.
but there is one thing, indeed forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forward to those which are before, I press toward the goal unto the mark of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.
15 Ilu więc [nas] jest doskonałych, tak myślmy. A jeśli o czymś inaczej myślicie, i to wam Bóg objawi.
Therefore let us, so many as are perfect, think the same thing: and if you think otherwise in any respect, God will also reveal this to you:
16 Jednak [w tym], do czego doszliśmy, postępujmy według jednej miary i to samo myślmy.
only, whereunto we have already attained, to walk by the same rule.
17 Bądźcie, bracia, [wszyscy] razem moimi naśladowcami i przypatrujcie się tym, którzy postępują według wzoru, jaki w nas macie.
Be ye my imitators, brethren, and mark those thus walking about as you have us an example.
18 Wielu bowiem, o których wam często mówiłem, postępuje [inaczej], a teraz nawet z płaczem mówię, że są wrogami krzyża Chrystusa.
For many walk about, of whom I frequently spoke to you, and now I speak even weeping, the enemies of the cross of Christ:
19 Ich końcem [jest] zatracenie, ich Bogiem jest brzuch, a ich chwała jest w hańbie; myślą oni o tym, co ziemskie.
whose end is destruction, whose God is their stomach, and whose glory is in their shame, who mind earthly things.
20 Nasza zaś ojczyzna jest w niebie, skąd też oczekujemy Zbawiciela, Pana Jezusa Chrystusa.
For our citizenship is in the heavens; whence we are indeed looking for our Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ:
21 On przemieni nasze podłe ciało, aby było podobne do jego chwalebnego ciała, zgodnie ze skuteczną mocą, którą też może poddać sobie wszystko.
who will transform the body of our humility, similitudinous to the body of his own glory, according to the energy by which he is able indeed to subdue all things to himself.
