1 I przemówił PAN do Mojżesza na pustyni Synaj, w pierwszym miesiącu drugiego roku po ich wyjściu z ziemi Egiptu, tymi słowy:
Adonai spoke to Moses [Drawn out] in the wilderness of Sinai [Thorn], in the first month Nissan ·Miracles (in Aramaic), 1· of the second year after they had come out of the land of Egypt [Abode of slavery], saying,
2 Niech synowie Izraela obchodzą Paschę w wyznaczonym czasie.
“Moreover let the children of Israel [God prevails] keep the Pesac ·Passover· in its appointed season.
3 Będziecie ją obchodzić w wyznaczonym czasie, czternastego dnia tego miesiąca pod wieczór; macie ją obchodzić według wszystkich jej obrzędów i wszystkich jej ceremonii.
On the fourteenth day of this month, at evening, you shall keep it in its appointed season— according to all its statutes, and according to all its judgments, you shall keep it.”
4 Mojżesz nakazał więc synom Izraela, aby obchodzili Paschę.
Moses [Drawn out] spoke to the children of Israel [God prevails], that they should keep the Pesac ·Passover·.
5 I obchodzili Paschę w pierwszym miesiącu, czternastego dnia, pod wieczór, na pustyni Synaj. Zgodnie ze wszystkim, co PAN nakazał Mojżeszowi, tak synowie Izraela uczynili.
They kept the Pesac ·Passover· in the first month Nissan ·Miracles (in Aramaic), 1·, on the fourteenth day of the month, at evening, in the wilderness of Sinai [Thorn]. According to all that Adonai enjoined Moses [Drawn out], so the children of Israel [God prevails] did.
6 Byli jednak pewni ludzie, którzy zanieczyścili się przy zwłokach ludzkich, i nie mogli obchodzić Paschy tego dnia. Przyszli więc w tym dniu do Mojżesza i Aarona;
There were certain men, who were unclean because of the dead body of a man, so that they could not keep the Pesac ·Passover· on that day, and they came before Moses [Drawn out] and before Aaron [Light-bringer] on that day.
7 I powiedzieli do niego: Zanieczyściliśmy się przy zwłokach ludzkich. Czemu nie będzie nam wolno złożyć PANU ofiar w wyznaczonym czasie wspólnie z synami Izraela?
Those men said to him, “We are unclean because of the dead body of a man. Why are we kept back, that we may not offer the offering of Adonai in its appointed season among the children of Israel [God prevails]?”
8 Mojżesz odpowiedział im: Stójcie, a ja posłucham, co PAN rozkaże o was.
Moses [Drawn out] answered them, “Wait, that I may sh'ma ·hear obey· what Adonai will enjoin concerning you.”
9 Wtedy PAN powiedział do Mojżesza:
Adonai spoke to Moses [Drawn out], saying,
10 Powiedz synom Izraela tak: Jeśli kto z was lub z waszych potomków zanieczyści się przy zmarłym albo też będzie w dalekiej podróży, [mimo to] będzie obchodził Paschę dla PANA.
“Say to the children of Israel [God prevails], ‘If any man of you or of your generations is unclean by reason of a dead body, or is on a journey far away, he shall still keep the Pesac ·Passover· to Adonai.
11 Będą ją obchodzić w drugim miesiącu, czternastego dnia, pod wieczór, i będą ją jeść z przaśnymi chlebami i z gorzkimi ziołami.
In the second month (Iyar ·Light / I Am God your healer, 2·), on the fourteenth day at evening they shall keep it; they shall eat it with matzah ·unleavened bread· and bitter herbs.
12 Nie pozostawią z niej nic do rana ani nie połamią jej kości. Zgodnie ze wszystkimi przepisami Paschy będą ją obchodzić.
They shall leave none of it until the morning, nor break a bone of it. According to all the statute of the Pesac ·Passover· they shall keep it.
13 Lecz człowiek, który jest czysty, a nie znajduje się w drodze, i nie będzie obchodził Paschy, to ta dusza będzie wykluczona ze swego ludu, bo ofiary PANA nie złożyła w wyznaczonym czasie. Ten człowiek obciąża się grzechem.
But the man who is clean, and is not on a journey, and fails to keep the Pesac ·Passover·, that soul shall be cut off from his people. Because he didn’t offer the offering of Adonai in its appointed season, that man shall bear his crime deserving penalty, sin ·missing the goal·.
14 A jeśli przybysz, który mieszka pośród was, będzie obchodził Paschę dla PANA, to ma ją obchodzić według ustawy i zwyczajów Paschy. Będzie jedna ustawa dla was, zarówno dla przybysza, jak i dla rodowitego mieszkańca ziemi.
“‘If a foreigner lives among you, and desires to keep the Pesac ·Passover· to Adonai; according to the statute of the Passover, and according to its ordinance, so shall he do. You shall have one statute, both for the foreigner, and for him who is born in the land.’”
15 W dniu, w którym wystawiono przybytek, obłok okrył przybytek, czyli Namiot Świadectwa, a wieczorem był nad przybytkiem i przypominał z wyglądu ogień, aż do rana.
On the day that the tabernacle was raised up, the cloud covered the tabernacle, even the Tent of the Testimony: and at evening it was over the tabernacle as it were the appearance of fire, until morning.
16 Tak było stale: obłok okrywał go [w dzień], a w nocy jakby ogień.
So it was continually. The cloud covered it, and the appearance of fire by night.
17 A gdy obłok unosił się znad namiotu, wtedy synowie Izraela wyruszali, a gdziekolwiek obłok zatrzymał się, tam synowie Izraela rozbijali obóz.
Whenever the cloud was taken up from over the Tent, then after that the children of Israel [God prevails] traveled; and in the place where the cloud remained, there the children of Israel [God prevails] encamped.
18 Na rozkaz PANA synowie Izraela wyruszali i na rozkaz PANA rozbijali obóz. Przez wszystkie dni, w których obłok pozostawał nad przybytkiem, stali obozem.
At the order of Adonai, the children of Israel [God prevails] traveled, and at the order of Adonai they encamped. As long as the cloud remained on the tabernacle they remained encamped.
19 A kiedy obłok pozostawał nad przybytkiem przez wiele dni, wtedy synowie Izraela przestrzegali rozkazu PANA i nie wyruszali.
When the cloud stayed on the tabernacle many days, then the children of Israel [God prevails] kept Adonai’s charge, and didn’t travel.
20 Lecz gdy obłok pozostawał nad przybytkiem przez kilka dni, na rozkaz PANA stawali obozem i na rozkaz PANA wyruszali.
Sometimes the cloud was a few days on the tabernacle; then according to the order of Adonai they remained encamped, and according to the order of Adonai they traveled.
21 A gdy obłok pozostawał od wieczora do rana i unosił się rano, wówczas wyruszali. Czy obłok unosił się za dnia, czy w nocy, oni wyruszali.
Sometimes the cloud was from evening until morning; and when the cloud was taken up in the morning, they traveled: or by day and by night, when the cloud was taken up, they traveled.
22 A jeśli obłok trwał i pozostawał nad przybytkiem przez dwa dni albo przez miesiąc bądź też przez rok, synowie Izraela stali obozem i nie wyruszali, lecz gdy się unosił, wyruszali.
Whether it was two days, or a month, or a year that the cloud stayed on the tabernacle, remaining on it, the children of Israel [God prevails] remained encamped, and didn’t travel; but when it was taken up, they traveled.
23 Na rozkaz PANA stawali obozem i na rozkaz PANA wyruszali. Przestrzegali nakazu PANA, tak jak PAN rozkazał przez Mojżesza.
At the order of Adonai they encamped, and at the order of Adonai they traveled. They did what Adonai charged them to do through Moses [Drawn out].
