1 Synami Issachara [byli]: Tola, Pua, Jaszub, Szimron – czterej.
Issachar’s four sons were Tola, Puah, Jashub, and Shimron.
2 Synowie Tolego: Uzzi, Refajasz, Jeriel, Jachmaj, Jebsam i Szemuel – naczelnicy rodów Toli. [Byli oni] dzielnymi wojownikami w swoich czasach. Ich liczba za czasów Dawida [wynosiła] dwadzieścia dwa tysiące sześciuset.
Tola’s sons were Uzzi, Rephaiah, Jeriel, Jahmai, Ibsam, and Samuel (OR, Shemuel). They were all leaders of the clans [descended from] them. In the record of Tola’s descendants were the names of 22,600 men who served in the army during the time that David was the king [of Israel].
3 Synowie Uzziego: Izrachiasz, a synowie Izrachiasza: Mikael, Obadiasz, Joel i Jeszijasz, pięciu – wszyscy naczelnicy.
Uzzi’s son was Izrahiah. Izrahiah’s five sons were Michael, Obadiah, Joel, and Isshiah. Izrahiah and his sons were all leaders of their clans.

In the record of Izrahiah’s descendants were the names of 36,000 men who served in the army because they had many wives and children.

In the records of the clans descended from Issachar were the names of 87,000 men who served in the army.
6 [Synowie] Beniamina: Bela, Beker i Jediael, trzej.
[Some of the] sons of Benjamin were Bela, Beker, and Jediael.
7 Synowie Beli: Eszbon, Uzzi, Uzziel, Jerimot i Iri, pięciu – naczelnicy domów ojców, dzielni wojownicy; spisani według rodowodu [liczyli] dwadzieścia dwa tysiące trzydziestu czterech.
Bela’s five sons were Ezbon, Uzzi, Uzziel, Jerimoth, and Iri. They were all leaders of clans. In the records of the clans descended from Bela there were names of 22,034 men who served in the army.
8 Synowie Bekera: Zemira, Joasz, Eliezer, Elioenaj, Omri, Jerimot, Abiasz, Anatot i Alamet. Ci wszyscy byli synami Bekera.
Beker’s sons were Zemirah, Joash, Eliezer, Elioenai, Omri, Jeremoth, Abijah, Anathoth, and Alemeth.
9 A spisani według swoich rodowodów, naczelnicy domów swoich ojców, dzielni wojownicy, [liczyli] dwadzieścia tysięcy dwustu [mężczyzn].
In the records of the clans descended from Beker were the names of 20,200 men and leaders of the clans who served in the army.
10 Synowie Jediaela: Bilhan, a synowie Bilhana: Jehusz, Beniamin, Ehud, Kenaana, Zetan, Tarszisz i Achiszachar.
Jediael’s son was Bilhan. Bilhan’s sons were Jeush, Benjamin, Ehud, Kenaanah, Zethan, Tarshish, and Ahishahar.
11 Ci wszyscy synowie Jediaela, naczelnicy rodów, dzielni wojownicy, [liczyli] siedemnaście tysięcy dwustu wyruszających na wojnę do bitwy;
They were all leaders of clans descended from them. There were 17,200 of them who served in the army.
12 Także Szuppim i Chuppim, synowie Ira, oraz Chuszim, synowie Achera.
Shuppim and Huppim were descendants of Ir. [One of] the descendants of Aher was Hushim.
13 Synowie Neftalego: Jachasjel, Guni, Jeser i Szallum, synowie Bilhy.
Naphtali’s sons were Jahziel, Guni, Jezer, and Shillem. They were all descendants of [Jacob’s slave wife] Bilhah.
14 Synowie Manassesa: Asriel, którego urodziła mu żona (a jego nałożnica Aramejka urodziła Makira, ojca Gileada;
[This is a list of] Manasseh’s descendants. Manasseh had a slave wife who was from Syria. She was the mother of Asriel and Makir. Makir was the father of Gilead.
15 A Makir wziął sobie za żonę siostrę Chuppima i Szuppima, która miała na imię Maaka); drugi syn miał na imię Selofchad. Selofchad zaś miał [tylko] córki.
Makir [had two wives]. They were from the clans of Huppim and Shuppim. One of Makir’s wives was named Maacah. Another descendant [of Makir] was Zelophehad. Zelophehad [had no sons; he] had only daughters.
16 Maaka, żona Makira, urodziła syna i nadała mu imię Peresz. Jego brat miał na imię Szeresz, a jego synami byli Ulam i Rekiem.
Makir’s wife Maacah gave birth to two sons whom she named Peresh and Sheresh. Sheresh’s sons were Ulam and Rakem.
17 Synowie Ulama: Bedon. To są synowie Gileada, syna Makira, syna Manassesa.
Ulam’s son was Bedan. All those [men were considered to be] descendants of Gilead, who was the son of Makir and grandson of Manasseh.

Makir’s sister name was Hammoleketh who was the mother of Ishdod, Abiezer, and Mahlah.

[One son of Gilead was] Shemida, whose sons were Ahian, Shechem, Likhi, and Aniam.
20 Synowie Efraima: Szutelach, jego syn Bered, jego syn Tachat, jego syn Elada, jego syn Tachat;
[This is a list of] the descendants of Ephraim. One son of Ephraim’s was Shuthelah. Shuthelah’s son was Bered. Bered’s son was Tahath. Tahath’s son was Eleadah. Eleadah’s son was [also named] Tahath.

Tahath’s son was Zabad. Zabad’s son was Shuthelah. [Ephraim’s other sons, ] Ezer and Elead, went to Gath [city] to steal some cows and sheep. But they were both killed by some of the men from that city.

Then he and his wife had sex [EUP] [again], and she became pregnant and gave birth to a son. Ephraim named him Beriah [which resembles the word ‘trouble’, ] because of the trouble that his family had experienced.

Ephraim’s daughter was Sheerah. Her workers built [three towns]: Lower Beth-Horon, Upper Beth-Horon, and Uzzen-Sheerah.

[Another] son of Ephraim was Rephah. Rephah’s son was Resheph. Resheph’s son was Telah. Telah’s son was Tahan.
26 Jego syn Ladan, jego syn Ammihud, jego syn Eliszama;
Tahan’s son was Ladan. Ladan’s son was Ammihud. Ammihud’s son was Elishama.
27 Jego syn Nun, jego syn Jozue.
Elishama’s son was Nun. Nun’s son was Joshua, [the man who led the Israelis after Moses died].

[This is a list of] the cities and areas where the descendants of Ephraim lived: Bethel and the nearby villages; Naaran to the east; Gezer to the west and the nearby villages; and Shechem and the nearby villages. Those villages extended [north] as far as Ayyah and the nearby villages.

Along the border of the area where the descendants of Manasseh lived were these towns: Beth-Shan, Taanach, Megiddo, and Dor, and the nearby villages. The people who lived in all those places were descendants of Jacob’s son Joseph.
30 Synowie Aszera: Jimna, Jiszwa, Jiszwi, Beria i Sera, ich siostra.
Asher’s sons were Imnah, Ishvah, Ishvi, and Beriah. Their sister was Serah.
31 Synowie Berii: Cheber i Malkiel, który [jest] ojcem Birzaita.
Beriah’s sons were Heber and Malkiel. Malkiel was the father of Birzaith
32 A Cheber spłodził Jafleta, Szomera, Chotama oraz ich siostrę Szuę.
Heber was the father of Japhlet, Shomer, and Hotham. Their sister was Shua.
33 Synowie Jafleta: Pasak, Bimhal i Aszwat. To [są] synowie Jafleta.
Japhlet’s sons were Pasach, Bimhal, and Ashvath.
34 Synowie Szomera: Achi, Rohga, Jechubba i Aram.
Japhlet’s [younger] brother was Shomer. Shomer’s sons were Rohgah, Hubbah, and Aram.

Shomer’s [younger] brother was Hotham (OR, Helem). Hotham’s sons were Zophah, Imna, Shelesh, and Amal.

37 Beser, Hod, Szamma, Szilsza, Jitran i Beera.
Bezer, Hod, Shamma, Shilshah, Ithran [whose other name was Jether], and Beera.
38 Synowie Jetera: Jefunne, Pispa i Ara.
Jether’s sons were Jephunneh, Pispah, and Ara.
39 Synowie Ulli: Arach, Channiel i Risja.
[Another descendant of Asher was] Ulla, whose sons were Arah, Hanniel, and Rizia.
40 Ci wszyscy [to] synowie Aszera, naczelnicy rodów, wyborowi i dzielni wojownicy, pierwsi wśród książąt. Ich liczba spisana według rodowodu wynosiła dwadzieścia sześć tysięcy zdolnych do walki.
All those men were descendants of Asher, and they were all leaders of their clans. They were brave warriors and excellent leaders. In the record of the clans that are descended from Asher are [the names of] 26,000 men who served in the army.
