Jozuego 12

1 A oto królowie ziemi, których pobili synowie Izraela i posiedli ich ziemię za Jordanem na wschodzie, od rzeki Arnon aż do góry Hermon, i całą równinę na wschodzie:

Now these are the kings of the land, whom the children of Israel smote, and possessed their land on the other side of Jordan toward the rising of the sun, from the river Arnon to mount Hermon, and all the plain on the east:

2 Sichon, król Amorytów, który mieszkał w Cheszbonie, a panował od Aroeru, [leżącego] nad brzegiem rzeki Arnon, i od połowy tej rzeki oraz połowy Gileadu aż do rzeki Jabbok, granicy synów Ammona;

Sihon king of the Amorites, who dwelt in Heshbon, and ruled from Aroer, which is upon the bank of the river Arnon, and from the middle of the river, and half Gilead, even to the river Jabbok, which is the border of the children of Ammon;

3 A od równin aż do morza Kinneret na wschodzie, i aż do Morza Równiny, czyli Morza Słonego, na wschód, w kierunku Bet-Jeszimot, i od południa pod górę Pisga.

And from the plain to the sea of Chinneroth on the east, and to the sea of the plain, even the salt sea on the east, the way to Bethjeshimoth; and from the south, under Ashdothpisgah:

4 I obszar Oga, króla Baszanu, który pozostał z Refaitów i mieszkał w Asztarot i w Edrei;

And the land of Og king of Bashan, who was of the remnant of the giants, that dwelt at Ashtaroth and at Edrei,

5 Panował on na górze Hermon, i w Salce oraz w całym Baszanie aż do granic Geszurytów i Maakatytów i nad połową Gileadu, granicą Sichona, króla Cheszbonu.

And reigned in mount Hermon, and in Salcah, and in all Bashan, to the border of the Geshurites and the Maachathites, and half Gilead, the border of Sihon king of Heshbon.

6 Pobił ich Mojżesz, sługa PANA, wraz z synami Izraela. I Mojżesz, sługa PANA, dał tę ziemię w posiadanie Rubenitom i Gadytom, i połowie pokolenia Manassesa.

Them did Moses the servant of the LORD and the children of Israel smite: and Moses the servant of the LORD gave it for a possession to the Reubenites, and the Gadites, and the half tribe of Manasseh.

7 A oto królowie ziemi, których pobili Jozue i synowie Izraela po zachodniej stronie Jordanu, od Baal-Gad w dolinie Libanu aż do góry Chalak, która wznosi się ku Seirowi, a których obszar Jozue dał pokoleniom Izraela w posiadanie według ich przydziałów;

And these are the kings of the country whom Joshua and the children of Israel smote on this side of Jordan on the west, from Baalgad in the valley of Lebanon even to the mount Halak, that goeth up to Seir; which Joshua gave to the tribes of Israel for a possession according to their divisions;

8 Na górach, na równinach, na polach, na nizinach, na pustyni i na południowej ziemi; [ziemie] Chetytów, Amorytów, Kananejczyków, Peryzzytów, Chiwwitów i Jebusytów.

In the mountains, and in the valleys, and in the plains, and in the springs, and in the wilderness, and in the south country; the Hittites, the Amorites, and the Canaanites, the Perizzites, the Hivites, and the Jebusites:

9 Król Jerycha – jeden; król Aj, które [jest] obok Betel – jeden.

The king of Jericho, one; the king of Ai, which is beside Bethel, one;

The king of Jarmuth, one; the king of Lachish, one;

The king of Eglon, one; the king of Gezer, one;

The king of Debir, one; the king of Geder, one;

14 Król Chormy – jeden; król Aradu – jeden.

The king of Hormah, one; the king of Arad, one;

15 Król Libny – jeden; król Adullam – jeden.

The king of Libnah, one; the king of Adullam, one;

16 Król Makkedy – jeden; król Betel – jeden.

The king of Makkedah, one; the king of Bethel, one;

17 Król Tappuach – jeden; król Cheferu – jeden.

The king of Tappuah, one; the king of Hepher, one;

18 Król Afek – jeden; król Laszaronu – jeden.

The king of Aphek, one; the king of Lasharon, one;

19 Król Madonu – jeden; król Chasoru – jeden.

The king of Madon, one; the king of Hazor, one;

20 Król Szimron-Meronu – jeden; król Achszafu – jeden.

The king of Shimronmeron, one; the king of Achshaph, one;

21 Król Tanaku – jeden; król Megiddo – jeden.

The king of Taanach, one; the king of Megiddo, one;

22 Król Kedeszu – jeden; król Jokneamu z Karmelu – jeden.

The king of Kedesh, one; the king of Jokneam of Carmel, one;

23 Król Doru z krainy Dor – jeden; król narodów z Gilgal – jeden.

The king of Dor in the heights of Dor, one; the king of the nations of Gilgal, one;

24 Król Tirsy – jeden. Wszystkich królów było trzydziestu jeden.
