Łukasza 22
1 I zbliżało się święto Przaśników, zwane Paschą.
Now the feast of unleavened bread, which is called ‘Passover’, drew near.
2 A naczelni kapłani i uczeni w Piśmie szukali [sposobu], jak by go zabić, ale bali się ludu.
And the chief priests and the scribes were looking for a way to kill Him, because they feared the people.
3 Wtedy szatan wszedł w Judasza, zwanego Iskariotą, który był z grona dwunastu.
Then Satan entered Judas (the one surnamed Iscariot), who was numbered among the Twelve.
4 Poszedł więc i umówił się z naczelnymi kapłanami i przełożonymi [świątyni], jak ma im go wydać.
So he went off and conferred with the chief priests and officers about how he might betray Him to them.
5 A oni ucieszyli się i umówili się z nim, że dadzą mu pieniądze.
They were glad, and agreed to give him silver coins.
6 On się zgodził i szukał sposobności, aby im go wydać z dala od tłumu.
So he promised, and started looking for an opportunity to betray Him to them, without a crowd.
7 I nadszedł dzień Przaśników, w którym należało zabić baranka paschalnego.
Then came the day of unleavened bread, in which it was necessary to kill the Passover lamb.
8 Wtedy posłał Piotra i Jana, mówiąc: Idźcie i przygotujcie nam Paschę, abyśmy [mogli] jeść.
And He sent Peter and John, saying, “Go and prepare the Passover for us, that we may eat.”
9 A oni go zapytali: Gdzie chcesz, abyśmy [ją] przygotowali?
So they said to Him, “Where do you want us to prepare?”
10 On im odpowiedział: Gdy będziecie wchodzić do miasta, spotka się z wami człowiek niosący dzban wody. Idźcie za nim do domu, do którego wejdzie;
He said to them: “Note, upon entering the city a man carrying a jar of water will meet you; follow him into the house which he enters.
11 I powiedzcie gospodarzowi tego domu: Nauczyciel cię pyta: Gdzie jest pokój, w którym będę jadł Paschę z moimi uczniami?
Then you must say to the master of the house, ‘The Teacher says to you: Where is the guest room where I may eat the Passover with my disciples?’
12 On wam pokaże wielką, urządzoną salę [na piętrze]. Tam [wszystko] przygotujcie.
He himself will show you a large upper room, all furnished; make preparations there.”
13 Odeszli więc i znaleźli [wszystko] tak, jak im powiedział, i przygotowali Paschę.
So off they went and found things just as He had said to them, and they prepared the Passover.
14 A gdy nadeszła pora, usiadł za stołem, a z nim dwunastu apostołów.
When the hour had come, He reclined, and the twelve apostles with Him.
15 I powiedział do nich: Gorąco pragnąłem zjeść tę Paschę z wami, zanim będę cierpiał.
Then He said to them: “I have fervently desired to eat this Passover with you before I suffer.
16 Mówię wam bowiem, że nie będę jej więcej jadł, aż się spełni w królestwie Bożym.
I tell you further that I will not eat of it again until it is fulfilled in the Kingdom of God.”
17 Potem wziął kielich, złożył dziękczynienie i powiedział: Weźcie go i rozdzielcie między siebie.
And taking a cup He gave thanks and said: “Take this and share it among yourselves.
18 Mówię wam bowiem, że nie będę pił z owocu winorośli, aż przyjdzie królestwo Boże.
I tell you further that I will not drink again of the fruit of the vine until the Kingdom of God comes.”
19 Wziął też chleb, złożył dziękczynienie, połamał i dał im, mówiąc: To jest moje ciało, które jest za was dane. To czyńcie na moją pamiątkę.
Then, after the meal, He took bread, gave thanks, broke and gave it to them, saying, “This is my body which is given for you; do this in remembrance of me.”
20 Podobnie i kielich, gdy było po wieczerzy, mówiąc: Ten kielich to nowy testament w mojej krwi, która jest za was wylana.
He also took the cup, saying: “This cup is the new covenant in my blood, which is shed for you.
21 Lecz oto ręka tego, który mnie wydaje, jest ze mną na stole.
“But alas, the hand of him who betrays me is with me on the table!
22 Wprawdzie Syn Człowieczy odchodzi, jak zostało postanowione, ale biada temu człowiekowi, przez którego będzie wydany.
To be sure, the Son of the Man is going as it has been determined, but woe to that man by whom He is betrayed!”
23 Wtedy oni zaczęli się między sobą pytać, który z nich miałby to zrobić.
(They began to question among themselves which of them it might be who was about to do this.)
24 Wszczął się też między nimi spór o to, kto z nich ma być uważany za największego.
Now there had actually been a discussion among them as to which of them seemed to be greater.
25 Lecz on powiedział do nich: Królowie narodów panują nad nimi, a ci, którzy sprawują nad nimi władzę, nazywani są dobroczyńcami.
So He said to them: “The kings of the nations lord it over them, and those who exercise authority over them are called ‘benefactors’.
26 Wy zaś tak nie [postępujcie]. Lecz kto jest największy wśród was, niech będzie jak najmniejszy, a kto jest przełożonym, [niech będzie] jak ten, kto służy.
But not so with you—rather let the greater among you become as the younger, and he who leads as he who serves.
27 Któż bowiem jest większy? Ten, kto siedzi, czy ten, kto służy? Czy nie ten, kto siedzi? Ale ja jestem pośród was jako ten, kto służy.
Who is greater, the one reclining or the one serving? Is it not the one reclining? Yet I am among you as the one who serves.
28 A wy jesteście tymi, którzy wytrwali przy mnie w moich próbach.
However, you are those who have continued with me in my trials.
29 I ja przekazuję wam królestwo, jak mnie przekazał mój Ojciec;
And I bestow on you a kingdom, just as my Father bestowed one on me,
30 Abyście jedli i pili za moim stołem w moim królestwie, i zasiadali na tronach, sądząc dwanaście pokoleń Izraela.
so that you may eat and drink at my table in my Kingdom; also you will sit on thrones judging the twelve tribes of Israel!”
31 I powiedział Pan: Szymonie, Szymonie, oto szatan wyprosił, żeby was przesiać jak pszenicę.
Then the Lord said: “Simon, Simon! Indeed Satan has asked for you (pl) so as to sift you like wheat.
32 Lecz ja prosiłem za tobą, żeby nie ustała twoja wiara. Ty zaś, gdy się nawrócisz, utwierdzaj swoich braci.
But I have prayed for you (sg) so that your faith not fail completely; so you, when you have recovered, strengthen your brothers.”
33 A on mu powiedział: Panie, z tobą gotów jestem iść i do więzienia, i na śmierć.
But he said to Him, “Lord, I am ready to go with you both to prison and to death!”
34 On rzekł: Mówię ci, Piotrze, nim zapieje dziś kogut, trzy razy się wyprzesz, że mnie znasz.
So He said, “I say to you, Peter, no rooster can crow today before you deny three times that you know me!”
35 I powiedział do nich: Gdy was posyłałem bez sakiewki, bez torby i bez obuwia, czy brakowało wam czegoś? A oni odpowiedzieli: Niczego.
Then He said to them, “When I sent you without money bag, knapsack or sandals, did you lack anything?” And they said, “Nothing.”
36 Wtedy im powiedział: Teraz jednak, kto ma sakiewkę, niech [ją] weźmie, podobnie i torbę. A kto nie ma miecza, niech sprzeda swoją szatę i kupi [go].
So He said to them: “But now, he who has a money bag should take it, and likewise a knapsack; and he who has no sword must sell his garment and buy one.
37 Mówię wam bowiem, że jeszcze musi się wypełnić na mnie to, co jest napisane: Zaliczono go w poczet złoczyńców. Spełnia się bowiem to, co mnie [dotyczy].
Because I say to you that this which is written must still be fulfilled in me: ‘And he was classed with the lawless’; and because the things concerning me have an end.”
38 Oni zaś powiedzieli: Panie, oto tu dwa miecze. A on im odpowiedział: Wystarczy.
So they said, “Look, Lord, here are two swords.” And He said to them, “It is enough.”
39 Potem wyszedł i udał się według [swego] zwyczaju na Górę Oliwną, a szli za nim także jego uczniowie.
Then going out He went to the Mount of Olives, as His custom was, and His disciples followed Him.
40 Kiedy przyszedł na miejsce, powiedział do nich: Módlcie się, abyście nie ulegli pokusie.
When He came to the place, He said to them, “Pray, so as not to enter into temptation.”
41 A sam oddalił się od nich na [odległość] jakby rzutu kamieniem, upadł na kolana i modlił się:
Then He withdrew from them about a stone's throw, knelt down and prayed,
42 Ojcze, jeśli chcesz, zabierz ode mnie ten kielich. Jednak nie moja wola, lecz twoja niech się stanie.
saying, “Father, if you would just remove this cup from me—nevertheless, not my will, but yours, be done!”
43 Wtedy ukazał mu się anioł z nieba i umacniał go.
Then an angel from heaven appeared to Him, strengthening Him.
44 I w [śmiertelnym] zmaganiu [jeszcze] gorliwiej się modlił, a jego pot był jak krople krwi spadające na ziemię.
And being in anguish He prayed with total concentration; then His sweat became like clots of blood, falling to the ground.
45 A gdy wstał od modlitwy i przyszedł do uczniów, zastał ich śpiących ze smutku.
When He rose up from prayer and came to the disciples, He found them sleeping from sorrow.
46 I powiedział do nich: Czemu śpicie? Wstańcie i módlcie się, abyście nie ulegli pokusie.
He said to them: “Why do you sleep? Get up and pray, that you may not enter into temptation!”
47 Kiedy on jeszcze mówił, oto [nadszedł] tłum, a jeden z dwunastu, zwany Judaszem, idąc przodem, zbliżył się do Jezusa, aby go pocałować.
But while He was still speaking—wow, a crowd; and he who was called Judas, one of the twelve, was leading them! He approached Jesus to kiss Him (he had given them this sign, “Whomever I kiss, it is he”).
48 Lecz Jezus mu powiedział: Judaszu, pocałunkiem wydajesz Syna Człowieczego?
So Jesus said to him, “Judas, are you betraying the Son of the Man with a kiss?”
49 A ci, którzy przy nim byli, widząc, na co się zanosi, zapytali go: Panie, czy mamy uderzyć mieczem?
When those who were around Him saw what was about to happen, they said to Him, “Lord, shall we strike with the sword?”
50 I jeden z nich uderzył sługę najwyższego kapłana i odciął mu prawe ucho.
And a certain one of them struck the servant of the high priest, and cut off his right ear!
51 Ale Jezus odezwał się: Pozwólcie aż dotąd. I dotknąwszy jego ucha, uzdrowił go.
But Jesus reacted by saying, “Allow at least this!” and touching his ear He healed him.
52 Wtedy Jezus powiedział do naczelnych kapłanów, przełożonych świątyni i starszych, którzy przyszli do niego: Jak na bandytę wyszliście z mieczami i kijami?
Then Jesus said to the chief priests, officers of the temple, and elders who had come against Him: “Have you come out with swords and clubs as against a bandit?
53 Gdy codziennie bywałem z wami w świątyni, nie podnieśliście na mnie ręki. Lecz to jest wasza godzina i moc ciemności.
When I was with you daily in the temple, you did not lay a hand on me. But this is your hour; even the authority of the darkness!”
54 Wtedy schwytali go, poprowadzili i przywiedli do domu najwyższego kapłana. A Piotr szedł za nim z daleka.
Then they seized, took and brought Him to the house of the high priest, with Peter following at a distance.
55 Kiedy rozniecili ogień na środku dziedzińca i usiedli razem, usiadł i Piotr wśród nich.
Now when they had kindled a fire in the middle of the courtyard and sat down together, Peter sat among them.
56 A pewna służąca, gdy zobaczyła go siedzącego przy ogniu, uważnie mu się przyjrzała i powiedziała: On też był z nim.
Then a certain servant girl, seeing him sitting by the fire, looked intently at him and said, “This man also was with him.”
57 Lecz on zaparł się go, mówiąc: Kobieto, nie znam go.
But he denied Him, saying, “Woman, I do not know him!”
58 A po chwili ktoś inny go zobaczył i powiedział: I ty jesteś [jednym] z nich. Ale Piotr odrzekł: Człowieku, nie jestem.
After a little while another saw him and said, “You also are one of them.” But Peter said, “Man, I am not!”
59 A po upływie około jednej godziny ktoś inny stwierdził [stanowczo]: Na pewno i ten [człowiek] był z nim, bo też jest Galilejczykiem.
Then after about an hour had passed, another started insisting, “Surely this fellow also was with him, because he is a Galilean.”
60 Piotr zaś powiedział: Człowieku, nie wiem, o czym mówisz. I natychmiast, gdy on jeszcze mówił, zapiał kogut.
But Peter said, “Man, I don't know what you're talking about!” And immediately, while he was still speaking, a rooster crowed.
61 A Pan odwrócił się i spojrzał na Piotra. I przypomniał sobie Piotr słowa Pana, jak mu powiedział: Zanim kogut zapieje, trzy razy się mnie wyprzesz.
And the Lord turned and looked directly at Peter; then Peter remembered the Lord's word, how He had said to him, “Before a rooster crows, you will deny me three times.”
62 I Piotr, wyszedłszy na zewnątrz, gorzko zapłakał.
And going outside he wept bitterly.
63 Tymczasem mężczyźni, którzy trzymali Jezusa, naśmiewali się z niego i bili go.
The men who were guarding Jesus started mocking and beating Him.
64 A zasłoniwszy mu [oczy], bili go po twarzy i mówili: Prorokuj, kto cię uderzył.
And having blindfolded Him they would hit His face and ask Him, saying: “Prophesy! Who was it who struck you?”
65 Wiele też innych bluźnierstw wypowiadali przeciwko niemu.
And they kept saying many other insulting things to Him.
66 A gdy nastał dzień, zebrali się starsi ludu, naczelni kapłani i uczeni w Piśmie i przyprowadzili go przed swoją Radę.
As soon as it was day, the elders of the people, both the chief priests and scribes, came together and brought Him before their council, saying,
67 I mówili: Jeśli ty jesteś Chrystusem, powiedz nam. I odpowiedział im: Jeśli wam powiem, nie uwierzycie.
“If you are the Messiah, tell us.” But He said to them: “If I tell you, you simply will not believe.
68 A jeśli też [o coś] zapytam, nie odpowiecie mi ani mnie nie wypuścicie.
But if I also question you, you will neither answer nor release me.
69 Odtąd Syn Człowieczy będzie siedział po prawicy mocy Boga.
Hereafter the Son of the Man will be seated at the right hand of the power of God.”
70 Wtedy wszyscy powiedzieli: Więc ty jesteś Synem Bożym? A on im odpowiedział: Wy [sami] mówicie, że ja jestem.
Then they all said, “Are you then the Son of God?” So He said to them, “You say it because I AM!”
71 A oni rzekli: Czyż jeszcze potrzebujemy świadectwa? Sami przecież słyszeliśmy z jego ust.
Then they said: “What further testimony do we need? We ourselves have heard it from his mouth!”
