Jeremiasza 38

1 Wtedy Szefatiasz, syn Matana, Gedaliasz, syn Paszchura, Jukal, syn Szelemiasza, i Paszchur, syn Malkiasza, usłyszeli słowa, które Jeremiasz wypowiadał do całego ludu:

and to hear: hear Shephatiah son: child Mattan and Gedaliah son: child Pashhur and Jucal son: child Shelemiah and Pashhur son: child Malchiah [obj] [the] word which Jeremiah to speak: speak to(wards) all [the] people to/for to say

2 Tak mówi PAN: Kto zostanie w tym mieście, zginie od miecza, od głodu i od zarazy. Ale kto przejdzie do Chaldejczyków, będzie żyć; jego życie będzie dla niego jak zdobycz i pozostanie żywy.

thus to say LORD [the] to dwell in/on/with city [the] this to die in/on/with sword in/on/with famine and in/on/with pestilence and [the] to come out: come to(wards) [the] Chaldea (and to live *Q(K)*) and to be to/for him soul: life his to/for spoil and to live

3 Tak mówi PAN: To miasto na pewno będzie wydane w ręce wojska króla Babilonu i on je zdobędzie.

5 Wtedy król Sedekiasz powiedział: Oto jest w waszych rękach, bo król nic nie może czynić przeciwko wam.

6 Zabrali więc Jeremiasza i wrzucili go do lochu Malkiasza, syna Meleka, który [zbudowany] był na dziedzińcu więzienia; spuścili Jeremiasza na sznurach. A w tym lochu nie było żadnej wody, tylko [samo] błoto. I Jeremiasz ugrzązł w [tym] błocie.

7 A gdy Ebedmelek, Etiopczyk, eunuch w domu króla, usłyszał, że Jeremiasza wrzucono do lochu – a król siedział w Bramie Beniamina;

8 Ebedmelek wyszedł z domu króla i powiedział do króla:

and to come out: come Ebed-melech Ebed-melech from house: palace [the] king and to speak: speak to(wards) [the] king to/for to say

9 Królu, mój panie! Ci ludzie postąpili źle we wszystkim, co uczynili wobec proroka Jeremiasza, którego wrzucili do tego lochu; umrze z głodu w tym miejscu, ponieważ już nie ma chleba w mieście.

10 Wtedy król rozkazał Ebedmelekowi, Etiopczykowi: Weź stąd ze sobą trzydziestu mężczyzn i wyciągnij proroka Jeremiasza z lochu, zanim umrze.

and to command [the] king [obj] Ebed-melech Ebed-melech [the] Ethiopian to/for to say to take: take in/on/with hand: themselves your from this thirty human and to ascend: establish [obj] Jeremiah [the] prophet from [the] pit in/on/with before to die

11 Wziął więc Ebedmelek tych mężczyzn ze sobą, wszedł do domu króla pod skarbnicę i zabrał stamtąd stare, podarte łachmany i zbutwiałe szmaty, które spuścił na sznurach do Jeremiasza, do lochu.

and to take: take Ebed-melech Ebed-melech [obj] [the] human in/on/with hand: to his and to come (in): come house: palace [the] king to(wards) underneath: under [the] treasure and to take: take from there old (rag *Q(K)*) and old rag and to send: depart them to(wards) Jeremiah to(wards) [the] pit in/on/with cord

14 Następnie król Sedekiasz posłał i wziął proroka Jeremiasza do siebie, do trzeciego wejścia domu PANA. I król powiedział do Jeremiasza: Zapytam cię o jedną rzecz, nie taj niczego przede mną.

15 Jeremiasz odpowiedział Sedekiaszowi: Jeśli ci powiem, czy na pewno nie zabijesz mnie? Jeśli ci [coś] poradzę, nie posłuchasz mnie.

and to say Jeremiah to(wards) Zedekiah for to tell to/for you not to die to die me and for to advise you not to hear: hear to(wards) me

16 Wedy król Sedekiasz przysiągł Jeremiaszowi potajemnie: Jak żyje PAN, który stworzył nam dusze, nie zabiję cię ani nie wydam cię w ręce tych mężczyzn, którzy czyhają na twoje życie.

17 Jeremiasz powiedział do Sedekiasza: Tak mówi PAN, Bóg zastępów, Bóg Izraela: Jeśli dobrowolnie wyjdziesz do książąt króla Babilonu, wtedy twoja dusza będzie żyć, a to miasto nie zostanie spalone ogniem; pozostaniesz żywy ty i twój dom;

and to say Jeremiah to(wards) Zedekiah thus to say LORD God Hosts God Israel if to come out: surrender to come out: surrender to(wards) ruler king Babylon and to live soul: life your and [the] city [the] this not to burn in/on/with fire and to live you(m. s.) and house: household your

18 Ale jeśli nie wyjdziesz do książąt króla Babilonu, na pewno to miasto będzie wydane w ręce Chaldejczyków, którzy spalą je ogniem, a ty nie ujdziesz z ich rąk.

and if not to come out: surrender to(wards) ruler king Babylon and to give: give [the] city [the] this in/on/with hand: power [the] Chaldea and to burn her in/on/with fire and you(m. s.) not to escape from hand: power their

19 Król Sedekiasz powiedział do Jeremiasza: Bardzo się boję Żydów, którzy przeszli do Chaldejczyków, by czasem nie wydali mnie w ich ręce i nie szydzili ze mnie.

and to say [the] king Zedekiah to(wards) Jeremiah I be anxious [obj] [the] Jew which to fall: deserting to(wards) [the] Chaldea lest to give: give [obj] me in/on/with hand: to their and to abuse in/on/with me

20 Jeremiasz odpowiedział: Nie wydadzą [cię]. Posłuchaj, proszę, głosu PANA, który ci przekazuję, a dobrze ci się powiedzie i twoja dusza będzie żyć.

and to say Jeremiah not to give: give to hear: obey please in/on/with voice LORD to/for which I to speak: speak to(wards) you and be good to/for you and to live soul: life your

21 Jeśli zaś będziesz wzbraniał się wyjść, takie jest słowo, które PAN mi pokazał:

and if refusing you(m. s.) to/for to come out: surrender this [the] word which to see: see me LORD

22 Oto wszystkie kobiety, które pozostały w domu króla Judy, będą wyprowadzone do książąt króla Babilonu i tak one powiedzą: Twoi przyjaciele oszukali cię i przemogli, twoje nogi ugrzęzły w błocie, [a] oni się wycofali.

and behold all [the] woman which to remain in/on/with house: palace king Judah to come out: send to(wards) ruler king Babylon and they(fem.) to say to incite you and be able to/for you human peace: friendship your to sink in/on/with mire foot your to turn back

23 Wszystkie twoje żony i twoich synów wyprowadzą do Chaldejczyków, a i ty nie ujdziesz ich rękom, lecz będziesz pojmany ręką króla Babilonu, a to miasto spalą ogniem.

and [obj] all woman: wife your and [obj] son: child your to come out: send to(wards) [the] Chaldea and you(m. s.) not to escape from hand: power their for in/on/with hand: power king Babylon to capture and [obj] [the] city [the] this to burn in/on/with fire

24 Wtedy Sedekiasz powiedział do Jeremiasza: Niech nikt nie wie o tej rozmowie, a ty nie umrzesz;

25 A jeśli książęta usłyszą, że rozmawiałem z tobą, przyjdą do ciebie i powiedzą: Powiedz nam, proszę, co mówiłeś do króla; nie ukrywaj przed nami, a nie zabijemy cię; a co ci mówił król?

and for to hear: hear [the] ruler for to speak: speak with you and to come (in): come to(wards) you and to say to(wards) you to tell [emph?] please to/for us what? to speak: speak to(wards) [the] king not to hide from us and not to die you and what? to speak: speak to(wards) you [the] king

26 Wtedy im powiesz: Przedłożyłem królowi moją prośbę, aby mnie nie odsyłał do domu Jonatana, abym tam nie umarł.

and to say to(wards) them to fall: fall I supplication my to/for face: before [the] king to/for lest to return: return me house: household Jonathan to/for to die there

27 I wszyscy książęta przyszli do Jeremiasza, i pytali go, a on odpowiedział im zgodnie z tym wszystkim, co król mu rozkazał. I odstąpili w milczeniu od niego, gdyż sprawa nie wyszła na jaw.

and to come (in): come all [the] ruler to(wards) Jeremiah and to ask [obj] him and to tell to/for them like/as all [the] word [the] these which to command [the] king and be quiet from him for not to hear: hear [the] word: speaking

28 A Jeremiasz przebywał na dziedzińcu więzienia aż do tego dnia, kiedy zdobyto Jerozolimę. Był tam, gdy Jerozolima została zdobyta.

and to dwell Jeremiah in/on/with court [the] guardhouse till day which to capture Jerusalem and to be like/as as which to capture Jerusalem
